Taking a deep breath he began,"Were gonna be on the same team. That means I have to trust you." As he spoke his thumb absently brushed the back of her hand. Though realizing that he was doing it he quickly stopped with a mental force of will. Taking a couple of steps back he held his arms out to the side,"So now you see the truth. My name is Shiro Chosokabe. b*****d child of the hyuuga. Given to the soldiers of shion by parents I will never know, for reasons I will never know. To grow, fight and kill with those who will never see the light of day again. Someone too "precious" To fight and die like the others." Taking a deep breath his arms fell with a light pat upon his legs as he continued,"I dont ask you to understand the burden I carry or the blood sworn and honor bound oath of vengeance I must exact." This was a side of him that quite literally nobody but the elder had seen. This hard, vengeful yet honorable side of him. Though once he was finished his expression did lighten a bit,"But I do ask that you keep this between us. I dont think I could bear the shame of being publicly known as a b*****d orphan."

Shiro had approached and further reminded her of the height difference between them. The sight of Shiro's achromic eyes presents Unki with a delicate sense of awe neither overly negative nor overly positive. A touch on the back of her hand and deferred its retreat. She didn't register Shiro's restraint (but instead as a mistake) and doesn't want to read as insensitive whatever complex string of emotions beckoned him for touch- despite the value of personal space- and slowly moves her hands to press against her person.
This image was very unlike the Shiro who she's known in the brief length of time she's known him. The sound of it makes gives the impression Shiro's lived a segment with the likeness of a soldiers' life that fell into a sour patch with darker imprints. Her sights behold Shiro from head to toe and scour along the floor to look for what to say. "This is so different than what I thought of you, yet," she stumbles over a failed attempt at a lighthearted laugh. Someone with a hard exterior, it almost read like a imperfectly perfect stereotype she knew that "difficult" wasn't anywhere near the word to describe the situation. "I don't think I could comprehend what you feel you've got to on with, It's too far from what I've ever known."
His identity as a Hyuuga was minisucled, as even in the face of surprise it didn't matter. But his identity was also intensified paired with fiery oath he sounds warily entitled to follow. Unki wasn't sure how she supposed to answer. "That's a lot- for one person- to put up with, that is. I could never imagine..." "But I can do my very best to keep a secret- as you want."

With clearly practiced hands shiro returned the gold contacts to his eyes with a small sigh. Taking a step forward Shiro took both her hands into his own."That is all I could ever ask. I have a lot of friends in this village but not a soul knows about my nature aside from the elder and the few refugees from Shion who survived." For a moment he may have been overstepping his bounds but he did not really care. Again his thumbs lightly traced the back of her hands. "I suppose I should be glad that you arnt able to comprehend it. I dont want anyone to ever be able to. I dont want people to have to shoulder burdens like this." Releasing her hands he managed to form a small smile as he glanced out the window at the sun to check its position,"Well it seems we have stayed here a bit too long... if we dont hurry we are going to be late to the exams." Pulling open the door he nodded to the side indicating for her to come along though it seemed once again, all traces of his inner demons were gone just as fast as they appeared and he was back to his "normal" self.
After loitering in the dojo for a while, Hatsu would recieve a letter, along with a few others in the room. After reading the letter, she'd look up to see who got the letter before. Making a mental note, she'd then leave for the gates.

Oh Yes. Boundary broken. Her contribution was the heedless choice to arch her hands from lying flat, hus, how he could take her hands so easily and this wasn’t bad. A daydream, all most, and all Unki has to do was stand there, listen, and promise to respect the wishes of her incredibly new teammate. Then, he mentioned the exams. Exams? “Uah-? Oh! Right. That, that!” In truth, the very thought of the exams had escaped her and her choice would've been forgone if Shiro had not reminded her. As Shiro opened the door, Unki took notice that he really seems more like the Shiro she met earlier and this made her happy. Unki would pass through the doorway with notably less chipper step, now. Unki would wave her arms dismissively at her own question and laughs before allowing Shiro to answer. The girl would take his hand and leads him off. The pair would return to the second floor with Shiro in tow, Unki would replace the weapon style scroll to the same wall, the same shelf, which she found it from then calls back. “Give me… five minutes! Okay? I’ll follow you right out!” Now, five minutes itself wouldn’t cover the amount of time it would take to learn training, in reality. But to keep on schedule, despite already being behind, Unki would try very hard to gain as much extra bits of knowledge in what span she had.
