Possibly, There are allot of contributing factors. This and That, things that happened yesterday...
I almost lost half of my family yesterday because I was not paying attention. It was plain Idiocy.

Dissy; It happens. Not to that extent always, but it happens.
Rinneh; I'm actually working on the bio right now, while I chat! I just keep referencing others, to check for any particular mile stones I should mark.
I've already got the personality planned out, and sometime soon, I'll probably shoot a couple of ideas for abilities your way for critique.
I only offered to use my clone, because I'm the only person technically of rank suitable for the position, while you work up and are out of the way. That, and it's a temporary arrangement, until we can get an adviser.
