Katherine, had taken her time walking back, allowing her gourd to fill with the speedy birth pprocess of the kikaichu. She still had some of the normal kind that hadnt begun to evolve as well. They were the oens she was hoping to phase out, but now had a place to keep where she could safely maintain away from the main hive. It couldn't hold her entire brood, but it was a satellite hive. The Heart of the Swarm needed to keep those on hand as well. She was developing, in her mind, the beginnings of a sort of swarm queen breed of kikaichu, a specialized insect capable of keeping her swarm alive while she wasn't connected to them, but that would have to wait. For now, she had a creeping suspicion she needed to see a doctor, and a future king to attend and maintain.
Katherine gav e a wave, weaker than usual. Still, there was a bit of happiness clear in her face. The rather large gourd, with it's two hiev spots being slowly filled, would make not a sound even though the inside was teaming with life in a way too complex and arbitrary to explain in meta text right now. "Sorry it took so long. I'm starting to feel... unwell. Did you get what you came for?" she asked him, shifting the weight on her back to the optimal comfortable position.

Belamos raised an eyebrow at Katherine's return. She seemed preoccupied; slow. It seemed the Destroyed Angel did not only effect Vivian and himself, but her as well. Her new gourd was a testament that she had been successful in her quest. Even from a few feet away he could her the chittering of her insects. While the distaste for her methods was no great secret, even he admitted that they were effective. Having a living, adaptable, move-set was a great boon in battle. As she inquired as to whether he also achieved his goal, he flexed his hand, and in a small pillar of fire his spear materialized in his hand. It was a six foot long weapon, from the butt of the spear to it's tip. The haft was dark oak while the tip was an odd form of red steel. From the top of the haft, two small banner's on string streamed down. One had the Kaji for "King" while the other held the Kanji for "Sun". As soon as it appeared, the spear disintegrated into flames before Katherine's very eyes "My father's spear: Shōkyaku. I had sent it off for repairs. Now that we are reunited, I am once again whole" Reaching into his pocket, he withdrew two items. The first was a piece of tech, the second a pair of gloves. He extended both of these items to Katherine "I picked these up for you. The gloves should let you dispel most forms of chakra, while the communicator is for in case we need to contact one another. Vivian is usually with me, so it's usually you I have to hunt for" He did not know how she would receive these gifts. The gloves alone were enormously expensive, but he had a vested interest in keeping her alive. She would be a powerful asset when the time came to take his crown. And, he had to admit, he was growing fond of her.

Katherine seemed to focus back in on Belmaos, and allow a bit less direction in the breeding grounds in the hive. They were maintained on her chakra network all the same, but she didn't need to attend to them in order for them to do their work. She needed only be close to the swarm. When the flaming spear was produced, Katherine was greatful for her sunglasses. She rose her eyebrows at the weapon, seeing exquisite detail from end to tip, and being honestly impressed. "That... hmmm. Impressive is a disingenuous word for it. It's more like... enamoring. A weapon fit for the king," she offered with a nod, though her voice was more than toned down from it's already low pitch when she came to the last remark. One thing that Katherine wasn't, that she KNEW she wasn't, was fit to be a leader on the front lines, in the gaudy chair giving out decrees. Those of Belamos's ilk were more inclined to that. For her, it was the work people don't think about, the hard to swallow work. She was fit to advise, to defend and to hunt. For Belamos, she would be the left hand.
That after she displaced the UHV bodies from heads, that is.
When he mentioned having gotten something for her, Katherine was a little stunned at first. She looked at the items, taking first the communicator because it was the pratical option for her, and affixing it to her ear. It was hidden well enough unless someone were to go looking for it specifically, like most ninja gear of it's type. She then slid the gloves over her hands, surprised that such impressively useful items were so... inconspicuous. She knew the items use, and allowed them to hum a bit with her chakra before a genuine, rare smile formed. "You're a kind soul, Belamos. A firey one, but also kind. Thank you. I'll make it up to you by turning them against our enemies." She gripped them into tight fists, then stretched her fingers out. Fit like a... glove they did. "Really, I appreciate this. I didn't get many visits or gifts in the hospital, so I'm a little off my game by this," she'd admit.

