Dragon student Wendy Essex Dragon student I'm fully prepared to defend myself on Zombie Jesus, Female God, and Foster Mom Mary. Well technically she wasn't a foster. She's a surrogate mom, A "baby momma", or as I affectionaly called myself when I was pregnant "an egg warmer". xd I'm so going to use that from now on since it fits with the funniness of Zombie Jesus.
LOL. Glad I could help.
I was raised in a Baptist (I'm not sure what kind) household by my aunt, my dad is some sort of born again Christianand my mom is a Pagan of sorts. I guess you can say so I grew up with a very skewd view of things. In my experience there's good and bad points about each "religion" but that because religions are man made, and their churches.
My worst life experiences have been in churches, a supposed holy place where we all come together to praise our one true "leader" where there was supposed to be no judgement passed, and yet, there was. It was very disappointing to see the human flaws in something that's supposed to be greater than all of us.

Yes, I believe in God. However, this is not built upon faith such as for others, but due to things I have come to believe on my own.
For all of science's efforts to prove that God does not exist, they only make more and more points to the fact that they cannot disprove him. In fact, they only make my belief stronger, with each 'new' discovery.
Science, you see, claims that you cannot create the world in seven days. But science is stupid, and fails to see that in Religion, terms are not to be taken literally, but rather figuratively. Each day is in fact a period of time. Not only this, but each day can also be pinned down to a point in time that science believes 'happened instead'. If you want further explanation, I shall give it if asked.
Second, I believe God, though all powerful, acts more like a GM than anything else. Let me explain - In an RP, a GM is the storyteller. They're in charge of keeping the story on track. However, they cannot intervene directly. Rather, instead of doing this, they use Deus ex Machina techniques to put the story back on track. We call those things 'miracles' here in real life.
Likewise, I believe that Satan is a necessary evil. What makes a person who they are is how they approach evil. There are many ways - revoking it, attacking it, ignoring it, embracing it, etc... On top of that, they don't always do the same thing. Each time an instance comes up, they must make a choice. Had it not been for Satan, we would not have become the people we are today. His challenges, trials, etc.. shape us into the people that we are.
Both God and Satan are necessary. I personally believe in balance in all things. God is the 'beacon, the light'. Satan is the 'schemer, the dark'. Both the light and dark are necessary in life.
