"Alright!" She said. She threw her arms back and with a mighty force flung the bobble about twenty feet from the dock. It landed in the water and sunk. Fifteen minutes passed. Silence. Peaceful Silence. ... ........... "Oh, a bite!" Vienna randomly exclaimed. She tugged on the fishing rod, and the fishing rod tugged back at her. She pulled harder, and then harder, then harder. The fishing became dangerously close to her, Parley swam back a couple of feet. "A pokemon's on the hook!" Vienna yelled. Then, all of a sudden, a scar-covered, Wild Sharpedo jumped out of the water for a couple of seconds. It made a breathtaking splash. "Woah, a Sharpedo! Parley, lets battle it!" She said.
"Right!" Parley said.
(LOL! so, what is it, about 6:19am now?)

(( I'd say 6:50 to 7o'clock cause I mean we took our time to shop and stuff.))
Lilly looked up casually after reading a chapter in her book. She saw Kage coming to stand in the very long line. "Hey, Kage! Over here! You don't have to stand in that long line! Come wait here with us!" Lilly beckoned.
"Eevee, eeee!" Missy called out also. "Come on over"
"Oh, umm Al. Why don't you call out your Pikachu, Missy and him can play together. Missy is getting bored just sitting here." Lilly suggested turning to Al.

((Sorry for flaking out last night and not showing up, tonight will be much the same. I'm hosting a bit of a party out back so I won't be doing much role playing as the night goes on.))
Raskal sat in his room leaning up against a neatly made bed. The quilt draped over the side provided some comfort for his back as he relaxed and held his pokeballs. "Cubone, Eevee, come on out!" Raskal comanded, and on que a pale white beam shot out from his third pokeball taking the shape of a small four legged fur-ball.
"Eeveee!" The golden-haired pokemon exclaimed. Seeing it's trainer for the first time in a couple of days, Eevee bounced up onto his lap and began nuzzling Raskal, a sure sign of affection.
"Cubone?" Raskal asked, holding up his fourth pokeball. No response came. He pressed the small button on the front and called the pokemon a second time, to which the tell-tale beam of light finally responded.
Materializing on the floor some feet away came cubone, holding it's bone club limply so one end touched the floor. "Bone, bone, Cubone!" Grunted the pokemon from beneath it's bleached white skull helmet. It sat down on the floor and pretended to ignore Raskal for several minutes. All the saddened youth could do was sit there patiently and scratch Eevee behind the ears.

Raskal was used to this treatment by now but it still was hard for the optimistic trainer to see one of his partners act this way. He had spent a lot of time over the past year trying to train cubone and had made quite a bit of progress. Raskal remembered how Cubone had acted at first, not taking comands at all and attempting to run away whenever he was let out. Eventually though the pokemon came around and began to trust Raskal more and more. However Cubone was still far from trained in the traditional sense.
Raskal understood why Cubone wouldn't obey. It was because he had taken it from it's home in Lavander town, where it had lived comfortably with others of it's kind. Raskal's team mates were sent to scout Pokemon tower and obtain a silph scope to make it easier to obtain ghost type pokemon. Although the mission was a disaster, his entire outfit was able to capture a group of Cubone, separating an entire family all for the sake of thier greed. Only days later Raskal made his escape from Team Rocket and since then had spent many of his days on the run. Training was one thing but Raskal wasn't able to provide a stable enviroment for the club-wielding critter. Cubone wanted a home, and Raskal spent too much time bouncing from place to place to settle the adamant pokemon's nerves.
"You know I only want to be your friend Cubone," Raskal said.
"Bone..." the pokemon harumphed.
Suddenly Raskal had a thought. "Now that we're back in Kanto would you like to visit your old home again?"
"Bone..."
Raskal was out of ideas. He didn't know how to reach his pokemon companion. "If I could take back what we did to your family I would." Raskal comented with a twinge of sadness in his voice. "I'd like to run into those Rockets I used to work with again. I'd force them all to release your family."
Cubone turned around suddenly and stared hard at Raskal for several moments. Finally the pokemon broke the silence and nodded its head in thanks for Raskal's coment. "Bone!" It remarked before walking purposefully over to it's trainer. Raskal held out his hand in response.
Without warning though, Cubone flashed white and dematerialized, dissapearing back inside it's pokeball, only inches away from Raskal's outstretched hand. "Hmm..." Raskal sighed. "I guess you're still not ready." He scratched Eevee again behind the ears and cracked a small smile, certain that one day Cubone would be as willing to accept him as the fur-ball curled up in his lap.

