"I think I know where you're talking about, and there you'll get to see what it is I'm about, Miss Uchiha. I've taken a few notices for training missions, which we will undergo together." Hatake-sensei said as he proffered a few of the mission notices forward, the first one being simple meditation.
"You'll be undergoing meditation at the tops of the trees, thinner air and a more isolated environment will make sure that both your chakra and breath support are maintained, improving both your chakra control and stamina. I want you to undergo no less than an hour of this, Miss Uchiha. You will need the stamina support for future training with me." As he finished speaking he drew what few Ryo he had left and settled them on the countertop, thanking the old man before he stretched, gathering his belongings and pressing out into the throng of people.

An odd change of events, she had gone to the main office to get a mission and in the next second she'd been called over to take a specific mission and given a map. Something about finding weird circles and marking them on the map. It really did seem weird, was something going on like that thing with the church and the cult? Speaking of which, she hadn't known how that had turned out... she'd have to ask about it later.
Arriving in the area with the top notch ramen shop, Jun began to search around for any circles that looked out of place. Honestly it should have not been too hard, but it still might take her a little while.

Her search had lasted for a couple of minutes, covering the main street outside before she stopped to have a bite to eat. Jun really hadn't of had lunch yet today and a bowl of pork ramen sounded good right about then. The mission wasn't much so far, nothing dangerous or strenuous, it was a nice little warm up mission that she could take before she had to do anything that required real manual labor or for her to do anything dangerous. That reminded her... she had other things to do. Like train and up her chakra levels and such.

Slurping down the last of the noodles and ramen broth, Jun paid for her meal before exiting to continue her circle hunt. Yawning softly, she headed around back to see if perhaps it was in the back alleyway somewhere. A quick glance revealed nothing, but as Jun studied the area, she found it on the walls. It was a ritualistic looking circle, such as had been described for her to find. It was certainly weird, or perhaps it was just a stupid piece of graffiti painted by stupid kids. Either way, she marked it on her map before leaving the area to turn her findings in to the main office.
The noise had already reached the Ramen shop by the time Terra walked into it. Striding up to the counter, she bowed her head and apologized to the owner of the store before relaying her orders. With the shop keeper assisting her, they went around to each of the tables.
Terra helped pack up what food she could just in case of a long evacuation period. Some were slow to evacuate as there were entire families there, others quick as they were on dates or by themselves. Either way, in a matter of minutes a full evacuation was under way.
With everyone out, Terra and the shop keeper exited the ramen shop. With the keeper locking up the shop, they exchanged head bowings to one another. As the keeper walked with the rest of the crowd towards the evac sites, Terra blurred off towards her next destination.
Ending up in front of the Ramen shop, Jae looked around. There were a few other shops around them, one of them being the once in question. The one where Yuusuke had last been seen. Hakada's Jae thought to herself, staring up at the small sign that market the local grocery store. Clearing her throat she looked to Samuru. "Want to go look for the alley while I go and speak with the Hakada's or do you want to go in together?" Jae had seen how anxious Samuru had become when they had spoken to Emi. She didn't want to trigger any other emotional feeling in him that would cause more anxiety within him.

It had taken the entire walk here for him to disengage from the emotions and Samuru intended to keep it that way. As he stopped beside Jae, he nodded "I can search for the alley." he replied, turning to walk off. It wasn't hard to find several and he went down each one. One dead ended into the back of another shop, a garbage bin and some rats all that were there. Crinkling his nose, Samuru poked through the garbage a bit to see if Yuusuke-kun had perhaps dropped something but he saw nothing that was similar to the contents that Emi had described. Most of it was rotten. Returning to the main street, he tried the alley that was kind of crooked to the rest, walking down it. It was just as crooked as its position, with plenty of bends and tips, forcing him to keep his pace slow. Again, lots of garbage, some lost items and dust. Samuru was starting to get annoyed with this long and twisting alley, moving around a bag of tras- He doubled back and knelt, carefully pulling the bag open to examine the contents Beef....vegetables.....rice.... he lifted his head and narrowed his eyes. It had been a while since he'd been down the alley but...turning around on his heels, he looked around, seeing the smaller details now. Little bumps in the walls that he and his father had played tap on, making it a game of who could touch the most. Gripping the bag, he signed, creating a shadow clone "Tell Jae I think I found the groceries Yuusuke-san bought. I'm going to look for the sake shop." the clone nodded and darted back down the alley as Samuru continued down. Another two turns and he was at the shop, seeing the closed sign but going up to the window regardless. It was set in the wall, a glass window with a slit for packages and payment, and wooden seats.
Outside, the clone had made its way to the Hakada's and was looking for Jae.

