Meaning of (name): In Vodou, L'inglesou is a loa who lives in the wild areas of Haiti and kills anyone who offends him. (He executes judgment on those who can't keep their word and the Houngan or Mambo who can't keep the Voodoo secrets from the uninitiated ones. L'inglesou is feared and respected by all. He almost never comes in possession, but when he does must be served correctly, otherwise the Houngan or the Mambo will be cruelly punished.
When L'inglesou comes in possession he only eats glasses, razor blades and drinks warm bull blood's. His color is red and the Sacred Heart of Jesus is the St Catholic image uses to represent this wild spirit. He likes sharp objects such as knives, scissors, barbed wire, razor blades; everything that tear the flesh.)

Personality:
L'inglesou is devout in his practice of Voodoo. He has a preference for the Ghede/Guede loa--particularly Baron La Croix. He has a dark nature to him, and a bit of a black humor (employs farce and morbid humor, which, in its simplest form, is humor that makes light of subject matter usually considered taboo). He's reserved and well-spoken, but can lapse into annoyingly cryptic speech
He believes in spirits, omens, and signs. He runs a small apothecary and is on his way to becoming a Bokor. He has a slight accent usually saying "da" instead of "the" and "chile" instead of "child". He also uses some French/Creole phrases.
Backstory:
Born into a family that practices Voodoo, L'inglesou was raised to believe in the Loa. As a young stallion, he wandered from home. But the prodigal son has now returned home with his mate, the sea monster Nessie.
