Not when it's referring to a human, since that is technically impossible.
To flowers it could mean that or animals. When referring to a human it means sexless, to go without sex(Asexual plants do not have sex some animals just clone themselves Ex. A type of Female Lizard, only female's of that species exist.)

Ah, that's interesting, never heard of that before till now. I prefer cuddleing and kissing too.