Now, an idea came into her head rather quickly. A way to utilize her bloodline. The image of hot air in the sharp form of steam spouting from whistling teapot came into mind. The thought of a whistling teapot was a comforting image on its own as it meant a soothingly warm cup of tea was in her future. However, if she could enhance here knowledge of her own bloodline to recreate and distort this comforting thought into a less comforting way to protect herself. [1/3]
Unki spent a moment to envision the entire technique: build chakra in lungs, exert through mouth as scorch chakra, mold into a long jet, and enforce with just enough chakra to make a cloud, perhaps. She projects that the move shouldn't come too easily. This was a brand new technique. So, Unki's next move was to take time to build chakra in her lungs to create the might jet she imagined. A great exhale brought forth a loud whistle and a stream of yellow scorch chakra which was best observed a ways from her lips. The swift stream broke into wispy clouds of where the yellow-red tint of scorch began to fade into a whitish thick fog. The fog was tinted yellow, a little like a whispy cloud at sunset, and would spread some after the stream finally finished.Unki would beam with pride as her own technique was ready for use. Feeling spry for more action, Unki would hop over to the information about ninjutsu. She had much all ready on her own bloodline, including her own creation, and wanted to find something new. She wanted something still within her comfort zone, her nature, and withdrew a wind scroll from the shelf. After a bit of review, Unki found the first technique she sought to take with her: Tornado Trap. [1/3]
The information describes that the finished product, the tornado, will be ten feet in height and should be focused to encompass an enemy to restrain their movements. The force of the winds should be enough to keep the target within the vortex. A bit of a hinderance to whomever is trapped for the duration of the miniature windstorm. To begin, Unki places her hands together in a seal to focus and stir her chakra. [2/3]
Her chakra would have to be projected and enough to rally the winds to cater to her whims. Several feet from her location, the girl would unleash the pent up energy and conjure the winds. The swift creation of a small whirling air funnel that would pick up the room's dust and dirt, giving a sense of "body" to her small tornado. The user, Unki in this case, would have to expel chakra to rally the wind to spin in a rapid, circular motion. The motion would create a shield strong enough to reflect projectiles and select ninjutsu. Not everything could be deflected, but most. [2/3]

Mary and Xion were in the middle of parsing their way through the next technique when an unexpected emissary arrived. Well, the messenger was only unexpected because Xion had completely forgotten she had submitted a request to join the chuunin exams. Ahaha. How silly of her.
Anyways, the unknown but known figure delivered to Xion news of her acceptance in the exams as well as information on the exam location before poofing away to who knows where. Xion, also, took her leave once the messenger disappeared, bidding Mary farewell as she started her journey to the promised meeting place of the first stage of the exams.

Honō's return to Kumogakure was seen with a difference not many would ever get to know or see. Still the tall Genin would duck his head in an overly shy and polite greeting, still his manners held only respect towards all others and his actions were deliberately curved to never impose on another. And yet his return from the war alongside Raikage Kaileer and Advisor Wanryoku was done with a change in his gentle heart. The first indication was in his application to return to the Academy. He had never completed the course after an intensive hospitalisation, and Honō never made any attempt to return to it. The glassblower had written a report of his activity upon his return, and no sooner was that in that he was had headed to the office to request and lodged the application to allow him to return and complete the training, along with a personal letter expressing his reasons and conviction.
