Because a date is not synchronized. If you say it is this date, you've got people on the East coast a year ahead of everyone, while the west is like "THE ******** IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE?" Thus, the announcement, which synchronizes everything together.

Mak; Mmmm... I think two were removed. Hebigan and some bloodline that absolutely no one used.

I think I will every bloodline has a weakness and I wouldnt want to pick one this time just to have it exploited, when my rpc should be the exploiter lol so I will be a bloodline hunter again now off to choose my pic
