Making his way through the trunk of Sero, Sev shoved his hands in to his pockets, thinking back on the fight. He hadn't known previously is Kai could disrupt his emotives. His bloodline jutsu was not a genjutsu, yet the effects of kai dispersed it like it was one. And Inka, the cold wall that had been the male's gaze had caught him off guard; he hadn't expected him to be that pissed. Severin was unsure if it was te breech in trust, or the interruption of the fight that made him angry, perhaps it was both. The Raigyo's face was a careful mask of blankness as he stopped before the door and laid several semi-soft knocks before opening the door and walking in. He stopped before the desk and bowed, his eyes not meeting Inka's. "My Lord, present as requested."

She knew the drill. While of course, she could've taken the way up to the office easier, but she wanted to exercise at least a little bit. So it was the stairs then! With a bounce in her steps, she was excited to get back into the field. The reason why she was pulled out in the first place, was her father passing. Well, not passing, but murder. It was still under investigation and Nozomi needed to help out the family with the affairs, farming, and so on forth. Of course, the young Aburame misses her father dearly but.. it was time to let go and leave the investigation into other hands. Wearing her usual attire, she had something that was a bit off. Which was that she was carrying a basket with a black cloth over it. Finally arriving to the office, she checked in with the receptionist and then sat down on the chair as she waited for her name to be called. She couldn't wait to see everyone again. With Jack gone.. she knew that ... it won't be easy to have deep talks with him. At least Jack and Shadow went together.. those two? They cared for each other so deeply. Soul mates aren't always lover, it could be friends. Brothers. Sisters. So much more. With a deep sigh behind her mask, her honey glazed hues watched the door especially as someone approached the door and rose her eyebrow. Did the rules change since Jack passed...? Kagerou entered the Mizukage's office stationed within the canopy of the Sero at a brisk pace. She was mumbling to herself, to be exact the rules in regards to signing up someone other than herself for a mission. No matter in which way she turned the issue, she couldn't think of any way she could fill out Takeda's portion of the paperwork herself, at least not with her current authority. She settled the matter with a sign and a smile when the door of the office closed behind her. She had really hoped she could help in that way but... nothing she could do about it if she really couldn't.

She approached the secretary's desk and gave a polite smile. "I'd like to report in for a mission. My name is Kagerou Uchiha. Also, at the end of the recent chuunin exams I participated in, I was told that the examinees will be sending recommendations for. If it's not too much trouble, then I would also like to know what the results of the recommendation are," Kagerou explained her purpose for being in the office and then politely waited for any further instructions.

The clone blinks at Severin, one hand poised over a document, pen held neatly over a crisp document, and the other hand halfway through pulling a small cup of green tea up to his lips - old habits died hard, even as a clone.
"I see..." The clone spoke, not sure what to make of Severin's sudden presence. Were they here for the mission...?
"Here for the mission? Nozomi." Inka - the real, actual, Inka - greeted Nozomi as he entered the lobby-turned office space. The Godaime nodded to Krisella and approached her, bowing his head to exchange a few, quiet words before he pulled back, an uneasy frown on his face as he was reminded of something. "Ah, yeah. I'll do that..." He said, sounding reluctant. Inka looked to Nozomi and nodded his head, but he held up his hand to indicate he would see her in a few minutes. With a small, gentle lift of one corner of his thin lips, Inka walked past Nozomi and entered his office. With the door shutting behind him with a click, both the clone and the original looked at each other a small, disturbed look. And they sighed. "This is gonna be a b***h..." The newly arrived Inka spoke.
"Yeah," The seated Inka replied. He stood up and motioned for Inka to take the seat - the original already moving forward to take it. The whole sudden memories flipping into his head sounded like a moment to be seated for. Once he was comfortable, the clone made a hand sign ********> hell..." Inka grunted, lips pulling back into a snarl as the memories of his clone flooded in. A single hand lifted to digs into his temples, the other clutched onto the armrest as if for dear life. "This, Severin Raigyo, is why you are to never use a genjutsu on me again." Once gold, now dark, angry, red eyes peered up at the Genin. "We clear?" Inka couldn't keep it up - he dropped his gaze and rested his head into his hands, nausea turning him pale and his hands to shake even in their furious grip of his hair. Ohhh, it was gonna be a very light dinner tonight... "And do me a favour," He mumbled in a very uncharacterist manner of the Kage. "Apologise to the kid. Explain why you did what you did. I think he's confused concern with being looked down upon." Inka shifted his head up slightly, obviously a little green in the face. "And if you're interested in a mission, meet at the gates first thing in the morning." His voice was getting lower and more heavy with unease. "I need to be left alone for a minute - if you have nothing else to add."

