Define Jewish boycott please.

Let's see.. World War II, I think.. Yeah, should be. Before all hell broke lose, the American Jews were all "Groar! Let's boycott Germany!" and the German Jews were all "Dudes, simmer down. That's not helping."

And then it didn't help, and BAM! War.

.. Okay, so that's not quite how it went.. but.. sort of.
