@Haruhi: ...Wut? As much as I love Bruce Lee, he wouldn't be able to take Mas down in an instant. I actually think Mas would win that one.

@Haru Just how he fails compared to Mas Oyama.
@Anon You already have a full squad? Dammit. I was hoping to have some lessons in being an a*****e. xD

iOath @Haruhi: ...Wut? As much as I love Bruce Lee, he wouldn't be able to take Mas down in an instant. I actually think Mas would win that one. They were both ********, so it's not like one trained harder. I think Mas actually took it to levels that reached insanity, but Bruce Lee was a tiny, quick man. Baw, if only we could get them together for a fight... @Des: Yeeeeah, these kids will be mean when I'm done with them.

I would say, "Let's get Deadliest Warrior on this!", but I don't think they would be a very accurate source.

You dare to doubt the power of Bruce Lee?! The father of Mixed Martial arts and a god to all body builders?! The one who set the freaking trend and was ahead of his time as far as training equipment went and knowing the movements of the body!?
Please! If he had not died and lived as long as Oyama did, then he would bury that man!

You're severely underestimating Oyama. Have you seen his biography?

Oath: Which one? The real one that's not that impressive or everything else that practically blurs the line between fact and fiction?
Let me put it this way, could he punch a man from like a couple inches of way and knock him down like Bruce Lee could?

neutral
Even I can do that. Not the same distance and force as Bruce Lee, but simply knocking the person down is easy.
Also, what part of his biography is fiction? He really did fight a 300-man kumite and he really did fight bulls.

Oath: Nuh-uh, not from a couple inches.
Isn't it true his exploits have been sensationalized though?

I've actually done it to my friend. Yeah, it wasn't a very smart idea.
Not really. His bull fights may have been sensationalized a little bit, but everything else is real stuff.
Oh, and as far as training equipment went, Bruce Lee probably was ahead of his time. Oyama just trained outdoors, on trees and stuff.

I still don't believe Oyama could beat Bruce Lee though.
Fighting bulls is one thing, taking on one of the best martial artists that took down a black belt in karate in eleven seconds is a whole new ball park.

Mas Oyama could have probably beaten Bruce Lee in a fight, but it could go either way, really. Lee was quick and did whatever he needed to to win, and Mas was absolutely ********.
