The clone rushing at Alex reached him as he ran up and jumped into the air. The clone followed him into the air, performing Advance of Steel. Which doubled the clones strength and speed with the blade. While in the air the clone performed Twin Blade., which was a downward strike. The attack was so fast and strong that the air after the strike will also attack. The clone used the back of his blade so Alex wouldn't die. The attack was strong enough that it would break through Alex's tentacles if he used them to guard himself. The attack would probably hit across Alex's chest and break all of his ribs, but the clone would make sure not to do that. After all, Alex didn't need to be bed ridden for the next month

Alex did hand signs while his tentacles pushed against the clone putting some distance between them. the spike balls he threw earlier exploded around Cloud. since he never moved or knocked them away they would do great damage.
Yurayura Ranpu no Jutsu (Flickering Light Technique) which made a blinding light blinding and disabling his clone that was attacking for a post. the tentacles burst from the impact of the blades and sent Alex hurtling towards the ground. he did a hand sign and they came back absorbing the impact and setting him on his feet. looking up at the clone that was blinded and fall ing he sent five throwing daggers at the clone who had no way to see them.

Cloud Hari

Cloud made some handsigns and said " Garasu Shouheki no Jutsu. " He put his hand to the ground and a glass barrier formed. The spiked balls bounced of it and exploded, the barrier protected Cloud from the blast. The clone in the air made a set of handsigns and said " Garasu Yoroi no Jutsu. " A glass set of armorformed around him, he wasn't sure what was happening but he needed to protect himself if their was. The on the ground was sneaking up the wall and amost at th roof. He was doing it completely silently so there was no way Alex would notice him.

Alex drew his sword and charged at Cloud running full speed his tentacles propelled him at a higher speed. he slashed at he glass barrier and when it didnt break through he launch over it and then jumped off the top and launched himself downward striking at cloud with his sword his tentacles ready to guard him and break his fall the moment he hit the ground he would be launched back into the air. he couldn't feel much of his injuries at the moment since he couldn't feel them yet.

Cloud used his sword to block the oncoming attack. The clone that was sneaking up on Alex arrived to the roof and started chasing after Alex as he rushed towards Cloud The clone jumped on top of the barrier. During the jump he made some handsigns and said " Katon: Go. " The clones hand glowed red and became covered in flames. Just as this happened Alex flung himself back into the air, the clone performed a downward rush at Alex's back which now was heading towards him. He pushed his flaming hand forward as he and Alex neared. It was aimed for the center of his back. The clone doubted Alex even knew he was there.

Alex thought everything was fine but as he heard katon go. he had remembered the other clone and had one of his tentacles push off the barrier turning him in a spin. six of the tentacles hit the clone in the side with no real force just enough to swing Alex around and behind him. he did a hand signs touched the clone in the back "Sai Sen no Jutsu" which left wires along the clones back rewiring him and leaving alex in control of his body at the sacrifice of his own bodies control. but the tentacles would move and and protect him as they only required thought to move. the clone instead of hitting Alex with the attack now was aiming at cloud with it coming down with a faster speed then which he started.

Cloud watched as his clone turned against him. It was an easy fix, Cloud simply raised his left arm with the shield attached to it. The clones hand collided with the shield but nothing happened. The clone in armor was now on top of barrier looking down at Alex. The clone performed Advance of Steel, quickly rushing forward to Alex who wasn't that far away from him. he then used Brush Stroke., a series of strikes and stabs that cut deep enough to pierce the muscle and bones of the person. The clone aimed for spots which would immobilize Alex. The speed of the attack was to fast for Alex to see, plus with Advance of Steel it could probably cut limbs off and Alex wouldn't even see a blur He wouldn't even have time to react. This was also saying that if Alex knew the clone was on top of the barrier, it would have been moving to fast for Alex to react.

Alex was about to be sliced in diced as he didnt see the attack but luckily he had attached himself to that one clone. the clone used the advance of steel also and shot himself forward and alex could see through his eyes that he was doomed. except he formed the water whip and as the clone went towards him he had it reach a hand out and wrapped the whip around its wrist yanking for all he had and pulled the clone to him and him to the clone. he hugged it with his tentacles wrapping him in them and let him take the sword.

The clone heading towards Alex destroyed the clone with one of the strikes from Brush Stroke, but it was only one of the attacks of the many that was about to come. The clone was now point-blank range away from Alex and his sword was closing in on his skin, with speed that Alex's eyes and brain couldn't comprehend. Cloud who was a couple feet below Alex performed Hydra Strike, he aimed for the root of the tentacles, his sword was close enough that it could pierce Alex's muscles. The clone heading straight for Alex was to close and to fast, so Alex wouldn't even have a chance to think.

Alex just took the hits not being able to get away easily. he could of subsituted but he didnt have a way to do that without getting hit anyways."you win." he yelled out. he should of held back and stayed at a distance but he didnt and that meant he would have to train a bit and learn more. it was up to cloud whether or not he would stab him.

Senju Coheed Tokimoru:

"It is difficult for a fool's habits to change to selflessness. ... Because we do most things relying only on our own sagacity we become self-interested, turn our backs on reason, and things do not turn out well."

Coheed watched as the men got up and left the interior training area and went out into the world to spar. He, however, had no intention of following them outside to watch, his vision instead returned to the scroll he had adopted from inside, this time he viewed the second layer of the manuscript, watching the images of the kata, the flow of each movement. Each moment had it's own pace, flow, and energy. As if the sword style in itself had it's own momentous chakra, determinate as steel, but bound in ink. Taking a moment more to study he would then look over the rest of the positions, before returning to his actual study and placement of the various technique.

