I wouldn't displace her to the point that it's ridiculous. For example, I would make it so that when her father bashes on her, instead of her becoming an introvert, I would give her a tougher personality and a stronger will and drive to train so she can get stronger sooner. I feel bad that when she fought Pein, she didn't even touch his CLOAK while Naruto beat him like there was no tomorrow >3>

He pushes and pulls and negates. xD I love that fight.... even though hinata got her a** kicked, she was so badass Sorry but that fight reminded me of Transformers 2:Revenge of the Fallen. Y'know the part where after melding with Skyfire's parts and being totally awesome, Optimus Prime sheds them as if Skyfire's sacrifice meant nothing. "OMG! Leave Naruto-kun alone because I am truly, madly, deeply in love with Naruto-kun!" Naruto spends the next 113 chapters completely ignoring her confession.