Czar, Musashi
". . . Three hours. . ." Czar yawned out has he grabbed a soda from the Ice Chest, "We've been waiting here for three hours. I wonder how long the line is. . ."
"Well. . . Last time I check, they said that line stretched from here to, the Pokemon Center and beyond." Musashi said to Czar .
"how'd you know that?" Czar asked him, then Musashi pointed at the line that stretched from the Pokemon Center and around the corner from Route 10. "Then there's also that." Musashi pointed at the people selling fruits and other produce at the side, where he saw his team Buying from there. ". . . Geez, what is up with this Glacier festival?" Czar asked.

"Yeah. . . Oh, and don't worry about the tickets, they're on me." Czar told Lily. "Consider it as a friendly gesture." Czar smiled at her.
". . . I wonder what's in store for us?" Musashi quietly said.

“Thanks…” she went back to her book feeling a little guilty. I don’t have enough money, but he wants to buy. Should I tell him? I’d be using him if I didn’t. Even if I do I don’t know how. “Ugh.” She said aloud.

“Huh? Oh it’s nothing.” Lilly quickly shaking her head.
Missy whacked Lilly on the head with her tail.
“Ouch! Missy that hurt! What was that for?” Lilly rubbed her head.
Since Lilly wouldn’t speak up Missy did. “Okay, so the thing is that we are poor because we are travels and never stayed at one for more than a day. We have trainer battles and stuff, but that money isn’t always enough.”
Lilly blushed with embarrassment.

The Sphinxyness Sakaki stared off at the boy as he walked away. "What a strange person.." she muttered to Shock who watched wide eyed after him. But he did have some useful information. Like the point of not being able to leave save for boat. "Well, looks like we're heading for the docks guys. Pippin, this might give you a chance to enjoy the water again. It's been awhile since we've been near the ocean." she smiled to her Empoleon who sat calmly by Valen who continued chomping on his food before looking to Sakaki. She looked towards the docks. "Alright, boat ride here we come! Everyone come on!" she gestured for her Pokemon to follow and follow they did, by land and air. Valen disappeared back in his pokeball, he was a little too big to be on the boat. The young girl ran off to the docks and stood in awe at the large wonderous boat. "Wow, amazing.." she said and her Pokemon looked at it with the same expression. The morning finally set in and the sun was completely up. The ferry's engines start to run. Ripples in the waters begin to appear... A line was forming. Welcoming trainers to the Vermilion port were a group of ladies in sailor uniforms, white suits, short sleeved, short skirts, and that strange triangular collar of theirs, paired with a roughly tied bow. Their purpose here was to entertain trainers, and hand over the certain fliers that contain information about today's events... Sakaki, the little beauty, was sure deserving of one. The sailor lady approached the young woman, and handed over a flier to her. It was the same as the poster described on the Seafoam Islands pokemon center - an Articuno at the center of it all. The sailor lady then walked away to give the flier to all remaining trainers...

A while later, Raskal was still seated on the floor petting Eevee and admiring it's differantly colored coat. A thought occured to him just then and he reached up onto the bed to where he had laid his pack.
"Ee, Eevee!" The small pokemon complained. It loved when Raskal showered it with affection and wasn't thrilled when the young trainer turned his attention else where.
"Calm down Eevee," pleaded Raskal. "I'm just going to take a look at something for a minute." He reached into the pack and produced the strange book he had revieved earlier in Virmillion City. Raskal ran a hand over it's leather bound cover and felt the raised designs intricately crafted around it's edge. He opened the book and let it fall to a random page, knowing from past experiences with the tome that trying to read it was of no use.
The pages were made from a thick material that showed little signs of wear. Even after being plunged into the sea the day before, the book was still in relatively good condition. The ink used to write out the words and diagrams looked almost fresh, as though they were written yesterday. As Raskal stared more and more at the indecipherable script he felt himself getting drawn into the pages as though on the verge of a great secret about to be revealed.
"Ee! Eevee!" Called the pokemon at his side. Suddenly he was aware of just how entranced by the pages he truely was. His nose was only an inch away from the same page he opened to and a pain had formed in the back of his neck. Raskal looked up and shook his head to wake himself up and happened to glance at the clock on the wall. It read two whole hours past what it should!
"How could..." he wondered aloud. The drowsy trainer closed the book and replaced it inside of his pack, shaken slightly at his sudden lapse of mind. "Sorry Eevee," he appologized. "I guess I fell asleep... or something."
Raskal let the thought flee from his forethoughts and prepared for bed. the small pokemon crawled up at his feet as he slid beneath the covers. Tomorrow was a new day and the youth still had to worry about getting off the island with Rain. Raskal let his thoughts drift to the coming festival, and as he melted off to sleep, dreams of legendary bird pokemon flying around him visited the exhausted trainer long into the waking hours of morning.
Inside the pack on the floor, the strange book glowed with a soft blue light, happy to feed it's current possesor with visions of power.
