{I feel really stupid. >.< Should I have her act unreasonable and angry? Calm down and leave them alone? I don't know what to do, since I'm not sure if either really fit.}

((It's okay, I think by this point we're well aware we fail at planning ahead. XD I say suspicious but lets him go, or unreasonably angry. I don't see her forgiving him quite so easily right off the bat, you know?))

Mala wanted to hurt Daemon so badly, to forever scar that face of his. However, she could see the clearly upset and somewhat betrayed look on her face. She sighed deeply, approaching Daemon and lightly singing his arm. "You hurt my baby, you hurt any chance you have at living." she hissed, walking off - hands still flaming.

Larai rushed over to assist Daemon, sending wicked glares at Kai's way. She told him to keep this place a secret. He broke his promise. "I'll never forgive you, Kai. Not now, not EVER."

 

[Zelly-fangirl]

"Yeah yeah, I'm going to hell, etcetera etcetera. Rather do that than take any chances with the hellspawn." Kai said with an easy shrug as he followed Mala out.

"Aw, I liked that jacket..." Daemon said wincing slightly as he removed his jacket to examine the damage done and his own small burn.

 

[M3Gnificent]

"I'm so sorry! I'll fix that right up!" Larai promised, clearly frustrated with her family at this point. She went on to put her hand over the burn, to heal it as best as she could. "My family is a bunch of nut-jobs, I swear!"

 

[Zelly-fangirl]

"Please, you don't need to worry so much about me, really!" Daemon insisted, though he did let her finish healing his arm. "I deserve it, and it's certainly no worse than what Milly's done to me. They've got every right to be suspicious of me."

 

[M3Gnificent]

Larai sighed softly, still not pleased with her family's behavior. "Then at least let me try to fix up your jacket for you. Or let me find some other way to make it up to you. Please?"

 

[Zelly-fangirl]

"I have no complaints there. I have no skill whatsoever in those around-the-house crafts like sewing." Daemon said handing her his jacket.

 

[M3Gnificent]

Larai dug out a sewing needle before taking the jacket to fix it up. She was by far not the perfect seamstress, but at least she was able to fix up the hole well enough. "I'm not perfect, but I hope this'll do."

 

[Zelly-fangirl]

"My arm's healed, my jacket's fixed; I have no problems here!" Daemon said with a smile as he slipped his coat back on.

 

[M3Gnificent]

Larai grinned, relieved that he wasn't stressing out over this half as much as she was. She offered him a light kiss on the cheek before saying, "I'm happy to hear that."

 

[Zelly-fangirl]

"Besides, if I got worked up about all this, I wouldn't be helping my case at all, just cementing their suspicions of me. If I just take the blows as they come, they'll see the light eventually." Daemon said with a confident smile. "Or at the very least, get tired of picking on an opponent that won't fight back."

 

[M3Gnificent]

"If they become too much to bear, let me know and we can go elsewhere. Okay?" Larai said with a soft smile and worried eyes.

((Just a warning, I'm gonna be hopping off soon-ish for a shower. Note the 'ish'.))

"It's fine, I'm tough." Daemon said with a smile before putting his hands on his hips. "Besides, I'm dating their daughter. They'll have to learn to live with me eventually."
