I'd like to offer Branwen, in all her fat glory, as a friend for little Dean. I think it might be interesting for them to meet while he's a foal and they become close (assuming their personalities work out that way lol). Then, while he's at his lowest point she could possibly be someone to support him? Though not nearly as much as his potential mate, of course. X3; Something sort of like a mother figure but not really since his own family obviously already means a lot to him. Or, after they're friends and stuff, if any of the Soq he runs into that abuse him are kalona, he can find some fault in her being half and reject her causing dramas...or something like that. I dunno. orz I just really like Dean and want to RP with him. 8U;

Personality: Demon believes he is the baddest thing on four legs, and will not hesitate to attack or mame anything or anyone that is foolish enough to come too close. He has an attitude problem -but deep down I think he just needs a hug XD- and like his father looks for what he considers 'worthy'.

One day he spots a mare called Cherish and instantly becomes intreguied by her beauty and uniqiness, and so, like any good kalona he kidnaps her so he can have her all to himself. He doesn't mind her 'simple' mind, but instead uses it as an excuse to protect her and provide for her, claiming to any of the others that he simply wasn't done enjoying her yet but in truth he has a soft spot for her... which is why when her family come to steal her back he follows and tries desperatly to get her back! HIS!

Demon doesn't like anyone touching what is his!
Plot: Now... I want to offer a sort of 'tweek' on your current idea for a dark/evil soquili..... so here is a brief summary of my idea:

Demon is currently trying to raise an army to go and get his Cherish back from her family... and he will do ANYTHING and I mean ANYTHING to get what he wants. He doesn't play fair when there is a risk that he may lose. He will recruit via bargaining, manipulation, fighting, blackmail... whatever, he isn't fussy. So perhaps he stumbles across your boyo and persuades him to join (feel free to sugest a reason why or how....? XD).

So to tie it in with what you wanted.... perhaps Demon tries to use Dean to gain information about the terrain that Cherish's family lives on.... (they are flutters and regulars I believe) and while Demon is getting his 'information' perhaps Dean believes he can change something about Demon? Maybe give him an attitude change.... I am afraid if Demon gets too angry he WILL lash out o.O but I promise he won't kill Dean.... the worst he would do is use his kalona 'black magic' on him to weaken him and cause him to become very sick before walking away so it doesn't kill him. =D
