I've been having major problems trying to get into Mastering Biology a computer program for a class. I successfully registered for the program but I had to log out for dinner Saturday, I then tried to log in and I just wouldn't let me in. I know I was usuing the right name and password since it said so from an email and I tried restting and using it but it didn't work. I then sent for help from those that run the site so I decided to wait. I checked my email Sunday and near the end of the day I got one saying they would get to me within 168 hours.
I then decided that I would come to school monday and talk to my instrctor about this in person because I thought she might be able to help me better in person rather than email. However because of the power kept going out I went to her office was directed to Science, Mathmatics, and Technology support for help about logging in. I was told to then send her a email and/or stick around to speak to her during lab, but after the power went out again for about the third or so time Instructors told me that she would unlikely show up.
