The sight of Keins chakra flaring above him let the blonde know just how serious things were. Yes, this battle was going to be devastating on both sides, but the damage sustained from it meant little. Even if he died it meant little. As long as Kein fell he would finally be at peace with the world and himself. Be able to return back to Suzume and his unborn child with no worries. This was indeed a time for war and anyone who stepped in the Hyuuga's path would be cut down in an instant. Apollo's hand slid to his back pouch and he grasped hold of two different Kunai just as Kein came down from his cell above. He prepared himself to strike, but before he could the entire area was suddenly cut off with various trees and such planting themselves in the area. From the sheer amount it was assumed Sypher was at hand, but Apollo would waste no time in thinking things over. His mind had to be clear for the battle to come. "Man or dog; neither matters for what is about to be done. I don't need to pierce you heart." A blur -- in an instant the kunai in Apollo's right hand was thrown, aiming directly for Kein's neck. Pulling punches wouldn't happen here. This was no spar. "I'll simply remove your head and take it as my prize!" Like Kein, Apollo too was a sensory ninja. His reaction could be considered even greater than his own because of the Byakugan. Yes, as I said before, this was war. Blood would be spilled and a homage claimed. Death was the only result.

The chakra charging into the seal set it to working and Sypher's body arched sharply for a moment, the Anbu lunging to grab him. After a moment more, the sores on his face began to close up, slowly going until only faint and very nasty bruising remained. His eyes required Makami's touch so he still looked like a raccoon and when he opened his eyes they were bloodshot "Don't...yell....please." he rasped, blood filling his mouth for a moment. He kept his lips shut and swallowed, allowing only a small dribble to slide out before it was quickly wiped away. That had been one of the worst episodes he'd been forced to endure and he took several deep breaths before responding to Suoh "Priority remains...the same. Help me up." the last to the Anbu who obliged, pulling Sypher to his feet. He leaned against the wall, his eyes closed and head on the cool stones as he kept taking deep breaths. The seal was working hard to keep the disease under control and Sypher slowly opened his eyes again "Prevent them...from destroying Kiri." he replied, his gaze hard and angry but not at Suoh. He was glaring anger at the two men. How dare they bring their fight here. How. Dare They. Taking a deep breath, Sypher straightened and looked at Suoh "I'm going to deal with the Hokage. He's claiming a right to that...to Kein Uchiha. But that's not happening...not with those two fighting now." he straightened from the wall and even though he looked like s**t, Sypher gave orders like they were supposed to be followed. Which they were "Anbu." Two more had arrived and all three straightened "Those two are to be monitored. I want a continuous report of what's going on and IF they move, you are going to track them. Understand?" he swayed but waved a helping hand away "Right....Suoh, stay with her." he jerked his head towards Daitomi who was still in her cell "You keep her safe, understand? And if anyone else shows up here, you direct them to go back to the village proper and protect the citizens." with that, Sypher glared once more at Apollo and Kein and used a shunshin to vanish.

Kein laughed outright at the attack and smiled as he easily tracked it with his sharigan. He quickly spun to the right keeping his eyes on sypher as he did and as he spun pulled three bomb tagged kunai from his belt and sent all three screaming at Apollo. He smiled as he spoke," Come on you know ranged attacks wont work on me. Genjutsu is useless plus I am substantially faster than you and I can read your movements before you make them. You dont stand a chance old man." The tagged kunai would detonate in front and on both sides of Apollo as Kein quickly danced back and forth not staying in one spot to long.

Just as he'd always been Kein was cocky. Too cocky. That pride as an Uchiha was going to get him killed much sooner than later. The kunai was nothing more than a test. A diversion to simply test out the level of Kein's so called perfect reaction abilities. The blonde simply was not impressed by such a boring show of power. As the tagged Kunai came flying his opponent would find that they never exploded. In fact, they never even touched down around him. While the upstart had been yammering off about how strong he was Apollo had grasped his thrown projectiles and threw them right back at him -- attacking at the instant Kein had finished his last words. "What I lack in speed and power I make up for in experience. Your gloating is nothing more than a lax attempt to rile me. If your as strong as you say then prove it with your fist. Unless this old man has already caught you up, boy?" The one who would win this bout wasn't going to be crowned by who was stronger or faster, but which individual could outsmart the other and, so far, Apollo had the upper hand.

