Even though he was an uchiha his father was actually a pacifist, teaching his son how to avoid conflict and to live in peace. Unfortunately this would be his undoing as his father was ultimately killed by bandits and Atsuko found himself stolen away at age 8. From 8 to 14 he was forced to fight in a child slave ring. Killing wasn't forced but sometimes was necessary to survive. Ultimately he escaped helping to lead a rebellion. After this he formed the group now known as the Shishin, gathering them one by one until they formed the foundation for their future.

Personality: Lucifer has an astonishing amount of energy that often times people will claim her to be full of spirit and energy. Having a vast amount of self-confidence, power, and zeal she will not be dissuaded from doing what she wants. Making things such as others opinions and orders irrelevant to her. The best way to get her to do something is with bribery... honestly it is. She loves to live on the edge and wants nothing but excitement and adventure in her life. Wanting nothing short of a thrilling life she has come to despise boredom. To the point where if you aren't as lively as she is she more than likely won't consider you a friend or even associate. Earlier in her life this has caused her to burn numerous bridges. Yet with her personality she didn't care as she would be fine by herself.
Her most notable trait, other than her energy, is her courage in the face of adversity. She will rise to any occasion, without wavering in the slightest, and face anything down that fate places before her. Going to the point of tempting face and compromising her own safety. While her hair trigger temperament makes her highly reactive in most situations. At times she can be irritable because she's used to doing things in a quick manner. She works extremely well under adverse situations causing others to try and follow in her footsteps. Should anyone get close to her they'll see behind her daring and head strong persona. They'll see the warm and caring spirit that exists within her. These same people, although they will claim her to be arrogant and have an enormous ego, will notice her generous and loving nature. They will forever treasure her because of his ability to make up for her imperfections with her passion and excitement with everything she does. Going back to her courage in the face of adversity, whether it be to simply fight or protect what she cherishes, it prevents her from bowing to others stronger or of higher status than her. She will remain unfazed in the face of death, and danger is something that she is more than comfortable with confronting. With her leadership is brought up it's noted that she's trying to touch the stars already. Eagerly attempting to climb the ladder with her excellence and lack of patience. When responding to a threat or being cornered she will eagerly go to lash out against those who put her in that situation. When it comes to friendship others need not look any further as Lucifer is the truest of friends. That is if someone could stand her enough to get close to her... Regardless she is one of the most loyal individuals someone could ever meet. She is used to being judged by others as an arrogant p***k and often neglectful towards friends. Yet she will reveal her greatness at the darkest hour by demonstrating her faithfulness to those who need it. It will definitely be in her own inimitable manner, but her loyalty will shine through and never be questioned. For her enemies they will need to understand one thing and one thing only.... think again. Not only is she gifted with sheer determination, competitive nature, ferocity, and an overwhelming desire to succeed... but she will work restlessly to outshine others until her task is finished. She will make sure that all of his enemies are laying dead before her... even if they all charge her at once she will push through it all and slay every one of them.
With her work ethic it should be said that when working on weapons or armor there's and odd factor. It's honestly the only time she's ever really patient. Taking her time with every piece of armor, blade, shield, or whatever she works on. Perfecting every detail until she is satisfied with it. Should she mess up on one detail she's liable to smelt it back down and start back over from scratch. She doesn't care how long it takes with her products to make them. Just so long as they are perfect in her eyes to hand out to her customers.
Moving onto her unknown madness it should be noted that even with her short life of only twenty-three years... she has been put through a lot. She often see's things that may or may not be there. Finding joy within conflict and overwhelming odds many will fear her as well as fear for her. Almost as if she can't comprehend the situation that she is within and simply has a death wish. Even if she were outnumbered against a vast army and upon her death bed she would still be smiling as if she was the Cheshire Cat. Such a conflict would only bring joy to her insanity as it would swarm through her like an infection. Seeing things in a different light she simply doesn't care about dying in the slightest. After all the beginning and the end of everyone's life is the same. But its the journey along the way that gives their life real meaning. This could lead to many situations down the road but with a gentle hand they could bring her back to reality. After all... everything that she's been through... she'll need it.
Last but not least the crown that hides her eyes from view is to never be touched by others. Should someone try and remove it she will go on a rampage. Not caring in the slightest about how bad she hurts the person who attempted to take it off. She isn't blind as she's able to see through the crown like object. As it was made with thin jewels where her eyes should be. As the jewels there act like a two way mirror of sorts. No one has seen her eyes and that's the way she prefers it. It has to do with her culture and where she's from as the eyes are held sacred and especially the eyes of a woman.

