"Well....not exactly....the singer from the band was harassing her, wanting her to get on stage with him, like she did at the last party. She kept telling him no, and he wouldn't drop it. Dec and I were talking at a table, and he sees that the singer is bothering dame, so he excused himself and went over to them."
She sipped her coffee and then looked at Ayami.
"Dec told the singer to get his hands off his wife."

She shrugs, "Dec came by to apologize to me and explain their situation. Apparently they've been apart for the last couple of years....he never signed the final papers for some reason. Which turned out to be a good thing, since one of the stipulations of dame's release from jail was to a family member."
She sighs, "He told me when dame's ordeal is over, he's signing the papers. For all extents and purposes, they are divorced...just a matter of the paperwork being filed is all."