Conviction. That was the change. And it had brought upon the fragile-looking boy an intense regime of training. Due to his previous activity as a Genin-ranked shinobi, and his effort in the fight alongside the former Raikage and advisor, Honō underwent a more personal form of training. Bikou Ninjutsu, also known as the 'Shadowing Stealth Technique,' was the first to be demanded of him. They were testing his conviction.
Under the watchful and demanding presence of an elder shinobi, Honō carefully studied the first of the materials presented to him. It was indicated, by the mound of papers, and the few words given to him in instruction, that this exercise would not be stopped by the time eclipsed, but instead by the Jounin's discretion. Forest green eyes trace over the words, pale fingers underlining their inked presence. Honō was left to his own initiative, so he played to his strengths. He didn't not tremble or fumble under the more experienced gaze, reading at his own pace before attempting the handsigns of the technique before him. At the conclusion of the handsigns, Honō's chakra did not flare, but reacted to the pull and signals to slow, settle, and come to an almost stop. His chakra pathways felt sedated, and yet Honō felt nothing negative from it. He held this feeling, hands going to lap to rest in a proper cross of palm on back of hand, all calm poise and relaxed air. This went on for several minutes, until the effects of the jutsu waned and dissapated, and Honō carefully set aside the technique's description for another piece of parchment. This one, strangely, came with a length of rope. The shinobi did not step forward until Honō had read what this was going to entail, to which Honō looked up with a gentle smile and nodded, giving his permission for the attempt to begin. Tied, Honō's eyes closed in concentration, his black chakra flickered to life from where his wrists were bound. Honō gazed down to see his control shaped the chakra much like claw-tipped, boney fingers that slipped out from his wrists to pluch at the ropes before retreating. It was disturbing, Honō would admit, that the materilisation of his chakra was such theme, but the silver-haired clan member made no comment. Just as the rope was about to fall to the fall, the Shinobi grasped it and wound it back up in his hands, stepping back as he did so. Signalling the end of this part, Honō again neatly set aside the read parchement atop the previous and pulled forward another. This, Honō tilted his head at, was something that he could not recall ever being on the Academy cirriculem. Well, he always was marked as a shy, demure, character. But this just something saw no embbarassment of. At his attempt of the technique, Honō had to pause, head tilting in consideration. What counts as sexy? A quick decision later, Honō made the hand signs and funneled the chakra, his body being enveloped by smoke and energy before some dissipation revealed the result: snow-white hair spilled over one shoulder in thick curls, the tips lost behind an ample chest. Pale skin took on a dewy glow, but was nothing compared to the vibrant, glimmering, crystal-like gleam of big, green eyes. Thin lips had been transformed to be pink and glossy, but the smile given was still the exact same polite tilt at the corners. Honō stood, the body now all luscious curves and barely concealed chest and groin, giving her polite smile and an unembarrassed gaze. Honō truly did not know if this would be considered a successful transformation, not seeing much in this new body beyond what every human has - a body. He informed the Shinobi of such blindness, and only dispelled the technique when indicated to. Once back to his original self, Honō moved on as normal, putting aside the last attempted task to continue. The next one was one Honō would have very much appreciated having when he was camping out in the wilderness with his sempai. The anxiety of being out in the open had kept him up for many nights, leading him to crash hard for the others. With a small tendril of pleasure at the thought, Honō revealed the technique and began studying it. The Hari clan member was awake and alert, heart thundering, fear visible in his expressive eyes, and hand had flown to his back, where the now-familiar weight of a dagger would usually rest. He blinked, finally saw the Jounin in front of him, and breathed out the stress and panic that had blindsided him so thoroughly. Honō cleared his throat of nothing and reached for the pile. It was not until he had finished reading the text that his heart had returned to normal, that the after effects of adrenalin had left him, and by that time he was kneeling on the gound, sleeves of his robe expertly tied up