Vincent then drove away. He had more things to do. He headed to the base. He wanted to see if there was anything planned or if he could go out and play some more.

[[I'm terrible again. Midterms caught up with me. Life. :/ So a time skip has occurred I'm assuming? Can edit if need be. Also things are finally calmed down. My internet has been on the fritz for the past couple of weeks, and my midterms were due this week. I'm sorry for being like so inconsistent with posting. Trying to be better now that all has calmed down.]]
Melody didn't know how she got home, what had happened between the times of entering the drug store and leaving it. All she knew was that she was back at base, curled up in her bed for once, and Mizirani was silent once more in her mind. Melody sat up her in bed. Her whole body was killing her. What had even happened? She put her hands on her jaw, as it was throbbing. She groaned.
"What did you do, Miz?"
But again, Miz was silent. Something must have happened to her other insane half. She curled back into the covers, snuggling for some sense of warmth before getting out of bed. She stepped onto the hard concrete, her feet feeling so cold. She was still wearing yesterday's clothes. She stepped over to her mirror. She had a few bruises, nothing major. She was just achey from all the pill bottles that had been thrown at her. She felt so sick to her stomach. Melody reached for her purse, stuffing her two pistols into it this time just so she wouldn't forget. She also stuffed a change of outfit incase Miz did make a reappearance. Her jaw was still killing her, and she just hoped it wasn't broken or anything.
Melody stepped out from her bedroom, and walked upstairs to the main part of the base, before making her way on the street. Maybe she would meet someone out here? Or maybe she could find some track of why Miz wasn't speaking to her anymore. What had happened in those short hours that occurred yesterday? Had she been knocked out?
"Miz, talk to me."
But again, no response from her mind. Was she cured finally? Had her split-personality finally dissolved into her mind? Maybe, or maybe her mind was just jumbled and unsure of anything that was going on.

"You must have been hungry, follow me." Serene returned the smile, Coil seems to be much more nicer to her than the day before, maybe villians are not such bad people after all.
When they arrived at the kitchen, Serene can see VoltEdge playing with the fork. She shook her head at the red haired girl, pointing to the unfinished bowl. "This is the only thing I can make, as for lunch let's eat outside." Serene presented the still warm bowl of cup noodle, despite it's poor nutritional value, the things she added makes the food more appetizing and nutritious at the same time. After she gave Coil the choice of a spoon, fork, and chopsticks, she turned her attention to VoltEdge to teach her how to hold the fork properly, and how it is not meant to be played with. Though, Serene wondered to herself what it feels like to send electricity through a fork and create electrical sparks.

"Why should I help you.......................................... .................................... What's in it for me?" ✥ Alina casually walked down the street, the city air filling her lungs. She had a slight smirk on her face. Life was good and she couldn't help but smile at it. She was finally in a comfortable spot money wise and sure the world was going to s**t but she was doing good, and in her eyes, that's all that mattered. Alina decided she was going to head to the bar and get herself a drink. She just hoped anyone from Barbus didn't need her or anyone at that. Tonight was her night to celebrate and she planned to do just that. ✥[[OOC:]]

The fires of early morning revenge on the Verone Police Department died as it reached seven in the morning. The police would have a lot of rebuilding to do and hopefully, they got the message. That they shouldn't mess with the factions or they get hurt. Hopefully, the mayor learned a thing or two about it.
Meanwhile, in Animus HQ, Chrome snuggled up to Asura in his room. How she was even able to get in? Don't ask. "Asura~", she whispered playfully, hugging the man and hoping he was ready to get out of bed. VoltEdge frowned as Serene tried to teach her boring things but she picked up the fork, trying to copy Serene although she couldn't get any noodles while holding it as Serene demonstrated. VoltEdge frowned. Man, this was some tough work, maybe -- teaching a child who was not a child.