While waiting, Nozomi's collar started to bother her. With a frown behind the mask, she slightly pulled down the mask on the side enough to reach to the collar and it also revealed her face if anyone was to walk in here. Her fingertips gently thread on the collar as she gave it what it needed; chakra and stamina. A deep exhale was emitted when she was done, that was a massive drain on her pain. She felt slightly tired but she could keep going. Pulled the mask up, she wasn't paying attention as Inka had approached. A massive smile appeared behind the mask, but her aura alone, should be felt of how happy she was to see him. "Inka-kun!" She shouted with glee as she hopped up from the chair and went for the basket that she placed onto the chair while she tended to the collar. But she froze. Her brows furrowed in concern. That look... she seen it before but when. She went to take a step towards him but at that moment, he held up his hand. Her gripped tighten around the basket as she nodded slowly in understanding. Her eyes followed him as he entered into the office and closed the door with that other boy she had never met. The young aburame stood there, concerned and worried, as she slowly sat down onto the chair and watched the door as she also listened carefully. Course, she could always slip a bug underneath the doors but... she wasn't that kind of person.
Her chest lifted and lowered as she did a big deep sigh. Nozomi heard someone else so her head turned towards the desk of Krisella and she recongized Kageoru. Bright pink tint blush warmed her cheeks and luckily, they were hidden behind her mask. It seemed that the medic had other things to do so she didn't acknowledge Nozomi. "Ah, this mission requires Mizukage approval," Kagerou asked aloud after being told the news. Her smile was confused, but it was what it was. With a simple, "Understood," as her name was placed on the waiting list, Kagerou turned around. She caught a glimpse of a sodden Inka entering his office to proceed with handling matters. Kagerou assumed, slightly disappointed that her rushing up hadn't done anything to speed up matter, but oh well. She turned to look for Takeda to talk to him, if possible. There was still the apology she owed him, after all. Except, there was no sight of him. "Hey, Takeda?" Kagerou called out, which earned her a few curious glances but none from the person she was looking for, Worried but with no conclusive reason to worry, Kagerou chose to calmly wait and hope.
Well, since she was waiting, she figured she might as well pass the time, and what better way to do it than with a familiar face. "Nozomi," Kagerou greeted kindly as she walked to where the Aburame sat. In contrast to how Nozomi felt about the whole... shared ordeal they had to go through, Kagerou had mostly gotten over it. Maybe it was because of what had happened immediately after it and the chuunin exams not long after that, as well. Although, no doubt, her naturally level-head played a part in her ability to accept the strange conditions as what they were, strange conditions that broke and temporarily destroyed parts of her usual self while magnifying other parts. Everyone had gotten a little crazy, it wasn't anyone's fault, and since there were no lasting effects, Kagerou saw no reason not to put it in the past. "So... Sorry about the last time we met, heh?" Kagerou apologized as she stopped to stand in front of Nozomi, an embarrassed smile making itself obvious. Kagerou knew she had gotten over it, but she knew that she couldn't just assume the same from Nozomi. Besides, even if both of them were over it... an apology was necessary.