Dai was lost in thought as she was staring out the small window. She sighed and closed her eyes. After a few her eyes flashed open. ...s**t! Apollo!... Dai turned her head slowly as she felt Sypher approaching. She knew something went to hell. She turned her head and began processing things. Sypher was at her cell door and said her name. She turned and looked at him, her eyes lit from what light was in the cell. "Senju-kin?" She spoke. she watched him. Gripping the bars of the cell even as the guard fumbled with the key. ...Something has him all in a twist... And then there was his question. He wanted the truth was she rogue. Did she go rogue. Her eyes moved to his hand stilling the guard's hand, preventing him from turning the lock completely. Dai opened her mouth to answer but to late; Apollo was at the prison and raising hell as he shouted for Kein's execution. Dai sank back not wanting to be seen. She was running out of time. Dai opened her mouth to answer Sypher but with a 'Son-of-a-!' shot from his mouth Sypher had left her in the cell. Dai tumbled as the ground shifted beneath her feet. She shot a look of wonderment at Sypher. Dai ran to the bars as Sypher collapsed to the ground. She stared at him. She had to tell him. She clentched the guard's shirt. "Get me out of this cage!" She screamed at him. The Anbu stared at her with fear and frozen by her demand after opening the door. Dai stepped out of her cell and stared at Suoh as he questioned her. "Daitomi Imatokai. Oinin." She pointed at Sypher. "An ex-student of the Mizukage." This boy was going to be a handful. His hair was the same shade of red as Kyo. God she missed him. "Sypher!" She called out to him as he vanished to take care of the Hokage. "Damnit." She hissed. She looked at Suoh and coxed an eye before moving past him. "Just stay out of my way. I don't need a babysitter." She told him before pausing. She turned and looked at him. "Direct anyone that comes this way and get out quickly." She sighed. "I won't standby and watch him kill again." She was referring to Kein. Dai turned and ran down the hall. ...No weapons. I'm going to have to rely on my jutsus. I did learn a few new techniques... Dai concealed her chakra, tucking it closely to her body. Her footsteps vanished and became soundless. ...If i'm gonna strike I have to do it now... Her eyes weld up with tears. She was about to attack Kein. She shook her head ridding her thoughts. The girls were safe in their own clan. Kein posed a throat to all. Everything. Everything to the "T" had worked out. Dai had been a step ahead this whole time. Dai came up behind Kein and spun a roundhouse kick to the side of his head. She had a mission. She was determined to end it all. Even if it costed her the best love she had possibly known. Kein took care of her. Protected her. Taught her everything. But She knew her loyalty to Kinpaku and to Kumo was far greater than any love she could have. ...I'm so sorry, Kein...

"You can't go any further!" Inka was stopped. The Kiri shinobi was obviously on duty to prevent any further potential casualties wondering into the area. So Inka stood, staring down at the prison from the roof of a building that stood outside the prison's boundary. "You need to turn back, Hizara." Inka felt his hands clench into fists.
"Syy... The Mizukage," Inka turned to look at the man. "Is he still there?"
"I can't answer that. You should go back to your duties, things are under control here -"
"If it were under control there wouldn't be fighting within the village." Inka snapped. He quickly turned his head away. "No, I apologise. I'll... go." Inka relented. Red eyes flickered back to the prison as he stepped back from the ledge, reluctantly turning away from it before leaping down into the streets. How useless am I... Inka swore violently in his head, disgusted by his weakness. I'll reach my goal, I swear. Inka wondered mindlessly back to the market streets, not realising where he was going, but couldn't trust himself with stopping.

