Exactly. With ninjas and pirates, I'm only torn in that I'd have to know what kinds of ninjas and pirates we were talking about. xd

Yeah. Are we dealing with kung-fu-movie ninjas or Naruto-type ninjas? Classic-type pirates or One-Piece-type pirates?

well the i like the kung-fu ninjas better then the anime ninjas

I'm kind of a sucker for seeing humans with weird powers. Besides, those guys are the main characters. They have personality.

I mean that you see more than just the mindless fighting bits. Actually, there are none. All the fights in Naruto mean something.