Confusion rippled behind Sev's walled up eyes, and it took him a few moments but finally he straightened up. This Inka was far too clean, and Sev had left before the Mizukage. This was most likely a clone then, and not the real-- as if to affirm his thought process, Severin heard Inka's voice outside the office. His body tensed as the male made his way in to the room, but then slowly began to relax as it seemed that a majority of the kage's fury had fizzled away. He listened silently to Inka, watching him as he struggled with the after effects of using a clone, and worry filled his stomach. Sev's face stayed a mask; once the walls were up he often found it hard to relax again soon after. It was easier to build walls then break them down. "Inka..." The name came out of him like a breathy sigh, and the white-haired Raigyo made his way to Inka's side.
Severin crouched beside Inka's chair, his arms laid in a cross along his legs, so that the kage would be able to easily look down to him instead of having to stare upwards in to the light. "My bloodline is not a genjutsu, though I guess to someone who has never been around the Raigyo--" Severin cut himself off, clearing his throat. A slight bit of awkwardness cut through his guarded exterior. "But that barely matters now. I am sorry for what it's worth, but it was my only choice in a split second decision. I made vows when I became an Iryō-nin, my lord. It is my job to make sure that the people under my care don't come to harm; that includes you, too. It also includes Takeda, whether or not he wants my help. I will talk to the boy, if he'll let me." Severin shifted his weight slightly, looking away, then back to the older male. "Is there not anything I can do to help your current state? I heard Kagerou out there, perhaps she could come in and do something about the nausea. I would myself but I uh... I don't know more than just the basics for now when it comes to Eiseijutsu and I'm without my normal range of medicines."

So focused on watching those massive twin doors to open, she didn't even hear someone come up to her. That's not good news, especially for a shinobi. The poor girl yelped and bolted up her seat when she heard someone call out to her, from right there. She gave eye contact as she laughed. An awkward laugh. "Ah! N-N-No I'm sorry.. I'm the one that... um.. you know.. push you ... uh..." She becomes more increasingly nervous. Not the bad kind but, oh hell what do I say now?! Instead, she did what she could do, she bowed so well, that her body was literally, a 90 degree angle. She bolted upright just as fast. "I'm glad to see you are okay though! And that everything is back to normal! Well.. close enough." She frowned softly, thinking about the death of her father, Jack and Shadow disappearance and possibly, their death too. Shaking her head from the negative thoughts, she smiled behind the mask. "Oh! I got some things for Inka, but I'm sure I can spare at least something!" With that, she removed the cloth from the basket. There's a bouquet of freshly picked flowers and a massive jar of honey. She picked a pretty and healthy sunflower from the bouquet and gave it to Kageoru. "Ta-da!"

Example, if Nozomi have six insects on six people, all would be affected by her genjutsu. It would cost 2 ranks less per person to use. Such as if the technique is A-rank, it would cost C-rank chakra per person. While the cost of the technique drops two rank, so does the power.

Kagerou hadn't expected that. "No. No...," she tried to stop Nozomi from apologizing, only to be stopped herself by a sunflower thrust into her face. was why she was suddenly so flustered. However, it wasn't a bad thing, exactly. Seeing Nozomi so honest about it was refreshing and it certainly lifted a weight off of Kagerou's heart. Getting over and accepting thing as what they were was one thing, but actual relief from them was another. With a slightly bewildered, flushed smile, Kagerou gratefully accepted the gift, "You shouldn't have, but thank you."
Admiring the flower, Kagerou gave it a gentle twirl. A gentle smile, more like her usual expression, overtook the blush from just a moment ago. Trying to further express her thanks, Kagerou rambled, "A sunflower, hm? They're my dad's favorite" a sniff, "and it smells fresh, too. Did you bring this from home?". By home, Kagerou meant the Aburame compound. It was only natural for her to assume that the Aburame princess had picked these straight from her clan's gardens, and she had only asked so she could pay the Aburame clan a well-deserved compliment.

