{For what Daemon and Larai are, they've become utterly adorable haven't they? XD}

Larai couldn't help but grin and snicker at Daemon's comment. After this, she fell silent, just gazing up at the crystals for many moments. Before too long, though, a question popped up in her mind. "...Hey, Daemon? What did you think of me when we first met?"

((My thoughts exactly. :3 ))

"That....depends. Do you mean way back when during my a*****e days, or just a few months ago?" Daemon asked as he looked over at her.

 

[M3Gnificent]

"...Both, I guess. I'm curious about both." Larai answered after a few more secconds of thought.

 

[Zelly-fangirl]

"Back then, I just saw you as some naive kid who decided to heal the jackass threatening her parents. I was just going to use you then turn around and take you hostage...." Daemon said guiltily, obviously uncomfortable about the topic of choice. "A few months ago, I admit I wasn't much better. You were a gutsy thief I hoped would let me out and I'd get to sleep with later..." he said averting his eyes. "It happened, of course, just not the way I'd originally planned." he said with a chuckle. "But I promise, that all has definitely changed."

"How much? What do you think of me now?" Larai asked with much amusement, not really surprised or offended by Daemon's answer. "Am I very different from those first impressions now that you know me?"

 

[Zelly-fangirl]

"For one thing, I'm actually having fun, outside of nearly shitting myself in terror while hiding from Milly and the rest of your family." Daemon said with a small chuckle. "I think I also needed the ego smacking of meeting a girl that doesn't just want me for my looks."

Larai chuckled, smiling all the brighter now. "I'm glad to hear that. It wouldn't do at all to not be having fun after escaping years and years of horror, now would it?"

 

[Zelly-fangirl]

"I spilled; you're turn." Daemon said turning onto his side with a grin as he rested his chin in one hand.

((Departing now, but I should be back in my room soon-ish.))

"When I was little, I was naive. I thought that you might not have been as bad as you seemed, and that maybe a kind gesture would've gone a long way. I learned one hell of a lesson that day!" Larai chuckled. "The seccond time around, you seemed charming...but also dangerous. I thought from the start that I couldn't trust you, but even then, you were just too interesting to ignore. Hence the reason I agreed to let you go so long as you helped me in turn."

"Aaaaaand...?" Daemon said, waiting for the rest of her answer in the present tense.

((I love how horrible my family is when it comes to leaving on time. XD "Okay, time to go now!" *everyone spends like twenty minutes getting their crap together before getting out the door*))

"Now, I think you're great fun to be around. You've also become a really nice guy, very different from your previous self." Larai said with a little embarassment, chuckling afterwards.

 

[Zelly-fangirl]

"Well, I never really had any parents to teach me otherwise." Daemon said rubbing his nose a bit. "I was just some dark entity possessing that angel for gods know how long. I just grew out of his dark side and took over before your dad released the both of us."

Larai moved one arm to offer Daemon a half-hug. "Well, you don't have to worry about that anymore. You've got friends, or at least a friend in me, when you need it."

((Daemon: Yaaay~ I'm actually likable now! ^w^ ))

"If you're not careful, you're going to bring your brother's wrath down on me." Daemon joked with a small chuckle, gladly accepting the half hug. "He has not been giving me good looks lately."

"Don't mind him; he's just a clingy over-protective big brother. He gets like that." Larai half-joked back with a small smirk.
