I'm gonna go with a 9/10. I really like what you're going for. I love the combo of blue and white. And I love the Centaur half too. But the gray of the Centaur body doesn't quite mesh with your other two colors.

9.5 out of 10. I love it, but I find myself wondering what it would look like if you used the lavender skin from Alrunas rose.

Really nice, I like the execution of the colors and the theme. It'd be sort of interesting to see what it would look like in an anime.
