One can still technically be a minor and be able to have relations with someone considered an adult without any sort of legal troubles as long as they are of the legal age of consent. Even if that wasn't the case, your threat of security footage would only go to harm Ryzan, not me. Are you willing to risk getting your brother-in-law jailed because you don't know how to deal with a "little boy" without causing him physical harm?
