Seth made it to the intersection and opted to cut through the park, after all, Campus was close by and for once he might make it in time for one of his classes.

"Still, it never hurts to be polite. Ain't that right, Jenna-chan?" Ellen said jokingly. She dodged a businessman drinking coffee and heard his yells of indignation as he spilt it on himself. 'Put it on my tab, chump' she thought to herself as she kept running. After a few minutes of sprinting and not trying to collide into anyone, the school campus was in sight.
"Phew. Looks like we made it."

((Well, Fiyah never specified what country we're in. So to explain my lack of knowledge, I made her a foreigner, and actually came up with a story for how she ended up living with her grandma in about 10 seconds. Guess NaNoWriMo did help with my writing/thinking speed...))
"I guess you're right...", Jenna responds as she jumps over someone kneeling to tie their shoe. A ghost of a smile appears on her face as the school comes into sight only for it to disappear immediately as a thought hits her. "Grams is going to kill me if she finds out I'm late again."

"Hmm...maybe she won't have to find out. Perhaps there's something we can do?" Ellen said. Even though she was a little rough around the edges, she always tried to help others when they seemed to need a hand. Jenna was no exception.

The younger girl sighs gloomily as she responds, "Damn woman always knows when I mess up, even when I was in another country..." Her Gram never hit her or used any form of abuse, but Jenna was terrified of her and her cold, disapproving gaze that seemed to tell her that she would always be a failure. She stares dejectedly at the ground as she unconsciously fiddles with a few strands of her pale blond hair.

((*snaps* College and high school right next to each other. Or some uber school catering all grades.))
"Looks like you're running on time for a change." Vincent said with a small smile when he met up with Seth on the way. They shared a class together, so he knew him well enough. That, and it was hard not to know the one guy that was late more often than not.

Koyuki sat at her desk as she looked around before checking the clock. Looks like Jenna was going to be late again, she thought with a small sigh.

((Okay, Japan, and the school, well we could make it a high school and the 19 year-olds are there because they're taking extra college prep courses.))
"It's a miracle I know. So did you hear about the guy who went missing a couple days ago? It seems like it's happening a lot nowadays." Seth said thoughtfully and suddenly snapped out of it. "Sorry, I watch a lot of cop shows and CSI and my brain hasn't fully recovered from it." Seth said with a laugh.

"Yeah, but it's not like anything else is on." Seth said with a sigh. TV quality sure had gone down in the show department. "Say, I got an idea, how about tonight, we go to the spot where that guy disappeared and try to find some clues, just for kicks." Seth suggested, having absolutely nothing planned for that night, and he wasn't going to do it alone.

"I don't know..." Vincent said with a worried sigh. "I've got a lot on my plate this month, and I should really get to work on things." he said rubbing the back of his neck in an unsure manner. He came from a pretty well off family, the kind that was constantly pressuring him to do well. He honestly wanted to go with Seth for the fun and excitement of playing detective, but god help him if he got a B.

"So do I, but you don't see my grades in the toilet. It's all about finding equilibrium, the zen mode between work and play. Besides if you come with me I'll help you with that project of yours." Seth offered cheerily. It was amazing how someone as periodically late as Seth was even passing most, if not all his classes.

Hetare (Retcond my name XD) made it to school and went to class he took his seat behind Koyuki Because of his birthday he was still in a class with people younger then him