like any long-serving traditional worker, and placed his bare forearms to the ground. The earth rose and caked his arms in a thin layer, reinforced by his own chakra. Without warning, the Jounin had approached and began to attack the bracers - in three sharp jabs of his fingers to each, the brace was broken. Honō gave a few small shakes of his arms, not bothering to rush as he shook off the feel of the impacts before taking the recently-read piece of paper and placing it to the slowly growing pile of assumed completed tasks. The reveal of the next parchment showed he would again require the use of the ground. Honō had to take a second attempt at the hand signs however, slightly tricked up by just having done a similar string previously. But the delay did not stop Honō from summoning up two clones of himself from the earth. At the clones' crumbling destruction, Honō's deep-green gaze finally turned to the new piece of paper. The mechanics were simple, for this one, but it had the possibility to be quite intimidating. Again, Honō needed a moment to practice the handsigns to discern it from the other doton-based techniques he had just performed before he knelt down and summoned the technique. At first, the shift was slow, Honō's chakra not quite flowing right. A few shifts from the flow of his chakra escaping his hands, and the desired effect took place. What was once a daunting-looking pile of paper had now mostly been shifted over to the 'completed' side of the table. Honō let out a small breath, feeling the drain this constant training was taking on his small reserves. Undaunted, he began studying the technique listed next, unaware of the swift once-over the Jounin's eyes performed on him. Honō raised his hands before him, right over the table, gaze showing his concentration before he began the few seals, and ended with a clap that was perhaps a little too gentle but resulted in a bright flash of white none-the-less. Honō had set aside the paper and was reaching for another when the larger hand of the Jounin stopped him. "Show me your chakra control instead." He said, before indicating for Honō to sit. The Hari clan member did so, a little suprised by the sudden turn but compliant with little hesitation. Once seated, Honō closed his eyes and began to turn his focus inwards - beyond the flesh and following the lines of his chakra pathways down and around to the settled, tiny - oh. It felt... exercised. Like a muscle having slightly grown. Indeed, it was emptier than Honō is used to feeling, but not as draining as such an absence should have been on the white-haired boy. At first, Honō was completely distracted by this discovery, mentally delving in and around his chakra core and pulling some chakra in and out of it. Only slight amounts, meant to discard Honō's disbelief and convince himself of the pure progress made. Without even being conscious of it, Honō began cycling a steady stream of chakra out into the pathways and water falling back in with a constant pressure of will, forming a loop. It took a few solid minutes before Honō realised he was given a task. Show his chakra control... Honō breathed out, releasing his chakra so it could return to its natural flow. Head slightly bowed, Honō's posture remained every bit as respectable as ever, before he turned his hands over, now resting on his lap with the palms facing up. He wouldn't be able to tell you why his chakra was black, why it materialized as long, spindly limbs to elongated, claw-tipped hands. They were something from a child's nightmare, but that was the shape it took when Honō pulled it up and out of his hands. Claws reaching, looking ready to grasp a victim and draw them somewhere dark. Honō flexed this chakra hand, bending it to his will before retracting it back. He took a moment to breathe in deep, to ignore any sense of shame for having such a dark chakra materialization form, and looked to the Jounin. He nodded and motioned to return to the table. "Continue." The Jounin instructed and Honō stood. Returning to the table, he pulled forward the piece of paper he was earlier prevented to read and opened it. It was another Doton technique, this one actually requiring him to go underneath the ground. Honō would admit not feeling comfortable with burying himself alive, and that was easily seen in his eyes. But he trusted the Jounin would rescue him at any signs of failure, so an attempt was made and Honō soon found himself sinking beneath the earth. He used his chakra to propell himself back a few steps before rising, and shaking off the odd and slightly terrifying sensation. Stepping forward, Honō gave a few more, almost subconsious, shakes of his limbs before setting aside the paper and bringing