I know Gaia is a business and has to make money... equally, I have no real money to spend on mere pixels, so all such goodies are out of my reach. That's just life, I guess. *shrugs*

I joined the GGG because so many of the areas of gaia were filled with 12-15 year old kids and it made me feel creepy. I think that they make up at least half of the website and it's pretty crap to make something that is the main feature of the site "cash only". That means that they have to beg their parents or deal with peer pressure that -at their age- they don't necessarily have the skills or strength to cope with.

If this was an adults-only site I would probably just take the attitude of 'lol capitalism'; but the predominant focus on what are basically children changes that.

IOW, I think it's pretty crap.
