The Dwarf frowns. "If you gentlemen will excuse me..." And he runs away. In truth, he just went around the house quickly. Once around the house, he finds a bush to hide behind, and removes the overly gaudy overclothing he was wearing. At the same time, his form swiftly changes to that of a Drow, growing in height while he slims down considerably. Under his overclothing was a set of black leather armour, slim and sleek. Skin went from ruddy to black, beard vanished, hair went stark white, and his ears elongated to end in points. Finally, he retrieved a belt he'd hidden behind the house, containing several small weapons, a couple of pouches, and a compact flint and steel 'sparker'. Slinging the nearby shortbow over his shoulder and strapping the slim cork-bottomed quiver of standard arrows(switching one out for a thorn arrow), he moved to sneak in behind the group silently, drawing a black hood and mask over his head. He was the night now.

For those either looking in to the house, or entering in would find a quaint little living room filled with minor nicknacks, the curtains drawn tight along the edges of the window, and a small spattering of furniture strewn across the edges, with the fireplace laying at the far end of the room, the flames dying out as their embers licked the last of the logs that laid within. It looked well lived in.
A single, large sofa sat along the longest wall, in between a pair of windows. Laying next to it, within the near by corner was an overstuffed chair facing the fireplace. The fireplace itself was made of brick, decorated with a number of trinkets, and small sculptures of fey folk; to the direct right of the fire place, within an iron container, a number of fireplace care and cleaning remain--save for the poker, which lays just at the foot of the embers. Opposite of all of this, a small reading table remains next to a window, looking out into the expanse of the woods. A single book lies open on the table. Flanking the fireplace, archways open into what seems to be a dining room on one side and on the other, a hallway that leads to a partially closed door.

Just moments before Antaris turned to leave the fireplace, the poker that laid upon the slab of stone suddenly jumped to life. It took flight for only a brief second to try and lunge at the man whom moved too close to it, landing a few feet short of landing its mark--ending up balanced on the tip of the handle. Poised to try and lunge once more.

Meanwhile Calgarosh's own efforts to read the book would be thwarted by the very same book snapping shut upon his fingers with a loud CRACK [2 points of damage!]. The pages did not let go of his fingers.

Patrick's calls remained unanswered. Were he to venture into the dining room he'd find another archway that led directly into what looked to be the kitchen; other than the one returning back to the den. Within the room, however, was a quaint little room with a table set for two; with a possible maximum capacity of four people, however only two chairs remain at the table. While mostly bare, there lays a single, silver taper candle sits in the center of the table. A single large picture window provides a view of the trees outside, providing ample light. Opposite of this lays a fair sized cabinet, holding a number of silverware and plates.
[Go ahead and roll for initiative if you so wish, all.]