Past the starting two, she must spend a total of 5(n-3)+10 energy split evenly between chakra and stamina for each additional target; n = number of targets. Nozomi smiled behind the mask. "It's no problem! I wanted to bring up a box of honey but it was too heavy for me to even attempt that.. so therefore, one jar of honey for Inka-san and a bunch of flowers would had to do." Nozomi does feel so much better. It felt like something that was on her chest and shoulders just suddenly lift off and she felt like a feather. She could float in the winds above the wave. Actually, just thinking about that, she suddenly wanted to swimming. Again. Nozomi smiled softly at hearing that they were her father's favorite. It was nice to hear that a man would admit what his favorite flower was. Some man would have no idea, but there were quite a few that actually had favorites and it was nice. "Yep! We already got enough sunflower seeds and we needed to re-plow the field to plant some more, so therefore, we got some fresh pickings and more than enough flowers in vase. We have many more of course. That's also why we have bees on our compound to help with the pollen. You can always visit and I could give you the tour if you wish." She smiled softly as she sighed, "Maybe once the drama in my family goes down.. we just lost my dad..." She said softly with a weak smile.

The smile faded. "Oh, that's right. I've heard about that from some of the town's folks when I returned from the chuunin exams. My condolences, and I'm sure the police and ANBU will run a thorough investigation to catch the real culprit," there was a small bow, not much more than a nod, out of respect for Nozomi's deceased father. However, the dead were one thing, and the living another. With the only warning being when she set the gifted sunflower atop a nearby seat, Kagerou gave Nozomi a sudden hug, not too tight but not too lose. The hugger's arms wrapped around the shoulders of the hugged, and her head, just barely taller than the red-head's, rested to the side of the other's head. The medical nin smiled softly as she sympathized, "It must be difficult," she meant everything from handling the death of a loved one to filling in his shoes as clan head, but she left it unsaid, "so don't push yourself too hard, or if you feel like you have to, then at least leave some time to take care of yourself."

[･･･] The corners of Inka's eyes flickered at the tone in Severin's words - too familiar, too personal, for a situation like this. With already thin lips pressed into a tight line, Inka watched the Genin approach his side, head still in one hand as the other dropped to the desk. Gold eyes narrowed down at the Raigyo, the red around his pupils now the only colour showing through. He remained silent through Severin's speech, though the hand on the desk tightened into a fist, veins bulging for a few seconds before Inka mentally cut the strings: he leaned back and upright into his chair, face dead ahead.
"You can leave." He dismissed. "Kagerou and Nozomi are here for a mission. Attend this with them or return to your training. Genin Raigyo." Cold and calm, his nuasea and pale complexion reigned in by sheer willpower. It was all caused by a state of mind - by his own inadequacies. He should have known better than to show such a side to up-start Genin. The corners of Inka's eyes hardened, but he only pressed a button on a small device resting on the side of the desk - Krisella's voice shone through the intercom. "Send them in." He instructed her.

Something hardened behind Severin's eyes, and the gennin sighed, standing up. The air about him changed; like ice had incased the walls he had already thrown up. "As you wish, Lord Mizukage." Sev used Inka's proper title for the first time since they had met, then made his way outside the office. He paid no mind to anyone outside the office, not even Kagerou. He stopped by the receptionist office to turn in his report of the preformance duel, then made his way out of the office-- hands once against shoved in to his pockets. Connecting with people was so hard, perhaps he shpuld give up on the more personal connections. He had never been good at them, perhaps he wasnt meant to have them.

