The blow to her head caused a ringing in her ears that made her cry out. When she could manage the pain, she spoke as calmly as she could 'I am Je'daii...we use both Dark and Light Force powers - but I will never fall to the Dark side - I attack you ...to save you...to bring you back ...to bring you balance...she lunged forward once again swinging her lightsaber wildly to match the rhythm of the ringing in her ears

"Hmm, the Je'daii died out when the Galaxy was young... It's quite the privilege to kill the last myself..." Kay said with an evil grin, spinning past her attack and pushing her as she went by.

Barely able to stand at this point she realized this blasted droid had adopted not only Kay's appearance, but his luck with the dice! she knelt, placing her hands on the floor and suddenly it began to shake, pieces of tile rising from the ground as she sent the Force thru it...directing the debris with the force, she hurled it at the droid

Kay stood his ground as the massive tiles rained down on him, shielding himself with some sort of Force shield. The pieces smashed into it and bounced away, but Kay seemed to flicker as they landed around him. Then, he blasted that shield towards Nia, smashing her back and knocking her to the floor. The last thing she saw was the rogue Jedi walking towards her with his saber raised...

Killed!

Tears streamed down her face as she realized even if one of her attacks hit..she was most likely not long for this world...Kay...I'm sorry I couldn't save you! she lifted one hand from the ground and sent a stream of fire at the droid

Kay dragged the beaten girl away from his shimmering holographic doppelgänger lying deactivated in the arena by the wrist and dropped her gruffly in the hallway. After a few minutes, he nudged her with his foot until she finally came to.

"Hey, Miss Je'daii... You know what I've been doing all day...?"

He waited a moment, and continued after she answered with only a confused look, "I've been deleting security footage of some halfwit student shouting at the bloody sky about being a spy here to take down the Temple! What in the world were you thinking back there?!?"
