I believe that Shiro means not to add the "5ish 4ish" together to get a 9/10 or 54/10 (depending on your math).

And, I'm giving you a 3.5 I don't know I just don't get what look the avatar is trying to portray. The hat and plushie just mess with my head... along with pink shoes with a red outfit.