Watching has he walked away, Jae entered the Hakada's shop. Instantly she was bombarded with the scents and sights of fresh produce and other cooking items set in appropriate sort of crates that lined the ring of the store. An older looked woman spotted Jae and smiled. "Welcome to our shop. Is there anything I can help you with today?" She asked, her service superb. Jae blinked in quick succession. "Yes, actually. I am a Shinobi sent by the lord Hokage to look into the disappearance of a man named Yuusuke Tachibana." The womans smile began to drop then, her expression turning grim. "Oh dear...I was hoping that Emi san found her husband in one piece." Jae shook her head, looking down for a moment. "We will find him. I promised Emi but first we need to tie up lose ends and point ourselves in a more sure direction... Yuusuke san was last seen here, correct?" The old shop keeper nodded. "Was he acting out of sort while he shopped?" The shop keeper shook her head. "Not at all. He was actually very excited. He was planning a special dinner for his wife. I mean he was planning on telling Emi he had gotten promoted at work... This was interesting. "That's awesome." The older woman sat down on her little stool, picking up a piece of the straw basket she had been weaving. "Of course. He could finally provide for Emi and the child they planned on having." Her heart lurched for Emi, the poor woman. "Emi....the poor dear. She had been so patient. Waiting for Yuusuke to reach his dream of being able to support their future."This could not have happened to the worst person....so not fair. Yuusuke and Emi. They were so young and such good people. It didn't make sense. "Did Yuusuke have any enemies?" The woman shook her head. "Heavens no. Everybody loved Yuusuke and those that were envious felt guilty for it. He never saw the bad in anyone." That could still lead you into sticky situations. Maybe someone had wanted to ruin this man and his bright future.
Looking outside Jae caught sight of Samuru. Excusing herself from the Hakada's shop she exited and went up to the Samuru clone, unknowing that the real Samuru had found a trail and had headed into unknown areas on his own. "This was indeed his last stop but they don't think anything strange was going on.... Find anything?" She asked, taking her note pad out and jotting some stuff down to hand over to Noctis.

The clone....amusing, to say the least. As soon as Jae came close enough, it seemed to suction itself to her without touching her, speaking quickly "Found bag! Alley! Crooked! Left, left, left." it said in the kind of excited tone reserved for children before vanishing in a puff of shadow. Down the alley, Samuru had gone past the sake shop, searching but finding nothing of real interest. A few scuff marks (a fight?), some blood(?) or sauce and a broken cup. Perhaps Yuusuke-san had had some sake before leaving? Was he ambushed? Tripped? Got stuck somewhere? Going back to the shop, he found an older man, perhaps mid-40's, was standing outside, preparing to open it up "Ah...excuse me." Samuru bowed as the man turned to look at him "We don't serve minors, kid." shaking his head, Samuru spoke "That's not it. I'm a shinobi looking for Yuusuke Tachibana." frowning, the man leaned back to think "He's missing...well, he comes by occasionally. Last time was some kind of celebration...he wanted to surprise his woman." Samuru found his response...a bit strange. Why the hesitation? And why jump to Yuusuke is missing....? Samuru shook himself, he was just being silly right? Either way, he asked a few more questions "The last time you saw him, was he alone?" a nod "Did he just buy the sake and leave or did he stay to talk?""Talked a bit. I poured him a glass of sake.""Anyone else come by?" the man started to scowl and replied curtly "I'm a popular brewer. Lots of people come by and that night, yeah, we had a few." Samuru scowled a second, wanting to smack this guy.

