"Yes. But if it makes you feel any better, I wasn't expecting the welcome party." he replied, buttoning his jacket back up. "Anyway, are you alright?" He asked.

((So, did he finish the spell?))

"of course..." He said his hand went up to his head, he'd never experienced a headache like this "I'm sorry...I just feel a bit lightheaded" he suddenly felt out of balance, he steadied himself with the wall. "Excuse me...I have work to finish..." He said, trying to walk back into his room.

[~hmmmm kinda c;]

"Here. Let me give you a hand." John said, carefully lifting him and bring him to his room.

((Sorry for short post. Leaving now! ))

"uhh thank you..." He muttered out as he tried to regain his composure. His mind kept trying to recall his memories, his mother appeared, she was smiling back at him. Her face began to change, her smile turning into a look of dismay. That was the last thing he saw before she completely disappeared...

"Don't work yourself too hard." He said, helping him onto his bed. "Both you and Hector went through quite an ordeal yesterday. Get some rest. It will do you good." He told him.

Eviz rolled onto the bed, he was barely taking in what John was saying "yeah..." He said, unsure of what he just replied too. More images from his past began to fade away.

((Well, I thought it was just an introduction where they give you a syllabus and stuff, but we actually had a quiz and a lab, and I didn't have a lab book and yeah... >.< ))

John said nothing and left the room to let him rest. After all, the next day they would arrive in Ander, and that night would be the night of the royal ball.

Eviz woke up, he felt completely dehydrated. Immediately he ran out and grabbed a glass of water. After his drink he returned to his room, his eyes went wide when he saw the bed, his pillow was covered with blood. He touched his nose, but felt nothing...hesitantly he touched his ear, he felt something moist, he looked at his finger, they were covered blood. Something was wrong.

Hector woke up looking out the window. The dawn was upon them and the skies of Ander glowed with a brilliancy above the mountains. "The capital...." She muttered, seeing the edge of the grand city at a distance. "We'll be at the palace within the hour!" She smiled before rolling out of bed and beginning her usual routine.

After finally getting the bleeding to stop, Eviz got dressed, they should be arriving soon. He tossed the bloody pillow, he preffered nobody knew about this.
He walked out of his office, he still struggled to keep his balance but he could handle. He headed to the mess hall.
