I had some issue with my appendix or something, and it hurt to do anything physically demanding, so I became lazy and gained weight that went to my bum stare
So now I am paying for it.

My anacoonda don't want nonr unless you got buns hun. Ypu can do side-bends or sit-ups, but please don't lose that butt.