Suoh was relieved as Sypher got up and spoke, Suoh happily helped him up and nodded as his next order was given. Do not allow Kirigakure's destruction, simple as that. Suoh nodded and looked over to the two titan's that stood before him and stared down at each other. Sypher said he'd deal with the Hokage, so that would be taken well for Suoh, meant he didn't have to let Akane out to take a look around, or Myth. Suoh analyzed the situation as Sypher began to speak, Suoh stood up straight with his hand scratching his chin. Looking at the two titan's. He nodded to Sypher as he spoke and then disappeared. Looking over to Dai as she spoke her name he nodded and when she said she didn't need a babysitter, Suoh sighed know what that meant. "I don' think any of you understand what you are doing." He respected the girls wishes, and the Kage's wishes. All of them. But Akane had seen this scenario play out before, back in Sunagkure when Akio was out to kill the kage. That day ended with one of the two dying, there was no way of dodging that fact. Kein or Apollo, or both were going to die here. On visited soil, with a representative from each village watching. Sunagakure, Kirigakure, Kumogakure, and Konohagakure had all seemed to resonate to this one point in history, and now, someone needed to write out what happened. "If this goes wrong, it will mean a world war, not just a petty war between two men." Suoh said out loud so possibly everyone in the room would here. Suoh knew he was not matched to the two men, and with the Kage's approaching he had to act.
Seeing Dai's actions to Kein, Suoh smirked and looked over to Apollo. How will he react? Will Kein kill the girl? Or will he die from a kick to the head... Anyway Suoh began the preparation's for his own counter to them. Speaking to himself he smirked and placed his hands in the form of tiger, hare then ox. Then with a poof of smoke, a weapon appeared in the smoke, a coffin to be specific. Inside the coffin was Suoh's favorite puppet that went by the name of Thantas. Suoh stood by the side, he was not ignoring Sypher's job he had given him. Suoh just wasn't to keen on the idea of dying right now.
Arriving at the prison, Suzume was directed by the Anbu where to go. It seemed as if things were already out of hand, hopefully this could be settled some how and in some way. When finally arriving on the scene, the red head could spot Apollo, Kein, some guy she had never seen before, and Daitomi. Quite frankly, this whole scene had already irked her. They were fighting on Kirigakure grounds, the villages of their ally did not have to be involved in this.
Suzume waited until after Dai's kick was successful or had failed before shouting out "Enough! Apollo! You've either got to stop fighting or move this somewhere else before the village is torn apart." Maybe she should not of been here, Apollo would certainly give her an ear full later considering the danger she was putting herself and their few weeks old, unborn child. But if she needed to be here to make sure Apollo was not killed or harmed others, then that's what she would do.

Noctis arrived at the prison with the anbu and the raikage. Instantly the Raikage's bodyguard tried to convince Apollo to stop. He found Kein and saw something, Dai was attacking Kein. For what reason could this be happening he didn't know but he had a slight idea. The clone Noctis had created moved in a little closer to the battlefield."Kein,Dai whatever is happening this isn't the place for it." He then turned to Kein."Are you fighting in Self defense or just for the sake of fighting?"
Walking through the pleated railing, her footsteps were loud. There was no point in concealing them, there was enough of a ruckus being caused in here anyway. The few ANBU that had tried turning her at the door had been knocked out with her special homemade sleeping powder. As she entered the rattling of the platform only alerted her that the ANBU were probably too busy to put more sentries and further entry should not be so complicated. There was too many powerful people here in the village right now and this was dangerous on it's own. One little 'mistake' could send them all into war with one another. Sypher was ill disposed right now. She had to do something.
Coming up behind Suzume and spotting the Hokage and his escort not far off, Mi had to hold back the urge to barf. Konoha in Kirigakure. Disgusting. Pulling her hood down she activated her bloodline ability and reached out, touching Suzume lightly on the shoulder to call the woman's attention. "I should be telling you, "you should not be here" but I doubt you would listen. Instead can I ask you for your forgiveness in advance and for a favor?" Mi asked the woman, having briefly recalled her from the time Mi had gone to speak with Kin a long time ago. Already the senseless and invisible thread was connected to Suzume. Mi now had to somehow get in touch with Dai and perhaps Kein. Her plan was to get them to stop. This was not going to happen in Kirigakure. Maybe she wouldnt need to go that far for any of this and they would settle down but she highly doubted that. Her crimson orbs followed Dai, Kein and Apollo closely, the former Kage apprehensive despite her light expression.