Being taken back by the suddenly five year old personality trait that Samuru was suddenly displaying it finally clicked when he was gone in a wisp of smoke. Clone. Oh man I am not letting this one go... Smirking to herself, Jae went in the direction that was her left and continued on. By now means had these been proper directions so it took her a bit to find exactly what alley she was searching for. Going down it she scanned her surroundings. It was shady looking, that was for sure. Jae was sure many different type of characters had passed this way once or twice. Spotting Samuru up ahead, she quickened her pace before slowing down. He was talking to someone had Jae had only caught the last parts of the questioning that Samuru was putting the man through. "Ooohhh ~ You found a lead." Jae cooed, crossing her arms underneath her chest in order to push her bust up a bit. Tactic she found worked more or less for her. Depending on the man of course. Originally Jae had trained for being a sleuth of sorts or Anbu. This was stuff she had the most interest in. "What did you guys talk about, if you don't mind me asking of course." Jae asked, interrupting immediately. Making minimal eye contact with Samuru she focused on reading and memorizing the details around her.

"Maybe." Samuru replied as Jae came up, noticing the man eying Jae. The older man was looking at Jae in a very.....lecherous manner now and had subtly straightened, making Samuru's eyes narrow and his mouth start to sour. But the man was speaking to Jae now "Aye. Tachibana-san came by to get a bottle of sake for his girl. A celebration. He was inclined to be giddy about it and so I offered him a cup as a....a gift." he leaned in closer to Jae, almost leering and Samuru started to look like he was going to rip a whole in the man's stomach with his bare hands "Also....the guys around him were a bit shadier then usual. Not normal faces, ya know what I mean." he added and Samuru looked less like a rabid dog, at least enough to note the information in his head and look to Jae. She had gotten a lot of information without doing anything really.....just being Jae. He had to respect that.

A small smile formed, the expression only for show. There was nothing 'nice' about the glint in her eye that accompanied it. "How nice of you!" She commented, working to this mans ego now. Jae feigned shocked as he informed them of the unusual faces that had frequented that evening. Despite the closeness of the man, Jae maintained her posture. She wanted to reach out and push him back but they needed information. Getting it without a struggle made things so much easier. "Really? No way! Is that why you are not surprised he is missing?" She asked, blinking a few times in quick succession to play out her persona. "Did those guys seem particularly interested in Yuusuke san? I would hate to come around here and find them hanging around." She needed to know if they had followed him out or if they continued to come here for targets. Something was weird. Why Yuusuke? No one had harbored any sort of ill feelings toward him. Jae had put envious co worker or friend on the table but had ruled it out upon seeing Emi and her home. They seemed like a reclusive couple, well on their way to making a family for themselves. If another suitor had been interested in Emi it would have been someone close and there would have been evidence of that in her apartment with condolence gifts or cards or even pictures. Nothing of the sort had been found and then the Hakada owner had said that even if people were envious of Yuusukes promotion they could not fault Yuusuke that he had earned it. Whoever had been after him...they were not a part of his daily life but knew his rare routine of coming to this sake shop? It meant he had been watched but why? Damn it! This made no sense!

