Character: Taketori Kaguya Link to profile: [x]
Weapon Name: Heart of the Forest Weapon Type: Bear Skin Cloak
Weapon Height: Draped over Taketori's back, the head of the bear rests atop his own while its feet come down to his shins. Weapon Weight: 30 lbs
Description: When Taketori set out to make a contract with the bears, he was turned away by Nanaoko with the caveat that his world view was too narrow, it had too human-centric a view of the forest. Gifting him this bear-skin cloak, she requested he return after experiencing life as a bear. True to its name, Heart of the Forest only responds to those who's core is attuned to the natural world. It imbues the wearer with the instincts of a bear. If left on for too long, it can have lasting mental effects on one's self-perception.
Ability Summary: • A Grizzly Fate: Expending the chakra and stamina of a B-rank Complex technique as well as an activation, Heart of the Forest envelops Taketori, transforming him into any bear until he expends an equal amount of chakra and stamina to revert back. Bear form has no bearings on his capabilities. Any equipment, of reasonable size and weight, Taketori is carrying on his body melds into the bear form. The bear will mimic Taketori's qualities, such as having four eyes. • Undeniably a Bear: When Taketori is detected by a sensory technique, whether in or out of bear form, his cloak will automatically deduct an equal rank's worth of Stamina to return all information (e.g. location, bloodline, techniques performed, elemental chakra, etc...) that would be revealed about Taketori as "BEAR" instead. If he is in bear form, the information will be specific to both the kind of bear and the sensor's class. For example, if Taketori is a giant panda, a Zoom Sensor might only receive "BEAR" as feedback while a Resolution Sensor might receive information about the average gestation period, mating seasons, diet, and usual habitats of a Giant Panda. Taketori can toggle this passive off with an activation.

Character: Jay and Jeon Link to profile: X
Weapon Name: ShriaMurakumo & KuraMurakumo Weapon Type: Heavy Armor
Weapon Height: Tailored to Fit Jay and Jeon respectively. Weapon Weight: Is actually really light even as it is heavy armor.
Description: The armors look like this, fit to both Jay and Jeon's body types specifically with every measurement accounted for, and is always cold to touch, like as if worn by something that is not alive. The armor is capable of shrugging off attacks amazingly well, bolstered by the twins affinity for wearing armor.
Ability Summary: • The armor denies all passive effects that increase damage to armor in any way, to the user's trained armor formless style. In addition, the twins can pay chakra equal to the cost of active skills that are made to destroy or pierce armor to negate the attack's armor piercing quality, forcing it back to any normal attack colliding with the armor. Has a one post cd between uses. • When an opponent is in contact with the armor, the user is able to augment any attack they make while wearing it to retaliate within the next post with either an increase to strength or speed for an offensive action, or a boost to reflex or fortitude for a defensive action. Augmenting the attack costs an amount of chakra equal to the boost (Slight = E, Mild = D etc.) Useable to their maximum armor formless. Has a one post CD after an augment is used.

Murakumo double set: Pending. Alright so this is really three abilities rolled into two.
First ability: Passively ignores all passive which make the opponent stronger against armor
Second ability: Able to counter attacks exclusively designed to be anti-armor.
Third ability: After contact has been made with the opponent via armor, the user can increase one of their stats by a sliding scale amount.
So let’s talk about the first two. Usually I’m a stickler for making each ability one, but you did mitigate the counterforce potential of your armor to only work on anti-armor based attacks. Since it’s not a flat, “this counters all because I want a knocked down version of Samahada,” I’m willing to be more lenient. Now then, in order to make your first ability work, you need a cost. Half the stamina cost of the passive in question. So if your opponent uses a technique which has a B-ranked amount of anti-armor, then you can pay a C-ranked about of stamina passively in order to negate it.
For the third ability, I’m confused why it has to be contact based. Does the contact you make influence what stat gets increased? Like, if you parry an attack with your armor, does that make fortitude increase on the next post? Does making contact include places where the armor does not touch the opponent, such as if the user hits them with a spear while wearing the armor? Or if the user tries to shoulder bash the opponent while wearing armor but it gets deflected by a lightning shield technique? Just a few thoughts I have on this weapon.

Or if the user tries to shoulder bash the opponent while wearing armor but it gets deflected by a lightning shield technique? Just a few thoughts I have on this weapon. The simple version to the third ability, is that it's a retaliation to being hit as opposed to just giving me a flat boost so that it is more interactive for me and my opponent as a retaliatory mechanic.
If that isn't a problem, I edited the first part of the custom and listed it below.
Character: Jay and Jeon Link to profile: X

Ability Summary: • The armor denies all passive effects that increase damage to armor in any way, to the user's trained armor formless style. This costs stamina equal to one rank below the armor breaking attack to nullify the armor breaking capabilities • When an opponent is in contact with the armor, the user is able to augment any attack they make while wearing it to retaliate within the next post with either an increase to strength or speed for an offensive action, or a boost to reflex or fortitude for a defensive action.