He must be the most powerful, the most fierce, the most greedy and, to his people, the most kind. To do anything with passion, without a fiery spirit, is not good enough for a King. For long I have considered Vivian my only companion, yet, in you I have found another" Throwing his cloak to the side, so it billowed behind him, he turned on his heel and walked off "Let's go home, Katherine"

Katherine felt honestly starry eyed, even though the King couldn't see if it were actually a thing. More and more he showed he'd be a better leader than she gave anyone credit for, even with her jaded and cynnical worldview notwithstanding. Her smile held out as he spoke to her, and she rested the tips of her fingers softly on his hands. Why the ******** does his body run so warm? she thought to herself, feeling the warmth through the glove even. WHen he turned, she spoke only one thing more, back to being reserved. "I'd be happy to," she added on, walking to his left. She couldn't tell, but she was pretty sure she'd learned a way to at least somewhat sway and manipulate Belamos. Either way, she would keep instep with him, even if slowed down by the gourd which was quickly filling up with insects.

Tsuki quickly made her way through the gates of her home city. She had to admit despite appearances she enjoyed this city immensely. The people, the atmosphere. The freedom of it brought a heat and life to her body she craved. Gods it was good to be home again.

Returning to the gates, Takumi would await Rinka's arrival to leave. He had placed on his Snowflake Yukata in the time since they would have last met, a fitting piece for their position.
As the sun was beginning to make its decent towards the horizon, Belamos made his way to the gates. Bright red, custom made, armor glinted brightly in the sun. The golden trim made him quite hard to miss. Good, he liked it like that. Everyone who saw him should feel honored at the privilege to see him in battle attire. It was a testament to his strength, for the King to walk around without any escorts; a challenge for the world to test it's mettle against his strength. He was here to chase a rumor, a myth he had heard of. If true, he hoped to use it...to use, her. As he was walking through the gates, someone caught his eye. Wait...was tha-

He asked aloud, approaching his friend with a curious expression. The Mist Shinobi was very early, but what was equally odd was he did not have any shinobi attire on, especially nothing showing he was a mist shinobi. Odd, but he did not comment on it.

He had stood in silence for far too long, he was patient...but not so patient to spend the night at the gate. Glass wolves were prone to attack at night. Avoidable at best if the girl would show some sense of urgency. He propped himself up against the wall bordering the gate. "B-Belamos?" he blurted out at the sound of his own name. One of the many sillouttes against the rising sun had paused before him. With the sun at his face he only knew the figure by name until he covered his brow with an open palm. " My friend, you've grown so much since we met last." Takumi stated as he measured an approximate four inches in difference between the two. " Whats brought you here? Are things in Otogakure so terrible you've fled? We were bound for Oto ourselves to rendezvous with you." He knew he had written to Belamos about Rinka when she arrived, he had left out the details but described her fiery hatred of the UHV as something that could be used. He had also just met with the woman in the shop and extended an invite for more information. The woman would be shortly behind Takumi if she had desired so. Belamos would be enticed by this information.
Belamos crossed his arms and shifted the weight from one foot to the other as Takumi spoke. Almost out of habit, her glanced around nervously. The last time the two were together, unthinkable destruction occurred. He was hoping such a attack wouldn't happen twice "Terrible? Hardly. Otogakure is thriving, albeit still under UHV leadership. Their power is growing quickly. I lead the shinobi of the village and have been training those sympathetic to our cause" Could he tell the power gap between them? Belamos had worked hard, killed himself night and day, to attain the power he now had. There was yet a long way to go, but he needed to continue down his path. He had no choice "I'm here hunting a rumor. There is a woman here, a powerful woman, who has troubled the UHV for years. I'd like to find and talk with her"
