Dai moved from the pillar and stared at the dark figure that spoke to her. She had once been his apprentice years ago. His laughter was distorted and dark, unsettling to the ears. His chakra had finally consumed his body. Her fists balled into fists at her sides as the rage slowly grew. He was taunting her like a cat cornering a mouse. He wasn't allowed near Kumo. He was enemy of the nation. He was... "Kein." Fear hadn't formed as she stared at him. "Let's see if I have." She hissed at him.

The shadow smiled as she identified him. Kiens smile held as he spoke," After all this time you still have that fatal rage flaw I see. I would have thought I taught you better than that my dear. Though you still didnt answer my question. Still so obedient, such a waste. You had power when you were free yet here you are bound once more to Kin and that pathetic village. Tell me, how has kumo fared without the strongest to protect it? By my intel the village has had some troubles as of late, cant even defend its own gates. She stared at him when he called her obedient. "Kumo isn't of any concern to you." She quickly told him when he questioned about how they've fared without him. "You were raised here, grew up here, swore to protect the village! Yet you bad mouth the one place you could of called home. You are not a worthy man of the title Sannin! You are a coward that turned evil because he couldn't handle reality!" She yelled at him. Dai gritted her teeth. "You're not a man of honor anymore! You're not a man at all. You've been consumed by hatred and anger." She glared at him. "Some Sannin you've turn out to be! I once called you teacher, but now I regret ever standing so close to such a being like you." She spoke against him.

The shadow of Kein burst into laughter at her words and said," You can drop the act Dai. I know your not that insulting and I know you once respected and looked up to me. Though enough of that, I offer you that which you desire. A chance to kill me. I await you in the strangling cloud forest. Tell the anbu and the entire village if you wish though their deaths will be on your hands. Come alone and we will see who is the proper shinobi." Once it finished speaking the shadow fadded away into nothingness.

Dai listened to the words of the shadow. It was an act up until the day that she betrayed him. Her true intent to kill him. But this was her. She hated every part of Kein. Dai stared at the spot that the shadow once stood. She shook her head and sighed. Kein was playing games. Of course Kein wouldn't step foot into Kumo past the gates. She rolled her eyes. "I won't keep you waiting then." Dai shifted on her heels and started down the path for the gates.

Haituros clone bounded into the temple looking around wildly for anyone who may still be here. He searched each hall and room, finding a few people who looked at him as though he were a mad man. "The village is under attack, everyone needs to get to the safe house." The clone gathered a few of the men and women who had been gathering around him shocked and scared. "Follow closely behind me and everything will be fine."

Haituros clone moved quickly back through the building looking out the windows as he passed them watching the nibi in the distance, the original would be there fighting it soon. The clone was worried well as worried as a pane of glass could be but kept moving, this was what the original wanted, and he would complete the mission no matter what, he would never leave people to get injured it was against his nindo.

As the clone and the group of people made it to the entrance. As they reached the entrance the clone noticed 2 large gliders dropping something on the village, he didn't know what they were but it appeared to be about 10 from each, which could be trouble, the clone decided it'd inform the higher ranking shinobi there about what he saw, he turned back to the followers he already had and said. "Move quickly, keep your heads down and stay together." they took off down the street at a slow trot.

This was the calmest area he could find and Samuru doubted it would be that way for long. Setting Daitomi down, he almost collapsed on the way, one knee hitting the ground while the other failed under him "s**t............" he wheezed, feeling the effects of the blood loss, his mind whirling. He let her go so she could slide down to the ground and he put his head down on his knee, eyes closed. His back was a nasty ruin of flesh and wood splinters Aaaahh.... he took several deep breaths, trying to get his mind under control.

Dai slid down with ease. A cough here and there, her body trying to expel the toxins of smoke. She had her eyes closed as she leaned her head back. "...There's no stopping it." She wheezed before reaching for the large shard of glass in her shoulder. She yanked quickly, barring teeth as the glass tore away. She dropped her hand with the bloody covered shard still in it. She coughed and looked at Samuru. He wasn't doing much better then she. Dai looked away, he saved her. Okay, not like knight on a white stead kind of this. But he pulled her out of a burning alley. "Thanks." Passed her lips. And that's all she would say to him. He wasn't interested into by fire effected her so. So she wasn't going to tell him.

"I said...not a word...." Samuru managed to say, letting himself slump onto the ground. He just let his upper body hang slightly, not moving even when he heard Myurai arrive "Blown up.....twice, in my case....shop is gone." he mumbled, slowly raising his head. His face was pale and almost empty of color, much of his blood still leaking from his back. He didn't need the splinters and shards of wood removed, just the blood staunched. Samuru knew that his burns had split as well and so his arm was a bloody mess too "I would like...something to eat." he said, his voice strangely gentle as he fought to keep the darkness from his mind "To stave off....shock."

Dai rolled her eyes at Samuru. "Ok, mister bossy." She coughed a little when Myurai came into the area. After Samuru told him, Dai raised her hand with the glass shard. "Pretty much." She folded over coughing. "Tried fighting...ice mortar...refuge in alley...fire." She hacked between coughs. She raised her eyes to Myurai. "Explosive tags, aftershock, glass everywhere." Dai laid her head back and laid there for a moment. Blood trailing everywhere on her. Dai fell over into the grass as her lungs gave again, curling into a tight ball as her body convulsed in a fit of coughing.

The clone scooped up samuru pulling him onto his shoulders in a modified fireman's carry as the real Myurai scooped up Dai putting one arm under he knees and the other behind her back . Once both were firmly secured both he and the clone disappeared in a puff of crystal ice dust.

If the target looks into the eyes of the Shinobi, their mind is suddenly inflicted with intense visions of their own brutal killing. Rin, Tin and Jin Rin, Tin and Jin are young red panda, they are small but quite useful for varieties of combat. They get tired easily and can only be on the field for five posts, but their speed and power more than makes up for their limited use. They are faster than the larger bears and can match an Anbus speed easily, they are also excellent trackers for use in any situation.

The ten soldiers of the squad made it to the temple, their movements still sleek and fast in their armor as they made it through to the main temple building. seven soldiers would take up a defensive perimeter while three of the soldiers begin to do placements around the building. Each soldier was trained to maintain a strict observation, and the adrenaline of the situation only made them more keen and more aware.
The squad set up a defensive position around the temple, creating a zipper like arc formation to insure a maximum fire zone. whoever was going to pass through here was going to have a bad day. they had to receive orders from elsewhere for their movement, and such they waited vigilantly and aware, using multiple recon capabilities to insure they knew when their enemy was comming.
