Th day the sky turned gray was the day it began.
A once prosperous farming community turned itself inside-out when they discovered a vagabond living near the river where they drew their water from. He had been bathing, eating, drinking, and even using the bathroom there for some months without the villagers knowing. On occasion he had frequented the town market, when he had money.

It was discovered, one fateful day, that he was infected. The thick woolen shirt he had worn covered a terrible skin condition. When villages started getting sick, he was found out and killed. Miira was among the last to be infected. Due to her young age, she was not killed. Along with the rest of the infected she was forced into exile.

After being refused entrance to several nearby villages, she made her way to the Hidden Leaf village. There she was treated by the medical ninja of the hospital. (She had made it IN the village... no use letting her spread it...) They bound her in seals (appearing as bandages) that help contain the disease, though they could do nothing to prevent it's continued development.

While she did not attend the academy, she was schooled privately by some of the hospital's medical ninja. She acted as a nurse and her good nature was often cited as a calming factor on patients. She became the hospital sweetheart. As a result of all the attention she started to shed some of her meek tendencies and grew as a person. She learned to trust those around her and even feel comfortable with them. This boost in confidence compelled her to take the academy exams, even though she never attended. She passed based on special merit. (She was to act as a medical ninja for squads exclusively) She received poor marks in the physical category, though this was overlooked due to her talent.

She is going to reciprocate the love to the world that took her in when no one else would. She is going to live her live to the fullest, despite the shortened time she has left.

▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬┤|T h e D i s e a s e|├▬
The disease she is infected with is called "Tenkeibyou" by many. The disease is similar in nature to leprosy and is probably very closely related. It causes progressive tissue death in the skin in it's early stages (the first four years or so) before moving inward. The later stages include muscle death and even marrow degeneration. When muscle death sets in, the person normally becomes immobilized either by pain of weakness. A person infected with this disease normally develops sores and blisters on the outer layers of their skin before it dies. It is transmitted via shared bodily fluids and can stay alive outside the host for several days. Blood in particular is an effective carrier. Transmission of the disease is a rare occurrence in the early stages (except via direct fluid exchanged)

Miira is still in the early stages (3 years in). She has almost constant pain and has taken to bandaging herself to prevent her body from being infected. Her bandages have medical seals on the inside of them to prevent accidental contamination.

Hizuma was born and raised within the Hyuuga clan's Branch House. He was set to recieve the clan's Caged Bird Seal at age Five, until he revealed the day of his sealing that he could activate the Byakugan, an age where most shinobi could not even control their chakra. This revelation allowed Hizuma to escape the seal and he was asked by the Clan head to train with the Main Branch. He agreed, not knowing what he got into. During his training, he was not allowed to communicate eith his family in the Branch house and was expected to treat them as servants, which he detested. As a small sign of rebellion, he began studying outside topics, picking up the basics of Fuuinjutsu and Medical Jutsus. Yukiko was born into a middle class family that lived within the snow country. In village was almost always relatively quiet; which she didn't seem to care for much. Her mother as a regular woman, who never wanted to become a shinobi but was well known in the medical fields. Her father was a well known shinobi, Ginkaku Masatakal who was a great swordsmen. Yukiko would constantly follow her father out to the training grounds and try and copy him as he practiced his techniques; at the the time Yukiko didn't realize it at the time but she was building a great strength. That was her strongest memory of her father; she never saw her father much because of his continuous mission deployments. It was something that continued to grow within her the fear of losing her father, but she was soon forced to face her fear they day a shinobi arrived at there home with only her father's Katana and head band. After that day she never spoke, but she continued to practice her swordsmanship as a way to feel connected to her father. It wasn't long before her mother began to get sent off on missions of her own. They slowly began to take longer and longer until the day her mother didn't return as well. With no one left it wasn't long before Yukiko joined the academy as well, vowing that she would protect the villager from ever having to go through what she did.

The day Naito joined the academy was the happiest day of his life he could finally get away from his dad for a while and enjoy life. Naitos classmates didnt care for him he was always left alone and suffered and became withdrawn due to it.
The day he was supposed to graduate the village was attacked by a squad of rouge ninja and ransacked most of naito class mates were killed but he managed to survive somehow. It wasnt until later that he realized the death of his classmates which even though socially rejected he cared for them awakened his first otome in his sharingan and gave him the boost he needed to win. When he returned home he found his dad dead a bottle in his hand and a note left there that read "i cant take having such a failure for a son.........i'm going to end it......im coming to you my darling wife......"
