If not Jojo's Adventure, watch Blood, it's an excellent anime. : 3
Or watch Ruroni Kenshin, you could get ideas for custom jutsu there what-with all the swords and high speed and ninja's.
The samurai and swordsmen of that anime/manga are so fast I don't think they could be counted as such anymore. ._.

Oath; Because... Their main character, Kira (I liked the other guy that pilots Justice) was such a shitty character. His personality and development sucked. On top of which, they decided to make him a broken character, where he's all but invincible. Don't you dare get me started on Destiny. It had such promise. T.T

Oath; Well... Unicorn is just doing berserk stuff the last I saw. 00 ended up being uber high speed stuff. For the most part, G had uber attacks simply because it was a fighting series, instead of it being a war.

Oath; Lawl. SD and G were abnormalities. They are the only series I know of with special attacks. xD
Because it wasn't war related stuff. xD

Qastor already did that with Hiten-Mitsurugi. Though I suppose we could make that an actual style and include some of the other techniques used in there. Gatotsu for instance, and perhaps Shukuchi? ._.

I've yet to watch anything other then Seed/Destiny. ._. I suck, but Cartoon Network sucks as well for not showing anything else.
You could make that S plus Rank well less...One hit kill-ish or perhaps take it out altogether.

@Desin: What if I kept it at S rank, but bumped up the chakra consumption to 200?
By the way, this attack is pretty much Shun's personalized S rank attack. xD Like how Naruto has Rasenshuriken, which is an S rank that cuts the bond between cells. o.-
@Mana: D: But G Gundam was my favorite! It was so full of gar-ness!
