Hiba didnt pay any mind to the Guards nor there warnings. They might think they could out him down, and maybe they could. But not before Hiba broke more than a few of there noses, and cracked some Ribs.
But Hiba wasn't here to start a fight, he was here seeking answer's.
The youth took the chair opposite the Sage, spinning it around so that his chest was against the back of the chair, still facing the Sage. "Just seeking your oppinion and maybe a few questions, then ill be on my way. If thats cool with you.. Gramps." He'd say with a slight, friendly, smile. This would show that he wouldn't be subjected to the sage's Guards attempt at intimidation. It also showed he was quite comfortable in the situation.
With out waiting for the Sage's response, he began. Hiba would remove a Pokeball from his pocket, sitting it on the table in one motion, then completely removing his Hand from it as to not cause the guards to swarm him. He knew it was a risky move, but he worked better with visuals.
"Right. In side that Pokeball rests my buddy Blaze, an Arcanine. Me and him have been traveling, battling and exploring together for year's now." he let that float in the air.
"According to what you said up there, You would have me release him, right?"

((Eh, still not feeling it. I think I'll stick to what I'm getting for the rest of the year. Lollipop Chainsaw in June, Anarchy Reigns maybe in July, Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance in August and then Luigi's Mansion 2 and Tomb Raider whenever they decide to come out as well as a few other awesome games that may rear their heads.
I still find it hilarious that a game like Lollipop Chainsaw interests me. When I first started in Legends I never would've gone near any game that had blood, guts, sex, zombies or swearing. Honestly. And yet, here I am with Bayonetta as one of my favourite games of all time and Lollipop Chainsaw on my list of games to get. XD))

the Sage's answer was nice and simple, just the way he liked it.
"Ok, why?" This was an even simple question. Now, Hiba isnt a Very 'philosophical' person, so he was really hoping the age would keep the nwxt answer just as simple.

Ghetsis smiled. Hiba reminded him of a blank-faced Houndour he knew as a boy. Wagging its tail, tongue lolling from its mouth, big black eyes staring at nothing in particular. Except every now and then it would bark, suddenly spring into life, all the while retaining that hollow-eyed look.
"I assume you love your pokémon, correct?" he said, "then picture your situations reversed. You spend most of your life contained in a tiny prison and the rest of it dictated by what your Arcanine wishes to do. Oh, you still have a strong sense of loyalty to it, but how could you not?
Something small, nagging at the back of your mind. It's instinct you see. What pokémon lack in intelligence, they make up for in the instinct to serve and show great affection for those stronger than them. Trainers see this as love and rarely do they question it. It is the natural order in the wild, as it has been for aeons.
Have you not wondered why a pokémon such as Gyarados would serve a man? Even children might lay claim to the title of 'Gyarados Trainer' despite its clear superiority in terms of power. Yet these trainers are mere humans who have done one of two things: broken Gyarados' will through battle and trapped it in a pokéball, or raised it as a lowly Magikarp, ensuring that it could never imagine a world where this human was not in control.
So you exist as Arcanine's slave. A happy slave, but one who has been stripped of his natural world and, due to the instinctive desire to love and please your master, the freedom to control your own fate.
Please understand, every second you spend with that Arcanine is a second that you waste its life. Mankind is not meant to control pokémon; we had to invent pokéballs in order to do so. The best thing you can do is set it free and let it live as nature intended."

Hiba listened to the Sage's words without interruption. When the Sage was finally finished the youth would direct his attention to Blaze's Pokeball.
"Hmmmmm" It was a sound of intense thinking. His Gaze competely focused on the orb in front of him.
"Your completely right." If the sage was expecting Hiba to argue a point against his own, he'd be surprised by his reply. Hiba would look up to Sage from the Pokeball, "But, what about trainer's who travel alongside there Pokemon. I mean, not keep them contained in there pokeball's. What'cha got to say about them?"

If Hiba turned around, he'd notice something of a queue building up behind him.

kenta shall talk to the man of evil next biggrin )
kenta and sasha jumped down from the balcony like area they were watching from. kenta didnt seem to notice the feet as anything special, but this was the start of his aura forming, boosting his already abnormal physical ability. when the pair landed sasha clung to kenta again and he walked into line to talk to ghetsis.

HIba would indeed stand up, swiping Blaze's pokeball up and securing it in his pocket. "Thanks for answering my questions." Hiba concluded with a slight inclination of his head. He wasn't totally lacking in the manner's department.
And with that he walk away, a look of deep concentration etched upon his face.
