With regard to "Waste not Want not", I believe that effect would be better suited as a custom Jutsu. I'm not sure if it's come up before, so I can't tell you one way or the other whether it'll be approved.
This is really embarrassing, but I forgot to bring up your Tamer Attribute originally. "A Bond of the Spirit" is much too powerful for a typical Tamer attribute. They're usually something along the lines of enhanced senses, some kind of specialized defense or offense (like claws), or a boost to one of your physical aspects (like fortitude or strength, for a bear). You could go for a very specific and gimmicky ability tied to a Jutsu heavily associated with your animal (like Call of Lightning for a thunderbird), if you'd like something along those lines. Active sharing of Chakra like your Tamer Attribute would do is more suited to a custom Jutsu or followers of the Ninshuu religion.

Ah ha! If I may I would like to state my case for "A Bond of the Spirit." I don't believe it is actually that powerful mainly because of the way eternal partners already works. Now please bear with me for a moment... because my companion and me will always have the same amount of chakra and she will receive two seperate elements. It is essentially like doubling my chakra already, since if there was a jutsu that I really needed to cast but couldn't due to constraints on my character. Then I could always just have my bear learn it and cast it herself! (As long as my companion was conscious and able to preform ninjutsu that is.) The only real benefit to having this attribute is that it allows me to cast my bloodline jutsu using her chakra since that is the only thing that she can't have access to and that I would need chakra for. If it's too powerful for a tamer attribute may I instead change it to a personal one?

I hear what ursaying (yeah that was a stretch) and brought it up with some of the other crew members who are better versed in the ins and outs of PAs and Tamer Attributes. The problem is with how it scales up at later levels; since it's basically doubling your Chakra pool, it gets to be crazy strong the more you power up. This has been done before, but it took the person a custom slot and a Sage custom to do it, so either way it's relegated to the realm of custom Jutsu and not attributes.

Her father was killed when she was very young and her mother quickly fell into the arms of another man in search of comfort of her own. Needless to say this had a profoundly damaging effect on Chole. The only friends that she had managed to make at the time quickly distanced themselves from her under the simple reason that no one really knew how to handle her anymore and choose to gloss over her instead, which is more than likely the reason that she has become the person she is today. More to the point, with anger at her father for leaving her and the blame she shoved onto her mother quickly welling up inside of her Chole at last was pushed far enough to run away from home. Refusing to spend another second in a place that reminded her everyday of the life she lost and the people who grew to ignore her.
It was during this time of her life on the lamb that Chole found a friend. Hiding under the thorny brush she found a bear cub being threatened by its father. A common occurrence among bear cubs is that many of them are cannibalized by their fathers. This wasn't known to Chole at the time but there wasn't any way that she could just sit back and let this thing die in front of her. Perhaps she felt a connection the adorable fuzz ball of a creature because it reminded her of herself. For whatever reason or another Chole leaped into the larger bear claw swipe as it struck. Indeed the only reason she is alive this day is because her was able to unconsciously call upon her bloodline to survive the attack. From that day forward a bond stronger than anything Chole had ever felt in her life was formed and the two have been inseparable since. Being the only ones that could ever really understand each other. In time the two come upon the village known as Kumogakure and Chole hasn't looked back on her village home since.

He was the first natural born child of the Moon Country's ruler, Tenzen Hirohiko. The other seven before him were all born of their father's body through a cloning technique special to their family. Each of the seven retained their own separate consciousness until their father required their bodies to sustain himself.
The fifth child, Daigoro befriended an enslaved Kaguya clan member and could no longer stand by the atrocities being commited to the peoples of the clan. Staging a coupe, Daigoro attempted to over throw their father. Tenzen, in an act of power, transformed Daigoro back into a clone of himself to be taken back into himself. Daigoro, in his last moments pleaded Taylor, the slave, to kill him so he might remain himself. Doing so, Taylor escaped and found refuge in the five great nations somewhere.
Torn by his brother's death, Hachiro fled too, hoping to find his brother's friend, Taylor Childe. While living as a resident of Kumogakure, Hachiro found himself becoming consumed by the thoughts of vengence, causing him to lose the light gifted to him by his mother's Koton element.

