Puppet Name: Tosai Puppet Appearance: (Picture coming eventually. I draw all of the images I use.) Rather realistic in appearance, the puppet resembles a golden eagle in size and proportion. It has a wingspan of approximately 84 in (213.36 cm) and a body length of 36 in (91.44 cm). However, it weighs a bit more than a normal bird, about 12 lbs (5.4 kg), though it is still very lightly built. This makes it rather fragile.
The bird, as mentioned, is rather realistic, with a lot of effort put into its appearance, thanks to its user’s perfect memory and artistic abilities. It is covered with reddish-brown feathers, darker at the tail, save for a strip of white feathers, and head, with yellow hind legs and a slightly darker beak. Its talons are abnormally long, however, at about two inches.
Puppet Description: Shadow spent the time he was traveling over a course of three or four months also searching for materials he could use for his puppet. Though it represents an eagle, they are much harder to find and too majestic to hunt, so he used mostly hawk feathers, though the wings proved difficult to find the proper feathers and length. For the base of the puppet, he used a bamboo structure, since the reed was both durable and lightweight. It was given the same bone structure as a bird, for the most part, though the hollow cavity of the abdomen was also reinforced with bamboo. This cavity, as well as the ‘skull’, is utilized for mechanism compartments. The beak is made of animal bone, carved into the proper shape and painted. The feet are also made of bone, though jointed. They are the only obviously jointed area without inspecting the puppet closer. The talons are made with bladed steel. Shadow uses his tree climbing ability to climb to the highest branches of most trees, greatly extending his sight range and, therefore, range of the puppet’s control. He designed the puppet to be utilized as more of a scouting weapon than an offensive weapon, with mechanisms to help it get away in tight situations. It is also manually collapsible, where the head and legs contract into the body and the wings fold neatly against the back. This makes it easier and less awkward to transport.
Mechanism Summary: • Senbon firing mechanism located in mouth; senbon soaked regularly in poison made from common ivy. It is rarely deadly, but coma as a result is possible. - 2 posts – Difficulty Breathing - 5 posts – Convulsions and Vomiting - 10 posts – Paralysis - 15 posts – Coma (50% chance per post until treatment is administered) ---- Roll 10-sided dice. Coma occurs if an odd number is rolled. ---- Person can still survive after coma if found in a reasonable amount of time. - Stores up to 20 of these senbon. • Bladed talons, beak, and wing tips for attack cutting through wires or nets. • Weighted net, big enough to trap a single adult. Can carry only 1. Stored in abdomen. • Paper compartment for storing explosive notes, ink drawings, or messages. Paper within compartment can be dropped via mechanism. Dimensions: 8x5x4 inches, can store as much paper as can be stuffed in it. Stored in abdomen.
Army of One Discipline: • Ink compartment with emergency ink for Shadow to use. Ink can also be dropped via mechanism for techniques such as Ink Projectiles, Sumi Gatsumi no Jutsu (Ink Haze Technique), and Sumi Ame no Jutsu (Ink Rain Technique). Dimensions: 3x3x3 inches. Stored in abdomen. • Smoke bombs to conceal escape. Can be dropped from compartment and holds up to 3. Stored in abdomen. • Eyes are cameras that allow Shadow to see through a headset what it sees. However, he is unable to see his own surroundings when using this. Used to scout out areas inconspicuously, unless chakra strings are visible to enemy (only a few clans are able to see chakra easily).

It's well thought out, yes sirree bob! Well, a total of 4 mechanisms are allowed, so let me count them off here: Mouth located senbon launcher, bladed talons (2, 1 for each claw), bladed beak, bladed wing tips (2, 1 for each wing), weighted net, and 1 compartment. That's a total of 8 mechanisms. You also have the 'Army of One' discipline, boosting that to a total of 7 allowed mechanisms. Then you've added 3 more mechanisms for a grand total of 11. Well, I hate to say it but, you're 4 over the limit, so let's try to work this bit out, ne?
If you make the blades all connected together (reducing 5 to 1), they'll need to be held somewhere, like a 'trap' inside the abdomen compartment. This means that it won't be usable unless you open the abdomen & put them into place not unlike a spikey, rigid armor, but also much stiffer than as individual components. That would reduce the count to 7. That's my suggestion for reducing the count, but what do you think? If you accept this right off the bat, then you're good to go, otherwise we have lots of time to discuss it.

