(Hmm...not sure if I should wait for Free and Leon to return, or set off to escort them home? Or, maybe just go retrieve her horse and nag the two of them? I'm not sure....what to do...with my knight... x-x I wanna roleplay her so bad too. )

"Wouldn't be the first time someone has pinned their kills on me.", Jezebel responds, obviously not really seeming to care if she got blamed or not, "Though if we both escape now then I doubt many would figure out there were two of us working separate jobs." Unless Jace was looking over her shoulder, he wouldn't see that she had stealthily pulled out several darts and a vial from a belt pouch in a movement that looked like she had simply had to scratch an itch. She carefully dips the tips of the darts into the vial as she waits his response.

“I'll open the door
To Heaven or Hell.”

"On one condition: you leave the girl." Jace said simply, withdrawing slightly, but still keeping the woman within striking range.

“Well I am death,
None can excel,”

That condition got a raised brow from the mercenary, "And why would an assassin care if a girl is kidnapped?" She turns towards him as she idly spins her scythe in one hand, the vial had been placed in the pouch again and darts held in the natural bend of the lax fingers of her spare hand.

“I'll open the door
To Heaven or Hell.”

"What kind of person goes around kidnapping princesses? Especially those locked away in towers?" Jace retorted, he wasn't sure how skilled the woman was, and knew full well there was always a chance for failure.  

[Minnta Aloripma]

“Well I am death,
None can excel,”

"Someone being paid a lot of money." Jezebel suddenly bolts away from Jace, heading in the general direction of the nearest gate. She keeps her ears trained for any sound of pursuit as she scans the area ahead for anyone who would try and stop her.

“I'll open the door
To Heaven or Hell.”

Jace sighed and calmly made his exit as well, the mist slowly fading as he left. He made sure to leave in a different direction than the woman. Well I guess I'll report my kill, get paid and settle for stalking around here until that woman either gives up or something happens to place the girl out of danger. Jace thought and chuckled silently, it was funny how a man like him could value a human life.

The difference between the good guys and the bad guys

Before he was able to get into the fog it started to vanish as his eyes darted around seeing two figures rush in different directions. The one he knew was the female and that was the one that he chased after. His blade was already drawn and positioned in a way that if he got close he could slice without missing a step. "Get back here" he muttered to himself keeping mostly quiet as he tried to catch up to the girl. He had no intent to hold back just because she was a woman after her attempt on the princesses life.

Is whether they use a human shield or make themselves one.

✳ As she came closer the fog began to fade, defiantly made by something or someone. She hurried to catch up to see what was causing this phenomena and crash right into a figure walking out of the fog. She fell backwards and quickly scrambled to her feet. "I'm sorry I didn't see you there" Mahila said brushing herself off. She looked up at the guy seeing who it was she ran into before noticing her jeweled dagger was missing. She quickly took in her surroundings and saw it on the ground just to the left. Mahila nonchalantly grabbed the dagger placing it back in her boot. "I saw the fog and headed over here, you know what was causing it?"

Jezebel spares a glance over her shoulder and sighs, the guard had caught sight of her. She darts around a corner, quickly spinning around and crouching with her scythe ready to sweep out and cut into the mans legs.

“I'll open the door
To Heaven or Hell.”

"probably something to do with that woman the guard is chasing." Jace said simply, lying always seemed to com natural to him. It was especially important when it came to dealing with people.

As the woman darted around the corner kyo slowed himself a half a step as he put both hands on his blade. Gripping it tightly he swung it horizontally just as he got closer to the wall cutting into the edge of the wall just like he had in the room earlier. The blade even in it's condition sliced easily thru the stone missing just about a foot or less over Jezebel's head as it came out the other side. As it was coming out Kyo fully turned the corner the strike had been to catch her off guard or kill had she been foolish enough to hide behind the wall.