He was the first natural born child of the Moon Country's ruler, Tenzen Hirohiko. The other seven before him were all born of their father's body through a cloning technique special to their family. Each of the seven retained their own separate consciousness until their father required their bodies to sustain himself.
The fifth child, Daigoro befriended an enslaved Kaguya clan member and could no longer stand by the atrocities being commited to the peoples of the clan. Staging a coupe, Daigoro attempted to over throw their father. Tenzen, in an act of power, transformed Daigoro back into a clone of himself to be taken back into himself. Daigoro, in his last moments pleaded Taylor, the slave, to kill him so he might remain himself. Doing so, Taylor escaped and found refuge in the five great nations somewhere.
Torn by his brother's death, Hachiro fled too, hoping to find his brother's friend, Taylor Childe. While living as a resident of Kumogakure, Hachiro found himself becoming consumed by the thoughts of vengence, causing him to lose the light gifted to him by his mother's Koton element.

He is an agreeable youth acting out the role of one gentle in disposition yet strong in body. He has a playful attitude and takes a very carefree approach to life, but is quick to work himself into a frenzy during a heated battle. He a brave, compassionate, and likeable young man to those with similar personalities. Despite this he will mercilessly kill each and every one of his enemies on the battlefield, but he has the faith and had the nobility to never break a promise he has made. He is a proud warrior, someone who can't abandon a fight just because he's losing. He's ready to fight until the end, for the sake of his fighting will and also for his village. In fact he is a foreigner from the Iron Country who came to the Cloud Village in his youth and had sworn fealty to both the land and the village. While foreign to many, he has already received martial training with both combat and chakra manipulation before he underwent more specialized honing of his skill in the academy as deemed necessary for him. His family mostly spread out, Zahara lives in an apartment to himself in the village with his own reasons and agenda. After a few years, he's out on his own finally to graduate into the next rank.
Chapter 1 - Legacy His legacy wasn't exactly always one of the shinobi, dating back the name he went by before were fighters and mercenaries. Soldiers and sellswords that took up arms for whatever the pay earned their loyalty, causes lost in the name of greed and blood spilled in the name of a forgotten lord as the pages of time turned. It was worth reflecting on the absent history of a little family, lack of a clan and loss of purpose and honor that had stained the name which lead to his self imposed exile. They found a new 'lord' and cause to befuddle the name further, the promise of riches and empty promises of utopian rule had clouded the minds of the clan to be swallowed by the beast. The very same beast the country of mountain, cloud and storm now had been in open combat over, the very same that stood against the enemy that had systematically eradicated those who stood against the UHV in his family. Cousins, brother and half of the distant relatives executed by an order of the ones who had bore him, father and mother alike that hadn't inherited the blood like he had.

In fact he is a foreigner from the Iron Country who came to the Cloud Village in his youth and had sworn fealty to both the land and the village. While foreign to many, he has already received martial training with both combat and chakra manipulation before he underwent more specialized honing of his skill in the academy as deemed necessary for him. His family mostly spread out, Zahara lives in an apartment to himself in the village with his own reasons and agenda. After a few years, he's out on his own finally to graduate into the next rank.
Chapter 1 - Legacy His legacy wasn't exactly always one of the shinobi, dating back the name he went by before were fighters and mercenaries. Soldiers and sellswords that took up arms for whatever the pay earned their loyalty, causes lost in the name of greed and blood spilled in the name of a forgotten lord as the pages of time turned. It was worth reflecting on the absent history of a little family, lack of a clan and loss of purpose and honor that had stained the name which lead to his self imposed exile. They found a new 'lord' and cause to befuddle the name further, the promise of riches and empty promises of utopian rule had clouded the minds of the clan to be swallowed by the beast. The very same beast the country of mountain, cloud and storm now had been in open combat over, the very same that stood against the enemy that had systematically eradicated those who stood against the UHV in his family. Cousins, brother and half of the distant relatives executed by an order of the ones who had bore him, father and mother alike that hadn't inherited the blood like he had.
