I can't believe the monster gets up after that. xD This is the only Mystic Arte I know of because Symphonia's the only Tales game I've played.

Falcon's Crest isn't as manly. It doesn't have 15 Kanji. talk2hand And you lack manliness too for not playing anything but Symphonia. xD.
We should definitely get some Tales skills and make it into a style. o.o

It would be fun too, the techniques are all wild and beastly and s**t. xD.
They wouldn't all need to be complex, Demon Fang for instance.

How do I do the Traitor missions? Will I need someone to control an NPC or something?

Yes, you make up your own story and NPC for those missions.
Perhaaaaps....or they could be demi-god rabbits, or tailed beasts. xD.