The man turned a nasty sort of pale and swallowed at Jae's words "What?! N-no! I didn't mean that." he stammered and Samuru's gaze turned nasty again as he moved to keep the man from running off. The man was looking less and less lecherous and more sickly "Tachibana-san is a nice guy! I don't see him all that often but.....listen, those guys weren't interested in him. I'm sure of it!" he was sounding more like he was convincing himself. "After Tachibana-san left, those guys stayed around..." he stopped, and his face went pale "A-at least most of them did. A couple might have gone away but I'm sure they weren't after Tachibana! They didn't even look at him." he tried to explain and Samuru tilted his head, leaning forward "What did they look at?" the man leaned away, his eyes closing as if in fear. But he swallowed and spoke "My place was broken into later that night. I-I think they were casing my place, that's all. No one would hurt Tachibana....he's too....too nice.""So that makes it ok to assume he'd be fine? You let him drink, knew that there were men who you didn't trust and now you're worrying about your own shop? Yourself?" Samuru's words were sharp and the man looked away "How selfish. Did you bother to notice if the men who left went the same was as Tachibana-san?" looking for, clearly, some redemption, the man nodded "Aye, but so did a lot of other people. Not just the strangers." starting, Samuru thought about this new information...maybe Tachibana had gotten involved with the strangers? If they had gone after someone else and Tachibana tried to help...."I see. Thank you for your honesty." he stepped back, thinking, to let Jae do whatever else she wanted to do.

Scratching her head, she voiced her frustration at the whole situation. URGHH!! When one things happens another pops up and they end up at a dead end. So, Yuusuke had come here. Drank a little and then some strangers, not familiars, robbed this place. Only there were two groups. So ignoring the robbers there were people who had blended in and chose to come at the same time the robbers had to further make it more difficult to separate the two events. Something wasn't adding up. It just didnt make sense. She had to sort this out with Samuru. Away from here. "Guess that's all you can give us...for now." She said, patting the man on the shoulder. "Thanks for the information." She said, waving and winking at him as she turned to Samuru, placing her hands on her hips. "Let's go.... We might be able to find something somewhere else. If these strangers passed by here they might have been seen somewhere else." Jae added, she started heading back the way she had been directed, wrapped up in her own thoughts. On the mission board there had been a sort of investigation of sorts going on about some strange markings popping up. Strangers appearing in the village the same time stupid markings start appearing. Nothing is coincidence.... She had learned to never chalk it up to that. Turing to look at Samuru over her shoulder she began to explain the next area/mission they should look into. "I heard that there were these suspicious markings that popped up recently...around the same time our missing person did. For some reason these two incidents.... they feel connected. I can't just let this go. Mind if we go and check it out?" She asked him, for once giving him an option of whether or not he wanted to go or not. She was in a serious place now and this made her slightly more grounded and more intuitive to those around her and the things around her, including Samuru.

Samuru followed Jae, lost in his own thoughts as they walked, only nodding to Jae's words until she directly spoke to him "Huh? Oh..." he paused and crossed his arms over his chest, thinking still "I would like to go. But....I think he is lying to us." he looked back down the alley even though the sake shop was far away, thinking of what the man had told them "I do not think there were two separate groups. I think it was one with two distinct purposes...one to distract and abduct while the other created a false trail." he looked at Jae again, his eyes changing distinctly. As serious as Jae was, Samuru was incredibly focused now and his eyes reflected it with a kind of elation that he rarely displayed "If the marks and the missing Tachibana-san are linked, I do not think the people who are doing this are unorganized. I think this is all on purpose." realizing what he was saying, Samuru dropped his hands to his pockets, turning a shade darker "...Yes, I want to check it out." he mumbled, smiling.

Looking to Samuru she followed his deduction, noting that he was not far off the mark. "If the groups were there to create a diversion while they abducted Yuusuke...its not really a lie on the barkeeps part. He was too stupid to know what was going on underneath his nose." Letting out a clipped sigh, she nodded her head in agreement. It was very, very organized. Now she really wanted to check out these suspicious symbols. "Alrighty. Iku!" She said, walking backwards with her hands behind her back as she looked to the slightly darker shaded Samuru who donned a small smile. He was very vested in this now. Much more than someone who claimed they wanted to see the village burn should be... Jae had no doubts that Samuru didn't want to go through with such a terrible plan but she had her reserves about how far he would go with the instigation on Rakuin and Maylee's part. He was broadening his horizons, so to speak, and his interest in this mission made Jae feel slightly relieved. He wants to find Yuusuke to bring Yuusuke and Emi together. That has to mean he cares or something... She flashed him a smile and then began walking correctly, leading them to their next mission detail.
