Gritting his teeth, Jerry had just enough time to wrench the spear free of his arm, panting as he tried to right himself only to have a bullet graze his cheek.

They were just kids. Kids with weapons. Kids that wouldn't hesitate to kill them. Monstrous kids. He aimed on the cowboy looking Reaper once more, but just as he pulled the trigger, there was another groan from the wood under him.

It did indeed seem that the boyfriend was the dangerous one, as Candace had theorized; when Jordan stepped out of the shadowed spot where he'd been concealed, he didn't bother to taunt the boil or warn of his presence in any way. He just moved up behind the reaper and swung, Ferros's runes flaring red as the hammer struck.

"Hell's Bells!" Mot cussed as arrows whizzed by. The grim reaper shifted his position, trying to find a place that was out of their line of sight. If only he could see his assailants. He felt like these guys were toying with them.

Mot lifted the shot gun again, cranking the pump and taking another shot from where he'd seen the bazooka fire at him.

The shots flew past him and Jerry clung to the beam, happy to *not* be shot. Deep breaths. He could do this.

Energy gathered in Roar's mouth, the green light in his eyes flaring as he begged for release. The bazooka was leveled at the cowboil, the trigger was pulled....

And the force of the explosion that ensued shattered the beam beneath him, sending the massive blast arching uselessly overhead as the hunter dropped, half rolling on the hinging, dropping beam before he could swing the weapon around with a frantic cry, blasting downwards to try to slow his fall.

Even so, he landed with a groan and a phantom pinch of pain in his knee.

Shun did manage to avoid a part of Candace's attack, though he let out a hiss as her kick still hit him in the leg. He could feel some blood running down it now thanks to that too. Shortly after, an arrow came whizzing by, getting him in the shoulder. And right after that? Hammer. It seemed he was taking a bit of focus fire right about now.

Grunting, he staggered back let out a breath to focus. A bit of Fear surged through him while he watched his surroundings, picking out the targets, trying to pinpoint weakspots on their persons.

At least two of the three other hunters aside from Candace wore suns on their coats. It was one of the only divisions he knew what their purpose was.

"Draw focus on the female. The others are just front line fodder," he ordered. He didn't know what the fourth hunter was exactly, but he didn't really care.

Mot breathed in sharply as an explosion rocked the room, puffing into smokey shadows on instinct. He reformed to see the Bazooka wielding hunter on his knee. And there was now a hammer wielding fellow attacking Shun too. Add that with the arrow he'd seen... that made four.

Wait... arrows. Was Bix here? s**t.. he should have known better. He'd even talked to that guy like he was a normal being a short while back. The hunters were just too tricky.

Mot's brows furrowed, his anger swelling up inside. He aimed his shot gun at the fallen hunter, the chain rattling from the sudden movement.

But then Shun gave a different order. Mot tsked and nodded "Roger that.."

Don't disregard the "front line fodder." We specialize in damage. Jordan didn't voice his thought aloud; if the reaper was going to dismiss them like that, he might underestimate them. Instead, he attacked again; the impact was less solid this time, but Ferros hissed with gleeful satisfaction as he fed.

Happy now?

Tastes better than shadowlings, Ferros growled, his runes flaring again.

Those last few hits had left him a little worn down, but Shun wasn't ready to stop fighting. And he was about to come after Candace once more. However, the hammer wielder seemed to be intent on hovering by him, coming after the Reaper once again. He took another hit, though it wasn't quite as heavy as that last one he took. Gritting his teeth, he went to lash at the hammer man to see if he could push him back so he could resume focusing on the female hunter here (assuming the one shooting arrows wasn't female as well).

He moved to try and sink a dagger into the man's chest, then went to kick him back.

Candace was ignored for now in favor of others. A grin pulled at her lips upon seeing that hunter up in the rafters have some trouble, and she scowled as some arrows started to whiz by. Oh…that one, huh? She’d get him later…

Eyes swept to Mot worriedly, but it was Shun who had her attention at the moment. He was getting wailed on by another hunter who had appeared with a rather menacing looking hammer. The reaper summoned her spear back into her hand and charged the Sun Hunter with the hammer. As Shun got him from the front, Hel came in from behind, thrusting her spear at him.

Mot jogged from the gaggle of hunters and students, giving himself some space once again. He turned on his heel, loaded his shotgun with an ample amount of Fear..

And open fired at Candace. One round, two rounds, three rounds.

By the time he stopped he'd fired 8 bullets.

PUSHER POST

Mitsu had failed to bring up a shield but she was determined not to fail in attacking, especially since her boilfriend was getting ganged up on. Shun was focused on Candace and while he wanted them to focus on her as well the other Hunters were as much of a problem. Instead Mitsu turned her attention to the Hunter with the hammer, dropping to all fours as the heat of transformation came over her.

Fur quickly covered skin and the cracking of bone resounded throughout the room as Mitsu grew in size, doubling and even tripling as her form shifted to that of a large white wolf. By the time she was done she was the size of a small horse, red eyes focused on Jordan as she bared her teeth.

At first she moved toward him slowly, the anger she had apparently. Not a word was spoken, instead she leaped at the Hunter, jaws snapping to grab a hold of him and pull him away from Shun.

"Oh Candace.. she's albino too!" Bix finally darted out of the shadows and once more fired on the boyfriend. His torch had worn out but he was hoping to at least build up a charge. "I approve!"

His quick volley pinned along Shun's back, each arrow sizzling and scorching against his clothing before disappearing.

Shun gave Mitsu a brief look of approval as she went on to take her true form to attack. While the hammer man was being pushed back, he turned towards Candace, hissing as another arrow hit him. This time it hit his back. Grimacing, he didn't bother turning around as the archer in the area was not his focus. The Reaper soon vanished, leaving behind small shadowy wisps.

He reappeared behind the female hunter, stabbing down, then quickly teleported once more. This time to her side, slashing out. He vanished again to her other side, and struck again. He kept this up a few more times before finally landing a few feet away from her, letting out a deep breath as he resumed his crouched stance.

It was hard not to attack everyone, only to focus on one. But that was the wiser choice. The more they focused, the quicker this would end, right?

Still, it was 4 on 4. This would not be an easy battle.

Shun's attack on the female was incredible. Maybe they could gain the advantage yet. Mot open fired again.
