AHHHH * He screams as he swings his blade at her head stopping millimeters from her neck. His eyes close momentarily as if he was listening. He drops the blade and stretches his palm towards her * Non.. Death is not yours yet...* A bright light emits from his palm and envelopes both him and Ayami. * As it fades away Ayami is left alone. As to Raguel's whereabouts no clues were left except for a couple of feathers. *

She sighs and pulls her phone out of her pocket. "No time like the present, eh?" She sends a text to Showcase and then puts her phone back in her pocket. Kat's text to Showcase Hey, can you come by the bar sometime when you're not on duty? I still owe you a drive in the Lamborghini, and I'd like to talk to you too. smile She looks back at Psy, "Well, there we go, guess now I wait for God knows how long for him to get back in touch with me. That was the hardest, you know. Never hearing from him, not knowing if he was okay or when he'd be back...."

*Sighs loudly and looks down at the top of the bar.* It's hard. sad It's especially hard because you know the job could be dangerous and there is the chance they may put themselves in harms way.  *She swallows hard and starts to tear up.*

*gets excited for the blow only to be left unsatisfied* *a bright light comes and goes and she just stands there*  And I was so excited to feel the cool metal blade in my flesh too
 Oh it's late... Leko is probably half starved by now...
Better get her out so she can feed long enough to finish this...

All flash and no action  *walks back in the bar from the back door and finds it hopping*

*Grabs a napkin and dabs at her eyes.* I am thinking that part of the job may leave it difficult to sometimes pick up a phone. I don't know and I just do my best to pray that I won't get a knock on my door telling me that the man I'm about to marry has been killed.  *She stands abruptly.* Please excuse me. I don't mean to cut this short, but I need to go. *She makes a quick dash for her office, does the security measures, briskly walks to her chambers and locks the door behind her.*

She sits there after Psy leaves, feeling horrible for upsetting her. Sighing, she gets up and puts her glass in the sink and heads to her quarters. Laying in bed, the self-doubt creeps back in. She lays there for a long time, crying softly, before exhaustion takes over and she finally falls asleep.

*After bolting her door, she goes into her bedroom and changes into a nightgown. She flops herself into her bed, pulls the covers up tight and sobs into her pillow. After a good cry, she becomes tired and falls asleep.*