Coming to a stand he nodded to himself, withdrawing his tachi for this series of exercises. Drawing himself forward two steps his blade would angle up, it's intent as if to draw an assault in a new direction from his body. As it did this his own body pivoted on the lead foot, as if to turn around and face the attacker's back as they passed him. Naturally this would allow for a strike or counter attack, a movement which followed suit naturally in this kata. The face of Coheed became that of an entranced man as he began to follow the poses and strikes that were evident to this fighting style.

Following his first strike his body continued in a fluid motion, turning as if to face another form of energy, which met the same fate as the first, though as this being passed it was an elbow followed by a sweep of the leg that had followed. Allowing time for the imagination to catch up with the movements he had made Senju smirked, turning on his heel and taking a step forward, making a downward chop with one hand. With the free, unarmed hand, Coheed's movements were balanced out, though flowing in time with the animation of the blade. His swordfighting seemed more of a dance while he practiced his kata, but in reality, is that not what a swordfight was? A dance between two people, one leading, the other following, before changing positions and repeating process until one grew tired?

Slowly as he thought of the place he now stood he realized just how right his father had been.

You've always been more philosophical than children your own age, perhaps you should commit your thoughts to paper. The memory told him as he continued on in corespondent movements to his kata.

[Shunkan no Hagane: Stage 2: D-Rank: Pivot Block Learned]

Still continuing forward he let his memories of his younger years in Konoha take him over for a few moments, not really focusing on anything but the events around him and how they tied into his former life. Now the dance took on new motions, his blade thrusting outwards, he let this be his key, opening the memoreis of youth. When they opened he found himself turning the hilt and the blade upwards, taking two steps forward to add force to the movement. His eyes would then close.

When they opened his mind's eye had placed him in the fields outside of his childhood home, his parents sitting under a small structure and enjoying a small mid-day snack and sake tasting. His feet shuffled below him as he pressed the blade onwards, until his body stopped, 'locking' it with the hilt of his opponent's blade. The world was peaceful, Konoha was at the rise of it's military power during a time of peace, everything was undoubtedly perfect. The grasses and flowers swain in the breeze, and sakura blossoms fell around the place where his parents enjoyed their snack at the same time every evening, eventually they would invite him to join them. Yet tonight they told him to keep training, to grow stronger.

When his blade locked with the opponent he envisioned, he quickly turned his blade sideways and with a sweeping motion and a forward step planted his shoulder into their chest, before swiping the blade away from himself, aimed to cut his opponent. Yet even in solemn kata practice this motion looked fluid and graceful, drawn away from his current state of mind, as dark clouds settled behind his eyes. Being told to hold a weapon in his hands and force himself to grow stronger was not something this young boy expected from his parents. Yet ever still he could never turn his eyes away from what his father had wanted, nor could he forget the things his mother had taught him. So, in earnest, he plodded forward, his eyes now opening to see the world around him. A small bead of sweat forming on his brow as the world caught up to him.

[Shunkan no Hagane: Stage 2: D-Rank: Forward Grind Learned]

Reclaiming his sense of realism he set his mind to stone to continue with the second kata of the Shunkan no Hagane, still he felt in this style there was so much defense and hardly any actual combative arts. This realization was something that would change, though as he continued he didn't want to see this, but instead fought within his mind to rule over his own impatience. When he began to practice the next step of the kata he saw that there was potential for combat in the gaps the technique made in the enemy's defenses and openings for finishing techniques fairly quickly.

The clone saw the fight in Alex's eyes leave him, he ended the attack but he did cut Alex before he could, unfortunately he had received many deep cuts. Cloud, who was below Alex, saw the clone stopped the attack above so he stopped his attack. Just like the attacks above, he didn't stop in time to end the attack. So Alex received some serious wound in the front and minor on his back. Cloud had destroyed all of Alex's tentacles so he was falling straight to the ground. As Alex fell, Cloud quickly sheathed his sword, dispersed his clone, and grabbed Alex's arm in mid air. He then quickly turned and yanked Alex's arm in the same direction. He let go of his arm and sent him sliding across the ground, it went smooth so it shouldn't have hurt to bad, except for the wounds on his back. Cloud dispersed the barrier turned around and headed for the edge of the roof. " Your good Alex, but you need more training. We can fight again sometime, but when that time comes don't give me some half-assed effort as you did today. " Cloud ended with that and jumped down from the roof. He may have used up a lot of chakra, but he never had a chance to get serious.

Alex stood and took a sip of his sake that he got from takeru. he jumped off the roof landing next to cloud and stretching."yeah i will remember that lets get something to drink ok im out of sake." he laughed and thought about training again soon."wow that was refreshing. thanks man when do you become chunnin.in my opinion you deserve it right now." he didnt seem hurt or even fazed by all his wounds.

Cloud looked at Alex " Sorry, I don't drink and I'll be chunnin soon. " Cloud took a deep breath and looked up at the sky. " I just need to complete a couple more things before I can become Chunnin, so I'm thinking about doing that right now. Before I do that, I don't mind going to get sake with you, but as I just said I don't drink. "

he laughed and patted Clouds arm."me niether man me niether man." he handed him a bottle and took his last one hiself.drink up my friend drink up."
he started downing the drink now feeling the pain of his wounds.