closer to himself one of the very few left he had yet to study. He would need to concentrate a very small, yet very dense amount of chakra into his forefinger and thumb for this one, and it was something he took a few minutes to experiement with before properly attempting the handsigns. It result in a small flame, its effects to light the area dimned by the stronger light sources nearby. Maiko took a deep breath and brought her palms together. She moved her fingers appropriately to form the necessary hand seals. Her chakra moved in a mimicry of the clone technique. [1] An identical version of herself was standing in front of her. With a hand motion, the clone broke into a dozen black birds, most of them taking flight but a few hopping around on the academy floor. Maiko called over a training assistant [NPC] from the corner. She had him stand directly in front of her, where her previous clone had been. She made sure their shoulders lined up, though it didn't quite matter, and looked up at him. [1] She inspected his face, making him a little nervous. Her eyes traced the outline of his iris, then flicked to and from each side of his sclera. He was clearly uncomfortable by this point, confirmed by the thoughts she received directly from him. Maiko had him take a couple of paces back, too amused with his previous reaction to let him wander off yet. She knew it wouldn't be much target practice as he was directly in front of her but learning this technique meant more variables than just accuracy. She put her hands together, gathering her chakra as needed. [1] Maiko arched backwards as she took in a deep, exaggerated breath. He probably expected her to spit a giant fireball at him. She gave a two-finger salute to the assistant as she headed out. She needed to count some supplies and take a break from training for a while. Some fresh air might inspire her about some custom techniques.

Maiko formed the necessary hand seal. Her chakra stretched across her skin, shooting her her palms. The chakra there intensified, turning a murky black as she channeled her bloodline. Shadows formed, appearing as gloves that could extend at will. [ D: Kageton: Endai Yami [ Shadow Release: Far Reaching Darkness ] learned ]
The academy floor had a hole that had yet to be patched in the floor. Last she'd heard, someone'd tried an academy move that required a harsh heel drop. She kneeled to the ground and put a hand on her own shadow. She extended her shadow until it reached past the hole. She covered the hole with her shadow, making it impossible to see that there was an issue with the floor. Anyone who came close would probably end up stepping in it. Maiko winked at the previous assistant when their eyes met. Unsurprisingly, he didn't make a move towards her. She didn't need his assistance anyways, taking a dramatic swordsman pose she saw in a film last week. She cupped her right hand around nothingness. In the space between her palm and fingers, she focused her chakra there. She manipulated the shadows her fingers casted on her palm to generate a small knife; a simple blade that wasn't all too sharp, but surely looked intimidating. The assistant from earlier was currently demonstrating a fireball technique. Maiko smirked as his shadow was plastered across the floor in front of her because of the intense light source. She put a hand to his shadow, manipulating it keenly. She generated a wave of shadows, about six feet tall, that traveled backwards in the assistant's shadow until it was just behind him. The assistant's technique ended and his shadow shortened considerably, but the wave was still present, and got a rather shrill response out of him once he turned around. When the assistant recovered from his near-heart attack, Maiko's expression had yet to dissipate. She felt an almost hysterical laughter build in her chest at his horrified, traumatized gaze - that it was inconceivable for a student to do something so malicious. That wasn't quite the truth - she was just training - but he was so scandalized that Maiko wanted to do it again. He wagged an authoritarian finger at her as if he was about to scold her, and she put her hands together for a few quick hand signs. Readied, the shadows around them both began to stretch towards him, crawling up his body and to his arm. They curled around his wrist before inching to his finger. They restrained the wagging motion from earlier, and eventually pulled his finger back into palm to form a curled fist. Maiko looked pleased with herself, releasing the technique typically reserved for strangulation. [ C: Kage–Kubishibari no Jutsu [ Shadow Neck Binding Technique ] learned ]