Class Disciplines : • Legendary Smith: The user is able to gain a 5th title rank from every applicable smithing tree. 'Training' for Legendary takes 10 posts of crafting work, provides an additional 1 post off of crafting times, and gives a Grandmaster NPC (of the same area) for usage. In addition, any item solo crafted (without an npc helper) is non-reproducible by non-Legendary titled smiths.
•Balanced Master: This discipline mimics one of the user's other class's non-chosen disciplines. (i.e. non-Worker Class) The Double Specialization perk for said class is not available for gaining. In addition, any jutsu learned can be paid for with either chakra, stamina, or a mix of the two. Any further chakra types are also subject to this. Recovery amounts for chakra and stamina are doubled while working, and working counts as relaxing.
•Mimic Mystic Hero: The user is much like a hybrid warrior, focusing on mixing ninjutsu into their personal arsenal. Through their great devotion to this path the user can cast ninjutsu without hand seals while wielding a weapon, D at gennin, C at chunnin, B at Jounin, A at Konin, and S at Sannin. These techniques maintain the same description and criteria to use, as well as require the same amount of time to mold the chakra through the weapon as would be needed to perform hand seals, meaning the techniques are not instantaneously cast. The user’s spirit is so strong, that they can utilize their physical bukijutsu techniques to negate ninjutsu techniques of the same rank or below.
•Lifetime Disciple: This discipline is for those wishing to gain from a lifetime master, never to be one themselves until their master is deceased. Gaining knowledge from over the course of their studies, the disciple will receive twice the benefits from each of their master's smithing trees (up to their completed titles), while in the living presence of them. After their master's death, they will successfully pass on a permanent, one-quarter of the benefit to their own Lifetime Disciple, if any. (round up to the nearest applicable number, as designated in the smithing thread)

He was initially raised by his uncle, a traveling martial artist who had an inkling about chakra manipulation. An inkling that led him to live a profitable life as a dojo destroyer. He trained his nephew in combat and taught him even what little he knew. What he didn’t expect was for his ward to absorb his techniques and those of some of the dojos he defeated with such speed. By the time Arashi was not quite a teenager, the uncle felt overshadowed by the youth he had raised. That feeling of awe slowly twisted into resentment and jealously, which only lead to darker paths. One night on the road through the Land of Fire. Arashi’s uncle decided that it was time the boy disappeared. In his arrogance he was confident that he could still best the boy, and he attempted to murder him in straight up combat. Arashi turned out to be more talented and skilled than he had suspected and the nephew turned into the killer that night. In utter shock at what had occurred, Arashi fled into the night while the body of his uncle still cooled. His arms still red from blood, Arashi stumbled across Konohagakure. The gate guards stopped him and he was brought in for questioning. Snippets of his story eventually bled out of the grieving child. One of the council members present took pity on the boy and petitioned that Arashi be accepted as a ward of Konoha; to be trained as a ninja if he wished (in part due to the boy’s supposed combat ability). Arashi, having lost his guidepost in his uncle, latched onto the idea of becoming a ninja and threw himself into his new training the same way he had faced is earlier teachings. Having completed the final exam, Arashi Kagami is now one of the newest members of Konohagakure’s ninja corps.

