About Me:
Auryn is the son of Ellette and Aryon and the godson of Ignis and Sephia, the harvest King and goddess, and leaders of the Harvest herd. Although his herd has undergone much pain and strife throughout their pasts, Auryn and his siblings were born and raised in a golden time for the family. His mother is a ferociously talented fighter, both his father and godfather were her students at one point and when Ignis decided to form a herd around his pacifist healing mate and those like her for their protection, Ellette was the first he sought out to help him ensure his families safety. The Harvest herd shares a mountain with the Sinclair herd, Ignis had adopted and raised the grandson and granddaughter of the Sinclair herd's patriarch years before so there was a, somewhat wary, peace forged between the herds. Auryn grew up in the mountains with five other young foals to play with and was very happy. To his mother's exasperation, he never developed her passion for the martial arts, at her insistence he learned a few basic maneuvers to defend himself, but she always had to track him down and drag him to those lessons. Auryn has such a poor sense of direction it borders on ridiculous, he could be a mile away from home and have no idea how to get back, so he has never left the herdlands alone, he always needs someone to guide him back.
Auryn is not entirely sure what he wants to do with his life yet, he needs to find his niche (I think he might end up being a teacher for the young). He's very kind, polite, loyal, honorable to a fault. If he gives his word, he will not break it.