The twins meandered back into the dojo, armed as they usually were, separated as they tended to be for training. Today's training would scale up in difficulty very quickly. They found an open space on the second floor, seeing the floor had been repaired while they were away. After quick stretches, the duo took their Naginata and exhaled deeply. They started with basic strikes. Swinging the weapons down together, transitioning into strong thrusts, and then backpedalling a few steps to bring the weapon into position for another quick, strong thrust. Gusts of wind trailed away from them as they made their attacks. [1/4 Training, Form] All the while, they were extending their chakra into the weapons, just as they had during meditations. The pair continued with their routine, fluidly moving from attack to attack, letting the chakra acclimate, as they did so as well. It was interesting feeling a weapon as if it were actually one with the two of them. [2/4] They moved forward with their training, maneuvering the weapon in a freeflowing manner, spinning it above their hand in their open palms, flailing it around themselves, all the while tracking how movement of the weapon interacted with their chakra. It was a bit disconcerting how much chakra they had available when they barely ever took the time to practice ninjutsu. [3/4] The twins both molded chakra on the edge of their blades and formed an extention of their blades. It was a lot easier than it had been the last time as well. The pair of them noted that it was comparatively easier than before, and smiled, seeing immediate results for hard work. [Chakra: Form]
The duo stood in the stance of striking, opposite feet planted in the ground. They practiced thrusting the weapon as the first step in learning this skill. It was something familiar, something easy. The strength was there, as was expected. [1/4] The two of them took turns watching each other's footing, using their poles to push the others foot in proper place to maintain balance. That part, honestly, was harder than either of them expected. [2/4] Next they watched the front foot of their other half, taking turns making sure they weren't extending the foot motion to far. Lucky for them, they had each other to help correct the motion. [3/4] FInally, the pair stood opposite each other at the appropriate distance, drawing their weapon back, lifting one leg, and then stabbing forward with their reinforced weapons. The strength and speed were notedly higher, and they hit each other's weapon, showering sparks around them. [Stepof Attack]
The next skill took a bit of precision. They stepped into a dummy, swinging their weapon's blade up, under it's chin. They needed some strong positioning in order to get the attack right, and to save time they weren't following all the way through, rather going almost and stopping as they got the aim portion correct. [1/4] A bit of chakra leaked into the blades as they swung their weapons at the dummy, just outside of range of removing it's head. The idea was to have the attack be blocked, rather than kill them outright. It'd be nice, but the goal was to send them into the air. [2/4] At the point they were, they were confident they could make the hit, and as such followed through on the attack. The head of the dummy, and it's neck and chest were sliced cleanly through and flew into the air for Jay. Jeon Gyeon clapped for him, and then put herself into position as well. [3/4] June Bug was swift on the rebuttal, hitting her dummy hard enough that it's head went soaring into the air, smashing against the ceiling, with the body coming up off the ground as well. She stuck her tongue out at Jay, who chuckled a little to himself. [Sky Lunge]
For the next skill, They gathered a tougher mannequin, propping it's arm up and aiming their Naginata along it's length. They were aiming to get a slice right into the space of the elbow on the inner arm, slowly moving the blades in unison. [1/4] Jay and Jeon Gyeon both suddenly swung down the weapons, not at full strength yet. The blade barely sliced into the elbow of the weapon, but they had hit their mark for sure. The duo yanked their weapons out, seeing the clean slice they had made. Then, they reared the weapons up again. [2/4] Prodigies of all maner of martial combat, the duo lifted their weapons again, and a bit of chakra pumped into their arms to increase it's strength, while simultaneously increasing the cutting power of the blades. The weapon came down with incredible force, clearing the arm of the dummy entirely. [3/4] It didn't take them a second to transition into the stance of striking once they pulled their weapons from the ground, and they made the same maneuver, this time horizontally in order to cleave cleanly through the knees of both dummies. [Dismember.]
