i know, i always forget to take notes too. yeah,
you should also slice in one direction when cutting meat or
something like that i've been told too. i'm going to try.
ahhh, i see. the main reason i haven't is because i
have no children nor am i married. i am seeing this guy
which i have started cooking for though. hahaha.

Plus you're less likely to cut yourself doing that. o wo
Ah I see. I suppose it is something you kind of learn to do when you do either of those things.
I've done both so it kind of makes sense. xD Though my husband cooks too.
But I cook the most, he cooks when I'm not feeling well or when it's a special dish of his own.