He was raised amongst the homeless, the hopeless, the bleak and the dying, never knowing the power that lay hidden within him. Instead, he survived on petty crime, or doing odd jobs around the city he was born in. He often got into trouble, and rarely got along well with the other children, or the adults for that matter. He could often be found just watching the more fortunate, or staring dreamily up at the casino where he imagined the rich and powerful went.
But eventually, his crimes caught up with him, and after a vicious beating from the city guard, he managed to escape the city, and fled into the wild. Out there seemed free and wondrous, a far cry from the shabby, drab city he had spent his whole life in. But alas, the hopes of a child last not long against the harsh savageness of the world. He quickly found himself starving, not knowing how to survive amidst the lush greenery of nature.
He was found lying facedown near the village of Konoha, and brought in with them. he was brought back to health, but could not just live off of the people, he had to learn to work. And so he began to learn the arts of woodcutting, working with metal and the shaping of raw elements into fine tools. Simple tasks at first, cutting wood, searching for shiny stones, but the tasks became more and more complex as he grew in understanding.
He made few friends, especially with those his age. But the village elders deduced his bloodline at his thirteenth year, and put him into training to learn to control and shape it. However, anything to do outside his bloodline bored him immensely, and he preferred to continue learning his crafts, desiring to become more proficiant in something he knew well, rather than compete with the other children, many of whom seemed to complete their tasks with an ease that he envied, though he never showed it.
In time, this conflict of interest grew to the boiling point, and he left the village, heading out to the traders village. There, he thought, would be a place where they understood me. A place where I can hone my skills to a higher level. A place where I can become truly legendary. And with ambition in his eyes and no regrets on what he had left, he set out for his own future.

They succeed, and one of them paid for it with their life, as It was born, and took its mother's life. It lived for a number of years inside of its mother's body, but It never really knew much outside of basic instincts. Slowly the body decomposed, and It was left with little option but to find a new body. It killed and took over a wolf's body after it began eating at his mother's corpse. It traveled like that until he found another human, a small child. in the dead of night, It struck, pinning the small child beneath the weight of the wolf's corpse, It force its way into the child's body, hiding within. It didn't kill the child, and the child was found and taken home. It stayed hidden within the child for many years, learning how to speak, or rather how to understand and communicate with It's host body, and with the outside world. It wasn't as good with other people as the child grew to be, but It was better with instinctual movements, often times keeping the host body from harm. After many years, It's host died of illness, and It continued to use the body, though soon It was chased out by the village since the body began decaying like It's mother's had done. It found another body, buried under the ground. It had watched others bury it and It decided that it was perfect. No one would miss that body, or suspect it to be a corpse. It had no understanding what it meant for someone to be buried, and was later attacked by It's current host body. It killed it's attacker, and now resides within a steadily decomposing body, slowly trying to find either a willing host, or It's next body.
Let me be the first to welcome you to my glorious village of Kumogakure. That being said though I do have a couple of requests for you regarding your profile. First, I go to great lengths to create personal arcs for each and every character in the village using their bios and their personalities. While your personality is, sufficient, I would like to council you to put as much effort as you can into it to flesh them out into a true personality and not a list of traits. As for your bio I am going to have to ask you to tone it down quite a bit. I don't mind "fate" characters but but being a literal gift from the gods is not ok. So I will have to ask you to change that. That is next to impossible to make a legit arc about. Its fine for a character to THINK they are god sent but to literally BE god sent is not ok.

1) No I'm not, I'm using PAs to start with styles which I'm told was ok. I merely listed them under Taijutsu. If I made a formatting mistake, I apologize. I was not attempting to imply that my rpc knew any tech beforehand.
2) According to the Grand Performance Perk "By selecting this discipline, increase the total number of Genjutsu and Ninjutsu gained per rank, including D - rank, by one [+1]." So 4 + 1 = 5.
3) My background was made last after I made all the mechanical stuff. I'm not gaining anything from said background. It was just flavor explaining what I have gained from the same starting line as everyone else.
4) I get one Locked Formless which I applied to Kunai. And then listed that I have 2 of 2 regular slots available. "Current Slots Available → 02 // 02" As in I have not used them yet since I need to train them.
I think it was a mistake on my part in terms of formatting. Apologies, I found it all very confusing. I was not trying to gain any skills *ahead* of the starting point. The backstory is pure flavor and does not grant me anything. I repeat that for emphasis.
To help clear up confusion, I have written in the Taijutsu *styles* i gained with the Stage Zero tag to make clear that Arashi is starting with no techs. I merely wished to list them so as to make clear that I had used my PAs to unlock those Style Slots per examples of other profiles.
Additionally I changed the formatting of Formless Slots to 00 // 00 like the other profiles to avoid confusion.
The only thing I will not change is the Genjutsu number of slots as my class perk grants me an additional one.