For god's sake, what was the Hokage talking about? He obviously did not know Kein well enough to know that more often than not, Kein fought for the sake of fighting. Suzume bit back the urge to snap a remark to the man, instead keeping her eyes on the fight and hoping that Apollo would listen to her and try to get this fight moved elsewhere.
Having been so intent on watching the fight, she almost hadn't notice someone had come up behind her. Suzume tensed, ready to move away until she felt the touch on her shoulder. It was a light touch, nothing that held ill intent... looking over her shoulder, Suzume could see that it was Mi. She remembered through the memory of her slightly rambunctious shadow clone who had met Mi and Sypher at Kumo gate, back when it was declared Sypher was dead.
The woman's first words caused Suzume to be a little suspicious... did the other think she was not strong enough? Or could Mi somehow know of what was happening in her body? The swords woman was not sure what the other planned to do, but her instincts told her that she could trust the former Mizukage. "... alright. What do you need?" It would be dangerous going into the fight now if that was what Mi wanted. But Suzume also trusted Apollo to back her up incase Kein targeted her next.

Alright this was getting harder by the second. Kein quickly intercepted the returned kunai with three more of his own. All three detonated quickly in between the two. Then came the true blindside. While he could feel her chakra though not as normally could. It was the fact that her chakra was not in sync with the normal, creating a void of sorts. Though it mattered little as her kick landed square on the side of his head sending him cartwheeling before he shook his head quickly recovering from the blow and the shock of her betrayal all at once turning frustration into pure full blown rage. He stood upright not caring about Suzume or Mi as they had not entered the fight but when he heard the Hokages voice he answered," Self defense. Though with Dai its now a mix of self defense and desire for blood." He trusted her, he loved her and now she was his sworn enemy. She ranked right next to Mi on the kill roster. He pulled his hands up in front of him and prepared himself before he spoke again," So thats how it is Dai. I trust you, I loved you, and you throw it back in my face. I taught you everything you know, I know your strengths and your weaknesses. Your joys and fears. Do you really want to do this." He didnt even want to do it but he would if she forced him to. His whole life had been simply righting the wrongs he had suffered and now he had one more to add to the list.

Dai didn't wince at the contact of his skull to her foot. She spun and took her defense. She started at him as the party grew. Her face read the pure desire to kick him into the dirt. He now desired her blood. She wasn't smiling or the giddy female he grew to know. She was much harsher and much colder than that. She let him do his spat. Trusting, and loving her. He taught her everything, knew her strengths and weaknesses, Her joys and fears. "Please." She hissed. "I lead you, the great Kein, to believe lie after lie." Her eyes were dangerous upon him. "I have been ahead of you since our very first meeting years ago." Dai kept her chakra tight. "Led you to believe that I was a harmless girl that needed someone to protect me." She gave him a half smile. "Lead you to believe that I loved you." Dai tightened her fists. "How can I love a man so blinded by blood? Love a man from the clan the sought the blood of my adoptive parents?" Her smile faded. Uchiha's had killed her parents taking them from her. "I lead a false persona next to you. So that I could get close to you. Just for the day when Kinpaku asked me to hunt you down." Her chakra flared slightly. "How could I ever love such a murderous monster like you."

The more time passed the more things started to heat up. Watching his assault take its toll, Apollo narrowed his eyes at the sight of Daitomi coming out of nowhere to assault Kein. Well wasn't that some s**t, huh? The woman he loved so had turned her back on him and was now on the prowl to eradicate him. It was a horrible way to die, but it was befitting of a man like him. Just as the kick ended and Dai had finished saying her piece Apollo prepped one of his blade -- getting ready to run in and finish this fight before it could properly start. That was when the far off voice of Suzume reached his ears. Anger. Heavily it formed within the blonde as he twisted around and stared up at her, barking all at once. It had been a long time since she'd seen him this alive. "Why are you here?! You know this is the last place you'd need to be!" It wasn't so much a question as him funneling his rage. She was pregnant with his child and if anything were to happen to her he'd lose it. This wasn't the concern right now. With the arrival of Suzume came others that his byakugan had just picked up. With a angered expression the blonde laid a single palm on the now prepped katana and stared over to the Hokage. He cared not for his rank, but with his advancement onto the battlefield. "No matter his reason for fighting this man is more deadly than a tailed beast. Allowing him to live won't happen." Apollo had convinced himself and he wasn't backing down. Kein had threatened the woman he loved, the village he'd grown up in, and killed village ninja. His last duty as an Anbu was going to rid the Uchiha of life, no matter the result. "Daitomi back off. This isn't your fight nor anyone else's. His life will be mine and mine alone." The pulsating chakra rose to much higher heights, showing Apollo's agitation. More and more people were arriving to an uninvited party.