For the next skill, the twins, once more, assumed the stance of striking, holding one hand outward with the other gripping the weapon as tight as possible. Slowly, chakra began to leak into the polearm. [1/4] The steady stream of chakra became a full on raging rapid as Jay began to growl just a bit in a very low tone. The amount that was in the weapon was growing thick and heavy, and the veins popping through on his arms were evidence of the strain. Similar were the tone muscles of Jeon growing tighter as she did the same. [2/4] A heavy, loud exhale sounded out as Jay focused his chakra into the tip of his weapon, and took aim at his chosen target. Jeon was less loud in her expression as her chakra too moved to the tip of her naginata. It was threatening to burst any second. [3/4] The pair stepped forward, driving the weapon forward into the chests of a pair of mannequins. The force sent them flying backwards. The pair too, were sent sliding back, almost tripping over their own feet in the process. The mannequins hit the wall and cracked against it, also causing the wall to have an impact crater. The duo only looked shocked. "Wow." Jay said shaking his body a bit. [Avalanche]
Thankfully the next skill was far less intense. The pair began by flooding the polearm with chakra once again. This was becoming a sort of, common place by now, so they knew how much was needed intuitively. [1/4] From here, they called upon the mimicry skill to make the pole arm flexible. The Naginata looked funny bending about as they moved their arms up and down in the middle of the weapon while the ends flailed around. Still it was rigid, moreso than they wanted it to be.[2/4] They, instead of flooding more chakra in, flexed the "muscle" that controlled what was already there, causing the pole to become even less rigid. The chakra was spreading thinner... actually no it was sort of stretching and as a result changing the molecular structure of the pole. They hadn't noticed it before... but that was entirely was what occured. [3/4] The weapon was bending and snapping back into place, and then going full rubberband in their hands before long. The s**t looked very weird to be honest. [Dance]
For the last skill they returned the weapon to it's base level of rigitidy. The pair held the weapons above them, slowly beginning to rotate them. The speed of the rotations gradually picked up until the displaced air was audibly rushing away from them. [1/4] The small bit of chakra they put into the whirling motion made it pick up speed while also seeming to take from them. Their skill with the pole made it fast to begin with but it was reaching levels they would have otherwise not expected to put out. [2/4[ From there it wa sa matter of molding elemental chakra into the poles. Jay chose water while Jeon picked lightning. One hand put in the chakra, while the other kneaded the elemental nature in as well. It took a bit before they got the load right, and began seeing results. [3/4] Above Jay, water began to spray up and around him like a spout with impressive force. Jeon had backed away as a rotating wall of lightning took shape around her vbody. It was tiresome to keep it up, but it would be extremely useful. They stopped the spinning, and an elemental burst sent lightning and water everywhere. Ready to stop for now, the twins went down to the locker rooms and showered, changed into their shinobi uniforms and went to see about getting some search and destroy done. [Exit]

__ Ada casually strolled into one of the silvery marble structures to begin her practices. Now that she was no longer a mere student, she could achieve more with her Genin privileges. She hurriedly collected the scrolls for techniques she intended to learn before leaving here then found a place where she could train without too much concern for interruption.
First, she'd start with the Lightning Transformation technique. It would be a useful evasive technique. Of course, she could also use it to quickly close the distance between her and an opponent. Thinking about it more carefully, she could even just use it while already in locked in close-quartered combat as a surprise attack. In whatever capacity it were used, she knew it would take a little conditioning to effectively use the transformation. Ada performed the hand seals for the Lightning Transformation Technique. Shortly afterward, she would change into an electrified form. It was such an odd state of existence though. No longer was she necessarily a physical entity. Right now she was a being of pure energy, even if it wasn't a very strong amount of it. Ada would maintain this state for as long as possible while zipping about the room she was in. Everything seemed to come together just fine with the mastery of that technique. Even as she ended the electrical chakra flow, her right hand surged with small sparks for several following seconds. "Hmmn... not bad." She hummed self-praise while slowly opening and closing her hand to help the slight numbness subside. "It looks like I can handle raiton ninjutsu well enough. So, how about I push it just a little further?" The metal's weight was the most notable detail right away. Even with just this little amount she could tell the difference. It was far easier to swing her sword around with magnetism or even manipulate the pool of metal sand at her feet than this. With a large chunk of her training now out of the way, Ada felt it was a good time to rest and relax a little. She just needed to unwind a little while she waited for that Selina girl to show up. They could probably spend some time with joint training, or Ada could just help the girl get caught up on her own practices. In any case, she was feeling a lot more able and ready to take on her next mission. Hopefully the next one would be a decent test for her to put her new skills and techniques to good use.
