After being so psyched to hunt her down, after waiting weeks for Feeny to post. It was just a bittersweet way to lose all motivation after Tai killed her. >:I
They're just looking for her body I believe.

Yea I kinda just lost interest in my snow ninja and anyways I went and read the rules for genin and jutsu learning and when it says they can't learn above B-rank does that mean they can learn B-rank or does it mean they can only learn up to C-rank before they have to stop?

Tenshi_Ryukai Yea I kinda just lost interest in my snow ninja and anyways I went and read the rules for genin and jutsu learning and when it says they can't learn above B-rank does that mean they can learn B-rank or does it mean they can only learn up to C-rank before they have to stop?
Can't learn above B-rank.
