No, not really. There are thousands of ways to repair things. All but one of those don't involve grafting. Only grafting involves grafting. D:
But it's not like it's just skin. It's a ligament. D:
They gotta cut into bone and remove chunks of connective tissues and jghedjdrtrdrdjrhcutdtdigyftgftfuygt... ;~;
