@Shinny- Then that's their problem. You would have given them the opportunity. If they don't want to follow, then its not your problem.
@Anton- If you're stuck waiting for someone >> Then they can just deal with it. Its not like a year would pass. More like everyone has a birthday on the same day. Its just like real life. It doesn't suddenly change just because a year has passed.
Putting all that aside, its pretty obvious most of you are content to complain about the issue but not actually think about how to fix it. I've put forth my proposals.
Do with them what you will.

No one wants a solution; they just want to be coddled - to have their needs/wants met without having to do anything for it. Like someone complaining that the dishes aren't done and yet they can do them themselves if they really wanted them done that badly.