Serene sighed when she saw VoltEdge still having trouble using the fork. Gently and slowly, she made sure VoltEdge twisted the fork while scooping up the noodles. She showed the girl how the noodles wraps around the fork, this way, the noodle would not fall off and VoltEdge can eat more of the noodles. With VoltEdge's fork in her hand, Serene stabbed the vegetables and showed her again, after that she gave the fork back to VoltEdge and made sure she imitated what she had just saw just now.
Turning her attention to the little TV that she moved from the reception yesterday night, she opened it to find the morning news. It seems that the Verone Police Department was burned down, are the police moving again? But that doesn't matter, since the burned building is a sign that they have failed yet again. It doesn't matter to her anyway if the police wins or loses, as long as they don't meddle with her. After the headlines, there would be the usual news of the damages done to the city, and the warning for the citizens to stay in their homes. No one cared for the warnings anymore.
Noticing VoltEdge's frown, Serene gave the red haired girl a wry smile. "You can't always use your hands you know..." She told her while thinking that maybe using chopsticks might be better. Then she turned to Coil. "How is it? I hope it isn't too bland." Even though she was sure that she've put enough seasonings, having a bit of advice to improve isn't a bad thing.

VoltEdge brought her face closer to the steady fork to munch on the noodles before they fell back into the bowl. Then, she tried a new strategy to avoid using the fork. She held up the bowl, sipping the soup accompanied by noodles so she wouldn't have to use her hands or that blasted metal utensil. She chewed slowly, putting the cup back down although she suddenly stopped and blinked a moment. She was feeling a shift in the air. Her heart began to race. She could feel 'them' close. Were they coming to collect her? She was pale and she didn't move. And what did Coil have to do with it? She looked at him, wide-eyed -- the panic obvious on her rounded features.

Soundscreech
Zaine frowned a little in concern. Judging by the look on Phoebe's face, she was far from alright in the least. Zaine's ocean gaze followed Phoebe's eyes to the withered plant that simply seemed to place itself on the table. Was it her that placed them there? All suspicion that Phoebe did it was dismissed when she noted the look on the blue haired female's face. "I have the strangest feeling in the slightest that this is not simply an acquaintance of yours, but I won't pry anything out of you. Just talk to me when you feel the need to. What can I do to help you? " Zaine asked. She was rather concerned. Just yesterday she was happy and vibrant, now it appeared that someone had hurt her in some way. Zaine wanted to be of some assistance.

Phoebe couldn’t help sigh, her shoulders hunching forward as she clutched the flower pot to her chest. The petals seemed to bristle and slowly a few of the wilted leaves began to unfurled, stretching out and brushing across one of the woman’s hands as if the actual plant was trying to comfort her.
“I’ll be ok….just…chalk it up to a stupid mistake on my part” Taking a deep breath she turned to face Zaine, a small smile once again forced on her face “We should probably be off before people turn up and find us here. I’m sure the government will have it on lock down with in the next few hours and I don’t know about you but I would rather not be interrogated today”
Phoebe adjusted the plant so that it was sitting comfortably in the crook of her elbow and stood aside so her currant companion could move without bumping into anything. ‘If it’s from who I think it is….I’ll make sure they regret their little message..’

"Yes, she is," the answer was intentionally vague. They hardly knew how Phoebe truly was till they saw her, but she was alive. Not that they could tell Trent something so lacking and just make him worry. With that, however, things were put in high gear.
Trent was placed in a car to lead the young hero to a second safe place they maintained. It was a very usual looking house on a very usual looking street. White with a black roof and near identical to every single other building on the same block. Two storeys, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and dining area, and separate, large living room. Certainly not lacking. To hide something proper, it was sometimes safest to place it in plain sight. Few looked for heroes in their local culdesac.
When they arrived, Mr. Kyle was ushered to the door, and left there. Another copy of Armand opened the door from the inside, and welcomed the boy in. He wore glasses and a beige long-sleeve with dark trousers. "Trent, right? Hi, I'm Michael. I don't suppose Armand told you much yet, but I'm sure things will clear up when Phoebe arrives. Want anything? I got an x-box, there's the PC..." The clone shrugged, and settled back in a seat he had prepared near the doorway. A shotgun was leaning against the wall right next to the chair. "Take a personal tour, if ya like. I'm gonna sit here till they arrive."
Back on the road, by this time a car drove up to the front of the cafe. In the mess of it's destruction, the few moving figures inside were rather visible. The driver stepped out of the car, closed the door after himself, and walked to the entrance to the cafe. There was Phoebe, and a stranger. "Miss, I'm here to take you to your brother, if you are ready... Who is this?" To start making a decision on taking the stranger, too, he had to know that one. If it was a villain, there was quite another place to take them to.
