Izumi and her mother entered the house. Her mother was a scary looking woman with black hair and dark brown eyes who looked like she was some school teacher. They greeted everyone before they sat down for diner.

Michael smiled and sat down to eat as they ate his mom spoke "So Izumi how was your first day here?" he asked with a smile before taking a bite of the food

Izumi blushed as she ate and her mother was dead silent. "It was kinda fun actually.." she said shyly. Her mother looked down at her and said nothing as the two seemed awkward next to each other.

Michael's mom smiled at her "Good I hope it stays that way for you" Michael looked at Izumi then down at his food over and over in deep thought until he finished his food which is when he put his plate in the sink and went to the living room to wait for everyone else

Izumi noticed him staring and she finished her food sitting beside him once her plate as in the sink. Their mothers talked for a bit and she sat next to him staring like she did before. "Why were you looking at me so much?" she asked.

Michael looked at her "Probably a weird question but do you happen to have a bracelet?"

Izumi eyed him and she noddedmoving her long sleeved shirt and showing the glittering pearls around her wrist. "An old rind gave it to me when I used to live here." she said not remembering the whole story.

Michael smiled seeing the bracelet "That's it!" he said then gave her a big hug "I didn't think I would see you again" he said happily

Izumi blushed madly and she remembered it all. It all came back to her, the face of her friend put back together and the memories all seemed new. She hugged him tightly and giggled. "You got big." was all she could think to say.

Izumi laughed and didn't notice their moms had gone out talking about something. "Well I didn't think you would get much taller then me. I was always just a little taller but looks like you finally tower me." she said giggling and she hugged him tighter.

Michael laughed a little "I know I guess I had a growth spurt" he said with a laugh "I missed you I'm glad your back" he said and hugged her tighter

Izumi couched a bit as he hugged her tighter. "I guess you did. I missed you two Michel." she said and she pulled back from him for some air. "I figured you would have at least seen me from all the television kendo tournaments I have been in." she said to him laughing a bit.