Puppet Name: Hibiki Kuraku Saundo Ningyō [ Echo, The Darkened Sound Puppet ] Puppet Appearance: ->
Puppet Description: Echo is a Close Combat, Human Artificial Fight Type Puppet, equipped with tools that Suoh has collected through the ages, it is adapted to almost every situation. The Puppet is held together with a special Tungsten Metal and wood, therefore is not magnetic at all.
Echo's special primary mechanism is it's chains. Inside it's body it holds five talismans that are connected to the [ Shiirete Siru (Replenishing) - Rank D ] Technique and feeds out five different links of chains. The chains are not metal or magnetic in anyway as they are also made of Tungsten. These five chains are all connected to something different. two chains are fed into the leggings of Echo, where at the tip are two serrated kunai's that can impale and be fired out in high speeds. Two more are connected to the two swords,(also made of Tungsten), so that they are always connected to Echo and Suoh can never lose grip of them. The final Chain is much more like a third arm or tail; its main purpose in battle is to catch people off guard and trip them up or do a frontal assault during a parry.
Mechanism Summary: • Two Tungsten Blades (Pure Black) • Two Kunai Launchers (In Knees) • Five Chains; two connected to Kunai's, two connected to swords, one free as a tail • Fully Capable of performing Bukijutsu skills up to Rank B (All Costs still apply to Suoh, added cost of [ +10 cp ] to any skill) • Unable to use without at least five fingers.

Puppet Name: 'Timid' Saigo Tsūkoku [ Ultimatum ] Puppet Appearance: ->
Puppet Description: A Hollow Puppet that Akane has worked on for four years straight. The Puppet is Hollow and has the ability to fill itself with Chakra [ up to 300 cP max ] and then expel it through three different means.
The first method of letting out the chakra is to dispel a Rank amount of chakra into its gauntlet that covers its right arm, which would erupt a large sound wave that would increase in ferocity for each rank, only one rank of skill can be used each post, unless stated: Rank E :: A small sound wave is shot out in front of Timid for a small range [20 ft] and causes temporary deafness and causes endless ringing. Deafness lasts two [2] posts Rank D :: A small sound wave is shot out in front of Timid and covers a larger amount of area [40 ft], the wave can cause deafness and a minor headache. The headache and deafness lasts three [3] posts Rank C :: A ripple of the air will show as the sound is shot outwards for [50 ft], this wave is quiet due to the frequency, but once it passes someone it causes severe dizziness for [3] posts. Rank B :: More like a loud bang, sound will erupt in a cone in front of Timid and a state of deafness and daze to people who are within a [40 ft] radius in front of Timid right arm. The disability and deafness lasts four [4] posts, making Taijutsu and Bukijutsu skills one rank less useful.
The second method is to feed or store chakra then give it to any squadmate of Suoh's choice. Max of [ 80 cP ] for feeding and giving chakra.
The final method of using chakra for Timid is to use it himself. If one of Souh's hearts is put into Timid's chest cavity, the chakra will interact and Suoh can communicate through Timid in a different voice. A long as a heart is in Timid, he does not need any strings attached to him and can walk around areas as long as Suoh is in the same Subforum. Suoh usually uses this method to use Timid as some sort of secretary to his office.

Alright, so my understanding of how this works is this: A jutsu is creating the chain, which are connected to different things. Due to the jutsu being the main interactor of the chain, the '5' chains only act as 1 mechanism. And due to the items being attached to the ends of them, those items don't count as mechanisms. But, these things can only be used during the jutsu, due to their reliance upon it, yes? That means that the 2 kunai launchers (attached to the chain) don't count as mechanisms, and neither do the Tungsten Blades. All in all, you have 2 mechanisms: the jutsu/chain combo & the Bukijutsu abilities.
If that's correct, then you have the option of adding 2 more mechanisms. I would add a stop break between the swords & kunai launchers (possibly a container?) to keep them both from working at the same time. As for the other, that would be up to you. If you don't want to add anything else, then you're set to go. If you want to add the other 2 later on, feel free to post an addendum here for approval.
