Respec of Mugen from Arashi into this rpc. Didn't use him there, this looks more interesting to me. I lost 5 ninjutsu during the respec and added the lost techniques to the Chiru bloodline~

• Ninja Discipline of Ninjutsu Class being changed from Genius to Savant. Result: Loses access to additional few customs and Keystone ability, access to mirrored elements and additional elements.
• PA Hyperactive Explosions is removed due to it conflicts with previous rulings of CDs. It is instead traded out for the Hyuuga Sensory PA.
I been using the character under assumption Keystone still mirrored my elements and had the rule breaking PA that went outside mod vision. This is more of a self audit and re-spec to correct RPC to current rules and standards. So rule this re-spec as you will.