Nozomi eyebrow furrowed slightly in confusion when the sunflower was placed on the seat. Was it no longer to her liking? A soft 'ooph' could be heard as she felt the surprise hug. With a warm smile and deep sigh, she returned the hug slightly. Not too tight nor too loose as well. She heard her as she slightly pulled back from the hug as she shook her head, "No worries. I'm still sad about his passing of course, but got to keep growing." She smiled behind the mask as she turned her head upon hearing the door opened. Honey brown hues glanced at the sullen male who paid them no mind as he went to leave. It.. must not be good. Sure enough, Inka's voice could be heard as she nodded. Removed herself from the grip completely, she took the basket and motioned Kage to follow, they could walk side by side. Once entering, Nozomi pulled her mask down to reveal the cute freckles and biggest smile on her face. "Inka-sannnnn!" She squealed slightly as she ran up to the desk and placed the basket. "Look what I got you!" She grabbed the jar of honey, "You know what they say, spoonful of honey keeps the doctor away." Nozomi winked her eye playfully as she then took the fresh bouquet of flowers and handed it to him. They had some wildflowers and some were noticeable and recognizable such as sunflowers and forget me not. "Aren't they-" She stopped, when she finally saw how.. Inka look. When Nozomi pulled back, Kagerou released the hug. She could not see Nozomi's smile, but those golden eyes looked like smiling eyes. It was nice to know that Nozomi was taking this all as well as she probably could be, and the soft smile grew a little bigger.
That was about when Severin passed, and almost in time with Nozomi's head turn, Kagerou turned to look at the clearly sulking genin. "Severin?" Kagerou called out to him, stepping to the side so that she would be ready to converse with him if he turned, but he didn't turn. He just kept on walking. Kagerou worried, fretting over how she understood that there wasn't anything she could do to help either, at least not directly. She sighed and the words slipped out of her mouth, "Nozomi, I am glad that you're looking forward to things positively," as she turned to follow her senior's waving hand. She was worried, but still smiling, a worried smile if you will. Of course, she did not forget Nozomi's sunflower gift. It was picked up and twirled between Kagerou's fingers as she followed behind Nozomi.
Just as Kagerou was about to step through the door and into the Mizukage's office, she paused. Both feet came to a full stop besides each other for just a moment. Unlike Nozomi, who was clearly familiar with the Lord Mizukage, Kagerou was just another genin, and it was only appropriate that she treat the leader of the village with the respect due his position and the accomplishments that were implied in that position.
However, that wasn't to be the case. As soon as Kagerou stopped for that moment, she saw that Inka clearly was not fine. The sunflower stopped twirling in between her fingers, but it remained within her gentle grasp. Her already short pause was cut so short it was almost imperceptible as she walked a few more steps in the room. Unlike Nozomi, Kagerou stopped a few feet into the room. The entire time her eyes darted around to whatever part of Inka she could see, concern and questions shining clearly through the face that no longer smiled
The Mizukage was still wet. Kagerou had assumed that he would have had some means to dry himself while in the office, but it seemed he either did not or had neglected to. Whichever was the case, he had clearly thought that he had no time to even just replace his soaked clothes.
The Mizukage's face was like ice. Hard eyes and lips pressed so thin that it almost looked like he didn't have any. His complexion didn't look bad, but his expression was clearly forced. The bulging veins of the fist upon the desk were enough of a sign to draw that conclusion. This wasn't the kind of face a Mizukage should be making towards a genin, but then again, the talk between Inka and Severin wasn't run of the mill. It was a direct consequence of something Inka perceived Severin to have done wrong, a disciplinary meeting of sorts, and right after the event in question, too, which had more problems than just Severin.
The Mizukage's body was hidden by clothes and the desk. Also, if Kagerou remembered correctly, Takeda had attacked with raiton and punches over anything that would cut or pierce through skin. All medical jutsu are still learnable by both sides, but the chakra control only applies to the chosen side.

Can perform D rank techniques through instrument at gennin, C at Chunnin, B at jounin, A at Konin, and S at Sannin.

Harmful eiseijutsu cast in this manner is guaranteed to hit as long as the condition of sound is met, but it takes one post to manifest its effects. In that time, the technique can be nullified by matching the energy (chakra/stamina/whatever else) cost Kagerou paid to use the entire jutsu, including any extra costs for additions/modifications. Those afflicted by harmful eiseijutsu cast in this manner become aware that if they do not spend the required amount of chakra/stamina, then bad things will happen to their body. The target(s) will have a vague sense of how bad the damage will be, but do not know what exactly will happen.
• Dream Audience - Kagerou's dream is to help as many as she could. From this desire, the dream world manifested the power to multiply the recipients of all of her eiseijutsu techniques. With neither extra effort nor decrease in power, Kagerou can affect two extra targets for each eiseijutsu activation as long as they fulfill the requirements to be a target (i.e. contact for most eiseijutsu by default or sound when Kagerou performs eiseijutsu). Past the starting two, she must spend a total of 5(n-3)+10 energy split evenly between chakra and stamina for each additional target; n = number of targets. Odd energy costs are split with 1 more point of stamina than chakra. This additional cost cannot be reduced or refunded.