__Success! Even though Selina had no idea where to find Ara Rio-Kyuri, she figured that the academy was a good place to start. After all, the woman was also given an assignment. After having some time away from the academy, she was able to deduce that Miss Rio was no one else but the girl that she tried to introduce herself to the first time that they met! What a coincidence! With the papers in hand she approached the academy and also the woman. Before she got further, however, she formed the one hand seal to create the shadow clone. The clone appeared beside her and took out the majority of her chakra. She figured that while she did her mission, the clone could train some techniques for her. With the clone away from Selina and Ada, it went to work training her in ninjutsu. The first trick it learned was the temporary body paralysis. After that, the clone worked on mastering the body flicker technique. First she pitched her voice in the manner of a song in order to mimic the need of handseals. Chakra was then transferred throughout her body as she disappeared in a flash. Finally, the clone ended even father away from Selina and Ada. (Body Flicker: D-ranked maruton)
In order to learn this next technique, Selina’s shadow clone made another clone and had that clone use the transformation technique in order to turn itself into a guitar. The Selina initial clone then played the guitar as chakra was transferred through the instrument which requires two hands to use. Selina got to work making more flowers as she wanted to make use of the next technique. The other clone broke from being a guitar and also made flowers as the two got to work. By the time that they finished, they had ten flowers created. This meant that they would have no problem for the next two techniques.
The first one created flower petals which suspended around the user. Selina's initial clone sang as the chakra poured into the flowers. The flowers then started to raise as they circled around the clone. Selina felt their aromas hit her nose as she knew that their scents had been enhanced by the technique. Now that the clone had them levitating, the next trick was to have them hover around an opponent. The clone pitched her voice into a song in order to mold her chakra. Next, Selina's initial clone learned another technique. She sang at high alto as chakra molded into the air around them. From the flower prison a powerful wind arose. It then slammed down on the clone, dismissing it effortlessly. In addition to the wind ninjutsu, Selina felt it necessary to master one more wind ninjutsu. First she sang and channeled chakra through her voice. Finally, Selina shot an arrow forward as it landed in the ground. She then sang at a pitch which allowed her to channel chakra through her voice. Before the clone disbursed itself, she utilized one more trick of the Raiygo clan. She looked toward Selina and felt the emotions the girl had. The real Selina felt so happy, so full of life. The clone felt sad that it could not, on the count that it was only temporary. Regardless, she mastered the technique, and with a puff of smoke the clone disbursed. While here, Selina also decided to read up on various tricks. She learned how to use Korabo with herself. Furthermore, she also invested in the learning of various ideas of hers. After the clone departed, Selina made her way to the other girl. She came directly up to her and smile as she once again stuck out her right hand for a handshake. "Miss Rio! I'm glad to have a chance to meet with you again." She said with a smile. Although the office overwhelmed her swiftly, she was glad that there was at least one other ninja who was fresh there like she was. Although this one had some sort of prestige to her, Selina was sure that they could be friends regardless.

"It's a pleasure to see you again too, Miss Rosewater." Ada relaxed into a pretty neutral posture, "How fared your mission?" She mostly just asked out of curiosity. Taking inventory on the village's weapon reserves was a pretty dull yet necessary task. Especially considering that it sounded like things might become a little hectic in the near future. Whatever missions they were given were most likely going to be focused on preparing for the worst-case scenarios.
